it is i m used to using stock google and this is taking some getting use to but slowly but surely. If i havent after a day its getting deleted lol

I signed up for the beta...I'm very interested how well it works. Anyone here actually like it better than the standard keyboards that everyone is used to?

I'm using it now. It's takes a few texts etc to get used to it but once you do I find it a lot quicker. It's basically a condensed qwerty keyboard. Can't see me changing any time soon tbh. Hope this helps.

I was a backer, and still waiting for my beta access - which should come before people who are signing up to the website.

Thread closed. I can't believe nearly 10 of you asked for a link to the apk because someone offered it.

Anyone else having Play Music issues?

Just today I have gone into my Google Play Music App (which I have an all access subscription to), and there is no music in there, not in the All Access section or in the Music on my device section?
If I uninstall it and install it again it works the first time I run it, and stops after that? Just shows no music. And even if I search on All Access, it shows "No Results"?
Anyone else seeing this issue today?

I have figured it out!! It doesn't like to be Greenified!!

stock rom also, no problems at all with Play Music

Yeah I'm having the same issues took out trial for a month, looks OK on my Nexus 7 but I'm getting the exact same thing on my M8,rooted running Sky Dragon ROM to be honest it hasn't a patch on Spotify so doubt I'll keep it but it would be nice to see a fix for this

No its not grrenified, there are some music showing but lots of white blank spaces and the interface looks terrible.
Definitely getting rid and back to Spotify, no trouble with that

Well, Orbot let me choose that default option to use it for all apps, and that's how I tested it.

Just so were on the same page. With root does it let you mask other apps? check chrome or Firefox.

No problem. That was Firefox the screenshot was in. I purposely used Orbot's option to check in browser to make 100% sure that the browser was using it. I'll upload a screenshot of it in Chrome.
I did check the option in it's settings for "Use Bridges", because both Firefox and Chrome wouldn't resolve the test address without it, but it's possible I wasn't patient enough.

I think the battery life is the best I've had on any Android phone. However, I don't use Bluetooth or 4G a lot. I do use both some, but I'm pretty conservative in my usage and keep all toggles off when I'm not using it.
I additionally took the free LG G Pad 8.3 tablet offer when my wife and I got our G3s, and so except for the phone-specific test I just made I use the tablet for Tapatalk, GPS and playing music, on purpose so we wouldn't have to put as much wear and tear on our phone batteries like we did with our old phones.
I use the Jasmine ROM v4.0, which is a modular debloated stock. I use the main package and then I picked and chose between the "LG" and I think "Other" packages in order to get the LG Calculator, LG Calendar, and install what's necessary for the QRemote to work. I'm trying to remember if there was anything I took from the "Verizon" package as well, but I don't recall for sure if I did - I'd have to look again.
Good luck with your search and hope you find the ideal upgrade. I was so happy to find such a powerful phone at such a cheap price ($30) and the other day it was free - don't know if it still is. Too bad we didn't wait one more week.

The camera is also the absolute best and fastest, even in low light, among all the cameras on smart phones I've used. The laser focus really helps speed it up.

What's the update for today?

I'm at least 8 hours from being home to connect to Wi-Fi. My phone's telling me there's an update. Anyone else?

Probably a sign, too, that the Marshmallow update isn't even close to being ready for ota. If it was, they would just package this security update with Marshmallow.

Hmm i think att is releasing these security updates to try and block any loop holes to thwart atempts in unlocki g the bl and obtaining root. Its kinda funny shortly after the verizon one was opened they issue a security patch. Same when kingroot atarted somewhat working on the device they issued a security patch...

If that is the case, this is proof in the pudding that there is a way to unlock both for our phones. Now it is just about finding the special way to obtain it. I am confident that we have some good devs in progress on a method for us. Keep up the hope. Take care.

I hope this update fixes all the crashing/freezing/rebooting I've been getting since the update to 5.1.1. I'm just about ready to throw this phone out.

Thata why i downloaded package disabler and searched for ws it brings up the att updater ao when i seen the download going on i disabled the app and cleared its data and left it disabled prolem solved

Ah thanks for checking, I guess it's my phone then. Maybe it's because I'm rooted, so odd. I was able to side load the APK, but I was hoping for automatic updates from the Play Store.

It probably checks for root since the watch uses Samsung Pay.

Just got my galaxy watch... the plugin for it is released, works fine, but samsung pay is inoperable for me now... tried to revert to the old Pay plugin that was still working on my S2, but now the automatic update of the plugin can't be prevented (that I know of) and the latest plugin detects root even with magisk hide. Hoping there's a workaround again.

i'm using the watch with my P2XL. working fine. but no messaging app? i get a notification and can view new messages... but no actual app? am i missing something? can't even find one in the store to install. am i missing something?

any one having a issue with the lte version of the watch . i keep getting this every time i try and get it on my mobile service . "Mobile service cant be setup from this phone "

Just download these apks fro apkmirror and install them : galaxy wearables , gear s plugin and samsung accessory service. Everything should work fine after.
