I've had my G4 for about 11 months and one day while watching a video froze and got stuck on the LG logo. It's got no warranty and I have tried flashing de kdz using LGUP. Also tried LG Bridge which didn't work. Both times when I flashed the rom the process would reach 100% and then reboot the phone, after that It would go back to being stuck on the logo.
I don't know what else to try, or if it's definitely dead?
it seems to be the boot loop hardware problem.
try this...

I was using MM on my G3 D855 for the past 1 month. It was running ok with random reboots in between.
Yesterday it went to the boot loop continuously with no reason. I tried to flash again 30B KDZ file but its the same
problem again, tried resetting from the stock recovery and installing again without any luck.
Tried most of KDZ files flashing bit stuck at 4% and stops.
Also tried using TOT file with showed error message that the model number is not same.
Now iam out of any options..pls somebody help to get rid of this boot loop.
thanks in advance.

i suspected it after doing some reading in xda...tried replacing battery with another G3 and it seems to
work perfect without any issues.
The battery is still showing some charge like 75 % , is it because faulty battery or some software bug
Any ideas
Thank you for your reply.
Because it's faulty

thanks, they changed the mother board
Hey, my Lg G4 H815 is dead. It got a bootloop at the logo. I only one got it to the startscreen but it died again.
I tried every thread offered I found. I ended up with going into download mode and install back to stock. This didnt work with lg flashtool so I tried the method with lgup. Nothings changed. What now happens is that when trying to get into download mode, it says some seconds donload mode and swithes back to the logo. Since then I dont even get into hard reset mode.... So can I through it into my trash can? Or does anyone know how to fix this? I would be thankful for every answer.... have a nice weekend you all
as long as the phone is for your region LG should repair/replace it. I just had the same issue with my H811 and despite it being 1 year and 2 months old they repaired it free of charge.
Hi guys. Yesterday my working LG G4 H815TR suddenly booted into downlaod mode and didn't boot into home again. When I pull out battery and restart, it goes to download mode again. I tired to flash kdz with LGUP but it stuck at %9 and gives weird errors.
Today I sent my device to service, Maybe they will repair it.
I have the same issue since yesterday. Please report back if they could do anything.

I am still waiting. I don't know what will happen but I think system has corrupted itself while booting
Hello, I would like to ask if my LG G3 is softbricked or hardbricked. It has been a long while since it decided to boot loop. I tried to fix it but got no results. I tried to factory reset it, but the next day it didn't turn on anymore and got stuck in the logo. Note : the phone was experiencing some heating issue before it decided to screw itself up. I tried numerous troubleshooting from the net, none worked. I also did try to reinstall the firmware to stock again, it did boot but it can't get to the home screen. I then factory reset it again and tried using another firmware also built for my phone (it's LG G3 D855). It failed again at 33% while it was in the firmware update mode. Now that I have left it for a solid year, I thought that it would be nice to try again. Which I did, but it couldn't charge anymore and it cannot boot to the logo. I tried to go to the download mode but no response. I tried connecting it to my computer, but it only detects my phone as a charge only device, it also detects it on only several random occasion. I hope this is a softbrick and it can be fixed at home so I don't need to go to the store to repair it.
I'm sorry for the long explanation, I had been trying to revive it for months now and had no luck. How do I fix this, at least how do I get to the firmware update download mode again? I really really hope that anyone can help. Thankyou so much in advance.
