Hi guys
purchased mine online and it came from Hong Kong however looking at the build info it looks as though the firmware is from Singapore.
I downloaded Marshmallow update from the Singpore links, Singapore STH version to be exact, but it gives me an error after flashing with Odin.
It starts booting up after flashing then an android robot appears and it says "insralling system update" then a few seconds later it stops with the message "erasing"
Then returns to a black screen with samsung logo and sometimes vibrares without loading any further.
Any recommendations are appreciated thanks!!!!!

I am no expert like some of you in the community and I am not novice, I've rooted/installed Roms/ unbricked devices before. I purchased a Samsung Tab 3 T210R that was stuck in the Samsung loop. Upon receiving the Tab 3 I reset to default and wipe cache, it then restated and took me to the set up process if the device (like logging into my Samsung acct, setting up date/time) but it would freeze through the process. So, I then I followed everything stated in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2459734 ..after following the steps in the thread I got a "kernel panic" message. I followed the task a second & third time using the first two links in Sammobile (Canada and Cellular South), the device now stays in the Samsung loop and sometimes shows a pixelated/ distorted Samsung logo.
Since I bought the device on eBay "as-is", I don't know what Android version was installed, but from the looks of it, it may have been a stock rom. I do know the model number is T210R 8 GB WiFi. I hope you guys can guide me and explain how to fix this issue. I would truly appreciate your help!
I forgot to mention after rebooting it to wipe cache/reset there's a message in red that reads " E: failed to verify whole-file"
Thanks in advance!
I have samsung s6 g920P and before some days i was using it. Suddenly it stuck and restart but after that it is not booting and halted on "samsung g6 powered by Android" screen. I went to market and the software person tried to re flash it successfully but mobile does not start just halted on boot screen. Now one person told me it is It's RAM problem therefore it has halted in boot screen.
But one thing, I tried to flash with odin and the mobile started properly i did set its setting and restarted again and then mobile came back to previous state again.
Please tell me why it has halted on boot screen, is it RAM issue or any other.
also please tell me can i replace g920F motherboard to G920P motherboard.
Sorry for bad English.
Hi guys

Hello there I got an LG G7 THING EMW HKG VERSION HERE iN AUSTRALIA.
it is used and it starts up fine but after a time it will freeze and restarts sometimes you get 5 minutes other times longer.
It also shows a msg **unresponsive phone** if it freezes soft reset it#
I was advised to upgrade to 9 pie which I did via lg bridge but still it runs slow and restarts and freezes.
Upon further inspection it appears to be from Hong Kong with the wrong wall plug and hkg box
No matter what I try even tried Australian firmware for the emw model and nothing works.
I'm now worried it's some kind of non genuine LG dodgy import?
I've hardreset it a few times and updated firmware a few times.
Everything works but it still freezes and restarts help???
You can check whether or not the phone is genuine by looking up the IMEI number. In regards to the issue, however, I really don't know how to help you. Flash your original firmware with LGUP and factory reset/clear cache. If that doesn't help, your phone is likely defective or has some other related issue so just exchange it for a working one if you can.
Good day all, i hope you can help me with my problem
I got a note 10+ and it has terrible vodacom carrier firmware on it (XFV) ive downloaded XFA and XFE in an attempt to get it with simple standard samsung firmware.
The problem is that i load it with odin and according to odin all goes well and reports pass, but when the phone restarts it goes to the blue android installing sytem updates screen, then it says erasing and then the phone restarts again and sure enough there it is again... that damned vodacom splash screen.
When i go into odin on the phone it also still reports XFV, am i missing something obvious?
What's your Note 10+ model number, exact Software version and is it locked on Vodacom?
