[Q] Charge Light

Simple one here guys, have any of you had a case of the green charge light staying on when you disconnect the power cord, or a case of the amber light not coming on when you connect it? I've had one of each and the makeshift solution I've found, is to reconnect/disconnect the cable.
hi,
found NotifierPro caused similar problems.

[Q] What's the color of the notification LED?

My LCD flex cable was busted, so I replaced it.
Now the LED color while charging is Red, am I wrong or it was only Orange before?
I seem to recall it was Red while charging until 15%, then become Orange, now is only Red.
The codes on the flex cables were the same, both dated 2010-03-11, even though the silkscreen was different in size, position and style

[SOLVED]Charger makes notification LED blink once

Pretty much what I'm getting, I plug my charger in and the notification LED just blinks once then turns off
Doesn't even start charging, do I need a new charger/data cable?
EDIT: It was my charging cable, now using an AC Adapter to charge my phone x)
Sounds like my charger.. Mine wont charge unless the cable is actually straight.. >.< And proper level, not curved.
Before you do anything else, try use another charger, ie a BlackBerry charger to see if its not your battery/port's broken.

Micro USB Charger Pinout

My Samsung charger started charging intermittently last week and finally broke today. I noticed the problem was on the wires near the jack.
Trying to do a quick fix.
I cut off the jack and exposed the two wires. White and black.
Had an old micro USB cable hanging around so i snipped the jack from it. 4 wires. White, black, red, green.
Can I make this work. Anybody know what goes where?
I tried white to white and black to black. Left both red and green alone. Didnt work.
The standard in 4 wire (charge and sync) usb is RED:5V+ BLACK:GRND GREEN:DATA- WHITE:DATA +
Standard for 2 wire (charge only) 5V+ will usually be White the GRND that accompanies it can vary usually black or red
If you connect your BLACK to BLACK then your WHITE to RED

[Q] Battery pack not working properly: device-issue or malfunctioning?

Hi I bought some days ago a "Patrick PowerBank 5200mAh" from a local shop and unfortunately the receipt is gone.
As obvious the bank doesn't work properly and if it's broken I'm f...ed.
I explain you what happens. The bank has a red led and a blue led, red led has to be on when the battery is low and when it is recharging, blue led has to be on when it's fully charged.
I have a Sony MT27i with a 5VDC output alimentator and when i plug the bank in it it never change red to blue led (also after 48h). In addition the phone recharge is very very slow with the bank: sometimes I can see battery drain when it's plugged.
There's any chance to make it work or is broken? I never tried to charge the bank from USB computer. Thanks.
TECHNICAL SPECS:
Wall alimentator out: 5V/850mA
Power bank in: 5V/1A
Power bank out: 5V/1A
