A case I ordered from taobao (pictures attached)

Here is a case that I ordered from taobao (a China online shopping website) . I live in Malaysia and ordered this case week, it arrived today at my office so I have decided to show you guys some photos of the nexus 7 with the case.
To my surprise, the case came with a stylus, a SP, an OTG and a pouch for cards (which I dunno what is it for)
It feels good in the hand and doesn't add too much bulk to the device imo.

less than a week. i asked some other 代购 to buy for me. inclusive of shipment is at around RM42.

Edit: does it also have a magnetic closure?
(E.g) the cover snaps close and won't open if the tablet is lifted upside down?

The displayed price is about US$9.50 (not mentioning shipping) but their are a couple of cheaper options listed below it. Reviews are very mixed but I noticed that an improved case may be on the way.

LG Hardshell

I'm seeing a few references to what looks like an official LG hardshell case for Nexus 5. Same design on the back as the phone and possibly the same material.

Could be nice, always prefer slim shell cases over bulky ones (although I've just ordered the LG Bumper Case to come with my Nexus 5)

This looks really nice, but they seems only for Canada.
Do you know a U.S website that has this case? Even amazon don't have one.

Awesome, looking forward to the review. I was thinking of jumping on the white as well. I'm just concerned with it being a matte finish.
Anything that isn't black with a matte finish tends to stain easily which is probably one of the reasons why the white Nexus 5 uses a different material. I'm hoping that isn't the case with yours, so I can pick one up!

Looks just like the quick cover, but without the cover.
Honestly, the recessed button would annoy me if it weren't for the cover waking the screen. Its not all that easy to press. Other than that it seems like a great case.

I also ordered the same case (online), and got an email shortly after that it was not yet in stock, but they would ship it out when it was.
I've asked around in a few stores, and it seems like they don't have them yet, either.

Wow, just couple of days ago i said to myself, why the hell doesnt anyone make a hard case that looks exactly like the back of this simple yet beautiful phone..
And here it is!!
I live in Toronto, and im calling every bell store in town tomorrow to see if i can snatch one, or else i have to wait for the online store to get them in Stock

I ordered last week on November 26th, and about an hour or so after got this:

I interpreted it as "we don't have them in stock yet". It was pure luck that I happened to be browsing the Bell site for N5 accessories.
I'll post here when I get an update.

Hope these come out in the UK, would be nice to have something slimmer than the bumper case (which is nice btw)

Yeah I couldn't wait for your review! I ordered a white case from the bell mobility site.
We'll see if it's just pre-order or if I get it in a week.

Sony ACX2 QX10/QX100 Case for Lens Style Camera and Xperia Z1

Has anyone else had quality problems with this case? Had this about 2 weeks now and it's been in my pocket on its own with nothing else and the corners have broken off and now there is a massive crack along the back of the case. Not what I expected from a piece of official kit, would not recommend anyone buying this item at all. See photos

Contacted sony and was told I contacted the wrong people as is comes under camcorder and cameras not mobile phones and accessories? So now I have to contact them yet again to explain.

I had the same thing happen. I didn't even carry mine in my pocket, and yet I had a corner break off within two weeks of getting it. I basically decided that this case is a piece of junk. I was also expecting better quality from an OEM case. I ended up getting this one... http://www.amazon.com/Aluminum-Fash...kaging/dp/B00IHT4DQS/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top . It doesn't have the lens attachment, but it's held up well for over a month.

I bought one as well and it broke after a few days of use. First it had cracks then the bottom corners broke off. Don't buy this!

Has anyone had any problems with the white case or is it just the black one?

White one is just as bad. I got one and after just few days the corners started cracking.

I got both colour
They r all the same
Cracked without colliding
And chipped off when i was pulling my z1 from pocket.

Yep its rubbish quality and always felt as though the sharp edges were scratching the Z1 upon installation or removal. So neatly cut out the attachment part and merely glued it to a TPU case, its not 100% perfect but it is better than the spring loaded jaws.

Thanks! I just ordered one too.

Got mine in today. Fit perfectly. Messed up one because I was installing it while having a conference call and lets say, I cannot multitask well. lol.
Second one installed like a champ! The fingerprints are less noticeable with this on. which is good!

How about visibility? Has it changed with the screen protector?

These guys are awesome. Mine somehow got a scratch on it... it did it's job and saved my watch face. I wrote an e-mail and they sent me a new one and I got in a couple of days.

I tried a couple of cheap ebay screen protectors which were fine at first but quickly lost their 'smooth' feel.
These official ones though are still glassy smooth a month or so later, would recommend.

Hi all. Does anyone have suggestions for a tpu case and screen protector for my zf2 that is available from a Canadian seller on eBay.ca or Amazon.ca? I need one that will ship fast. Got my phone yesterday and I don't want to use it until it is protected. Thanks.

Canadian seller? not likely, you're better off getting them off asia, there's a billion of them, i've ordered 3 cases and a glass shield. Very inexpensive, only thing is it will take about 2-3 weeks to get to me ;( I'm in Canada also.

What case did you buy from Ebay?

I bought an ultra thin TPU crystal clear cover from the seller SHAY384. It was $1.90. I know it is super cheap, but I'll use it until I can pick up a better one.
