Hello. I use google translate so may errors in the sentences. So the problem is that as the system is not running fluently that I notice tiny entanglement applications, games fps dropped out. And I want to know if this is a hardware failure or android system is the problem. Hearthstone for example, is quite weak and my brother goes to Sony Xperia Z 3 device in three runs much better in other games as well.

Wat?
This would depend on what the symptoms are if your slowdowns are happening in only one app, I'd guess it's not optimized for the Snapdragon 820, or the compiler screwed up when installing the app. If they're system wide, my guess would be either a memory leak or a background app that's misbehaving. If after rebooting the phone it's still slow it could be hardware, but it's more likely that it's a bad batch of code in the cache...
Basically, we need details. What apps are slow? What software are you running? Is your phones bootloader unlocked? Or is it completely S-Off? When is it slowest? Does rebooting help anything?

I will see what I can do to help. What browser are you using, and is it slow on every page? Or just the ones that are media rich?
Also, have you tried a factory reset?
... OH, and have you ever updated the firmware?
Something I'd suggest is downloading AnTuTu Benchmark and 3D Mark, run their tests and post the results or screenshots here. Also, we need to know if they were run after a fresh reboot or not. It makes a pretty big difference.
Just to make sure I understand what you're saying on point 4... would this rewrite of point four be accurate?

It comes up after a reboot. This will be a software problem. Because I have been told that due to battery's protection is doing something. And that would be the solution to everything.

Google really screwed with games
Why don't all games use open GL and why do we have to get a specific version for each terminal, that sucks!
Google shouldn't allow things such as Tegra only games, it's a really bad thing for Android.

How is it a bad thing for Android for game developers to be able to push the most (graphically and performance) for each specific model?
Sent from my GT-I9100
Games should be like those on PC: only one version and you apply the different settings according to your hardware.
On Android it's crazy, it's as if on PC, devellopers would have to release a different version of their games for each different type of graphic card or processor or memory and wouldn't use Direct X, that would be really stupid!
I really despise Tegra only games, if the phone isn't powerfull enough to run the game at full specs, just let the user lower the settings so we can still enjoy the game (much better than no game at all).
Some phones exhibit choppy scrolling, especially when navigating long web pages when multiple apps are running in the background. Rate this thread to express how you smooth scrolling feels on the OnePlus 3 under such conditions. A higher rating indicates that scrolling is always buttery smooth, even when you're reading a 10,000 word article on "how to kiss a girl".
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Butter smooth to say the least! I never really experience any stutter.
The only place I've experienced stutter is in Google Inbox, when opening a message; from my understanding that's more Google's fault.

I got the same and noticed when i open the top menu in e.g. play store with two fingers and then scroll again it is smooth until i close the app again. It has something to do with a failure in vsync. But i didn't found a solution.

I haven't this issue, maybe it's an app which is responsible for that. Go to the developer options and search for "memory" or "Running services". There you will find the apps which are running in the background and it will show you how much memory it need.
If you can't solve your problem a Hard-Reset might work. I think it's a software problem because my phone works very stable with Pie and without such memory problems.

I have the same damn problem with multitasking... Tried everything, went through all battery settings, developer's settings and such. Tried every option. Multitasking is simply impossible on Mi A2 Lite (Pie 9.0). Apps turns off instantly after I leave them. Optimization for each app is turned off, Adaptable battery turned off, Battery saver turned off, also. Nothing helps; So sad, and it seems there is no solution for this.
Xiaomi is famous for theirs memory management algorithms. They are too aggressive, leading to premature app killing.

