Has anyone else's promotional gift (SD Card / Gear Fit 2) gotten a shipping label and just sat for days without moving? I was sent a tracking number, but tracking just says the label was created on Friday and it hasn't moved since (Wednesday as of the writing of the post).
Has anyone else's gift had shipping issues? I'm wondering if it's time to start making some calls to get this thing moving.
If it matters, I went with the Gear Fit 2.
Just checked mine...shipping info was sent on 8.19 and is out for delivery for today, 8.31. This is for the 256GB SD card.

Wow it took 10 days from when you got a shipping notification to when it's being delivered? I guess I should give it more time. Usually when a shipment's tracking doesn't do anything for days I start getting a little worried. But maybe that's normal for these.

I was surprised to get my 256 GB micro SD gift a week after receiving my phone! I expected to wait at least 2 months given the message I received when I first placed the order for my gift saying it might take up to 11 weeks to process. First time Samsung hasn't let me down. I placed my order for my gift immediately upon receiving the phone.
I submitted my info to redeem the Gear Fit and I only received an email saying that they were gonna review it. A week later I came home to a box on my doorstep and surprise, there it was. Didn't even send me any other emails.
Just got my SD card today. Submitted on release day.
My sd card is scheduled for delivery Tomorrow! Heck yeah!!!

Has anyone actually received a replacement SD card yet from HTC after the OTA update rendered the one in the phone totally useless?
They said to me that they were sending one out "that day" and I should receive it withinn 2-3 days - that was on 6th. I'm now wondering if they actually sent me one and whether anyone else has received their SD cards that were promised??
I'm still waiting on mine (week so far). There have been reports of end users receiving replacement Samsung SD cards amongst some of the other threads.
Personally I'll not put much trust in the replacement cards given they so far sound quite similar to the failed SD cards.

I've received mine, but it took over a week. They told me it would take around 2 weeks when I spoke to them originally.
I was told that once the request had been approved, it will take up to 14 days (2 weeks). Waiting for it now!
Just a quick heads up on the following story, I have been suffering the regularly remounting sd card and have contacted Sandisk for an RMA, the catch being you've got to return the card to the Czech republic at your own expense!
BTW to get an RMA you need the serial number off the card, if like me you can't read it without the help of a microscope just take a picture and zoom in, I know only common sense but took me a while to hit upon it.
I have one of these SanDisk Ultra 32GB Class 10, and yesterday I noticed it doing few rescan media for errors, but today it stopped, is it dying ??? Any page to check if my card is among those suffering from the issue? like serial check?
in the mean time, I am making a backup, just to be on the same side.

No idea how to check or how widespread the issue is, I suspect Sandisk are down playing the number of cards affected.

I went to their sites support chat yesterday. Mine has been throwing an error off and on since I got it. Took a little bit but they were helpful and did an immediate RMA.
The person I spoke to asked for a list of info, serial on back of card was one. Weren't too concerned as I told her I could barely see them.
Emailed me a UPS label while I was in the chat. I'll say it was worth the 20 minutes.

I'd say. Just returned mine to seller on play who says he'll replace it. Just wondering when the fix was implemented, am I going to get another dodgy card?

Same issue with mine. Just awaiting an rma number. I will be buying a Samsung replacement.
According to an article it was "a limited run". Not sure what that means.
Since they were easy to deal with and offered to replace it I'm going to give it another shot.
If this one fails I'll look at other cards.
They are really suck on customer service. I had this same issue at the end of last year, asked for RMA on January 2013, and they got it in the first week, and then it took them about a month to replace it. And the customer support are overseas, India, and everyone will give you his/her word about solving the problem, ecpeically the supervisors, big fat liars. Oh boy, it was a really pain till I got it replaced.

No problem here last time I RMA'd a card, the real headache was having to pay the postage but jfcooley got prepaid postage so no biggie there.
My personal thoughts on what maybe up with the cards is that maybe they deviate from SDHC specification, and that samsung devices are relying on spec being followed hence are more sensitive? It'd certainly explain why they where so happy to fix and replace them, Just my thoughts.
I plan on sending off tomorrow. The email I got said 7-10 days after they received it. I'll try and post actual and results with new card.
Meanwhile my no name class 4 32gb is holding up well. Slower...but this is why I kept it around.
Can you please write the model number of the one you are RMAing? so that we might have a list of models that might suffer from the issue (the code above the barcode)
mine is: SDSDQU-032G-U46A, bought from Amazon Italy
still ok, only for 1 day it gave random Checking for errors, never again.