Hi guys!
I understand some of the people who realised that games which support higher refresh, but OnePlus was capped to 60fps for massive games, this is ridiculous. Before I provide solutions to unlock 90fps, let me share some thoughts about how I discovered that games were capped to 60fps!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.razer.cortex&hl=en just provided new features to able shows FPS, but I discovered that while I playing Dead Trigger 2 with max settings, the phone shows 60fps. PUBG China version able to running with 90fps without stress!
Image below is Dead Trigger 2 which capped 60fps by OnePlus:

Below is PUBG China version:
So I suspected that OnePlus done something for it.
So I tried jOnePlus Tools [adb/root], and Force 90Hz:
And... volia! Full video link showing many games finally runs 90fps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIT0yBCPwis
If anyone doesn't trust the video above, you may try the app that I found to Force 90hz for your OnePlus device, witness it for yourself. I understand force 90hz on gaming will cause battery drain, but we have Warp Charge which still retains fast charging speed while gaming, so who cares?
I hope the OnePlus team developer can do something about frame limited issues on massive games.

This trick works, watch the video from OP.
For stay at 90Hz but game still runs at 60Hz, just change to Auto 90Hz (from jOnePlusTools) or set to 90Hz from Settings App, because that's phone's default settings.

adb shell settings put global oneplus_screen_refresh_rate 0
Can you test both metods? Tnx

Hi team.
Is anyone experiencing overheating issues while gaming with Game Turbo on?
I got the phone throttle while playing Diablo and Call of Duty with the default in-game settings.
Tried several different Game Turbo configs but none of them makes any difference.
Tried resetting the phone, although it is new, with no luck...
Disabling Game Turbo solves the problem.
Reproduced the issue with 3DMark.
Disabling Game Turbo yields lower but stable results.

I had overheating issue while recording the timelapse on the sun.
After 20 minutes of 30-minute timelapse phone stops with overheating message.
I didn't enable performance mode or Game Turbo mode at all.
I think that the phone will work well in normal conditions but if you push it will overheat due small size and not enough room for proper cooling.
have you tried disable joyose app?
Lot of conflict report but many people say it's the culprit.
I debloated my 12X few days ago using this guide - https://lucacesarano.medium.com/xiaomi-super-bloatware-list-2020-db38ace9e9e1

I had overheating issue while recording the timelapse on the sun.
After 20 minutes of 30-minute timelapse phone stops with overheating message.
I didn't enable performance mode or Game Turbo mode at all.
I think that the phone will work well in normal conditions but if you push it will overheat due small size and not enough room for proper cooling.

the phone doesn't overheat and throttle while playing without Game Turbo, despite its small size;
perhaps the sun heated up your phone additionally

very likely the sun heated the phone, but at the same time I recorded the same timelapse with A52S and had no problem with overheating

People say that I may brick my phone if I remove Joyoce (disable button is grayed out...)
Tried updating it instead to latest version - the heating problem persists.
Updated Game Turbo (Security App) to latest version.
Tried even the Chinese one.
The issue still persists.
Anyone knows a proven way to submit the issue to Xiaomi?
Did that via the Feedback app, but I am sceptic about it.

I disable Joyoce, and didn't brick my phone. I even provided link few posts above with a guide.
Here are my results. I don't see any difference.

Yeah, your phone doesn't seem to throttle.
Will debloat mine, including the Joyose removal, as you suggested.
Will post results after that.
In the meantime is your phone stock?
Any further suggestions?

The phone is stock, default EU version. Just debloated. I am planning to unlock the bootloader and install Xiaomi.eu, but that will wait a little bit.
I didn't have any issues with debloating so I presume you will be fine. Of course, debloat the phone at your own risk.
I usually don't use the phone for gaming so I don't know what to do in that part.
I use DND and power save mode overnight, not that this will help you, but it might save a little battery time.
Also, I tried to play Diablo Immortal for a few hours and didn't experience any issues. The phone got warmer, but that's it.
de-bloated the phone - all apps from the suggested list were removed, including Joyose, although some were not even installed;
the good thing is that everything seems fine after the de-bloat;
the bad - my phone still throttles...
Security and Battery and performance apps updated and all data cleared;
rebooted;
Edit: I enabled the Perf Optimization option in Turbo (disabled by default), and hallelujah - no throttling
That is great to hear!
The issue re-appeared a couple of weeks after the initial fix...
No auto updates.
No Joyose app.
Disabling Game Turbo (with Battery and perf app data wipe) is the only fix so far...
Will update relevant apps and will post results soon.