Same card and had the same thing start to happen. More frequent errors over a few days then phone said card was removed unexpectedly. Dead. Nothing left, in a pc or anything.
SanDisk replaced it no problems. Very quick turn around
I have the 64gb microSDXC from Team and never had any issues.

Did you read the title of the thread? This is about SANDISK cards having issues. I myself had to send my 32GB Sandisk class 10 card after 3 months of use, dying suddenly, to Sandisk and they replaced it FOC.
DOnt mess up the thread by saying your XYZ card is fine, it's SANDISK issue.

So, question. I asked this at Best Buy and both the cell representative and manager told me I can just go online and find it, which it's not listed and they were of little help.
I want the International model as it doesn't come with carrier bloat. Does anybody familiar with Best Buys workings know if they can order it for me? Or are they limited to carrier versions?

I submitted my information for both as well. One is a T-Mobile exclusive offer and the other is for everyone. I got emails from both saying that they received my information and that I should get a confirmation email within 5 days.
My Verizon model should be here by 8 PM today. Woohoo!

I was under the impression that the phone comes with a physical card with a code redeemable for the $50 credit. I don't know if that's true or not, but I won't get concerned until after I get the phone tomorrow.

I was hoping the same thing, that I could use the credit to purchase a case for the 5x. But the fine print on the Google store says:
"... Google Play credit cannot be used on the Google Store. Some subscriptions excluded. ..."
Looks like the credit can only be used for App purchases.
My bet it won't come until after the return period ends. If not a lot of people could buy a lot and then return them once they get the credit applied.

Usually they just reduce the refund by the card value if it was already redeemed.
I contacted Play Store costumer service and they said it should have come 24 hours after shipping. Mine shipped over 24 hours ago so I emailed my rep back to get things looked at more. I hope it comes soon! I got some things to download! x3

Same here. Has ANYONE received their $50 credit?
I just talked to Google rep. He said you should get email of it within 96 hours of after your phone has shipped.
I got mine a couple hours ago, phone arrived yesterday morning, so about 36 hours after receiving phone I got the code in my email.
My 5x was delivered yesterday. I set it up last night and overnight I received the $50 Credit.
It is just a code via email.
I received my 5X yesterday and I received the $50 credit email as I was setting up the phone and updating it last night.
My phone shipped on Wednesday. I didn't receive my phone yet, but I received the code via email for two phones.
My phone shipped Wed., got the code today. Kinda felt deceived by the case promotion since it was only for the Adopted case. I thought it would be for any case in the Google Store. Pretty disappointed by that.
I ordered from Motorola.com unlocked Moto z2 play the 29th with estimated delivery the 18th. Checking the order status is still says order placed and they already charged my account but the phone hasn't been built or shipped as of today. Suggestions? Ideas? Harsh words?
I'm supposed to get mine the 21st. I'm not counting on it though. The sacks had 2 weeks to build it, package it, and ship it but they faped around and didn't do it. It's a sh!tshow.

Mine also moved to the 'Device Being Built' status yesterday sometime after my previous post. Ordered the 4th, estimated delivery is there 21st. Doesn't look like they actually prioritize earlier orders.
One thing that kind of concerns me is I can no longer check my order status with my zip code. Only entertaining my last name works.

The Clarence delay on mine went away last Thursday. Despite this the shipment hasn't moved from Memphis since and there is still no scheduled delivery date.
Original estimated arrival date: 21st.
Original scheduled delivery date: 28th.
Current scheduled delivery date: someday.

Now on FedEx it says "Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date." Then at the bottom under Shipment Facts it says "Standard transit 9/05/2017 by 12:00 pm".
There is no doubt that Motorola knew or simply wanted the packages to be delayed. Look under the second day when the package was picked up. It says "Future delivery requested".
My guess is it will be another week before any of us see our phones.

i called them several times between the original promised date (8/21), the second promised date (8/28), and the date it actually arrived (8/30). first level customer support offered me 10% off a future order. i escalated to Order Administration and they offered 10% off the current order. when it missed the second promised date (8/28), i called back again and escalated to their executive support team (or "UCC" team) who gave me 20% off the current order (~$100) and overnighted a shirt to me, which i wasn't expecting.
the entire delay process was a pain in the ass, but i do appreciate that motorola went above and beyond in trying to make it right for me.
