I'm an it professional and I ordered since november for me and my team 10 pcs of elite x3 ---> almost dissapointed

I don't think there's a way for now. You have to subscribe HP WorkSpace or Citrix service, etc. to run those apps. but I think Microsoft and Qualcomm is working on Windows on ARM and that will make it possible soon.

Troubleshooting
Things to try:
Check with Chevron if your phone is unlocked!
Unplug and plug your phone, then try again
Reboot your phone and try again
Try running the Zune software
Try deploying the same xap to the emulator, and if no luck it might be a problem with the file
You can get free xap files for your device or emulator using Desktop Marketplace (also Desktop Marketplace includes this deployer in an automated setup program).

Limitations by design:
It only send xap files to a real phone, not the emulator (however you can edit the config.xml file to use the emulator)

i unlocked my phone with chevron tools, and ringtone manager is working, when i try to use your application always appear this error: "Error installing the application to the device. Please check if it's ready ......".

I have personally experienced some issues, but I feel that the problem is the phone itself, because with tom's deployer and the original MS deployer I receive an error until I reboot/reconnect my phone.

Some applications are protected against piracy like xbl games, what's the problematic application?

There isn't a limitation. According to this thread it may be a problem with your device. Can you deploy an application with the official application deployer?
Of course, I used to install it with "tom xap"
In fact with your batch it works with some , and not with others . I'm trying to investigate and I'll tell you which one gave me problems, maybe wrong signatures or ....

Could be that these aren't signed with the certificate from chevron wp7.
I will add a feature to automatically sign these apps with a chosen certificate. Probably somewhere this week

Is someone getting the camera improvment (panorama capture, burst mode) to work? (Camera_Improvement.xap)
There is an entry in Settings, but nothing in the Camera Settings.

thanks for the files. I was able to sideload all of them without any errors (signature, or HTC only) on an LG Quantum with 7720.68 with wp7deploy.exe by Erwin Ried (v.1.6.2).
connect the phone via USB. Have Zune Client open. Drag and drop the xap onto wp7deploy.exe and it will sideload it (it replaces the signature and removes DRM). Note that wp7deploy will not work on WP SDK7.1. you need an earlier version.
btw. do not install attentive phone on any other device than HTC. it will add an item to your settings page and none of the functions will work. there is a way to remove it once you added it.

These other files are hidden somehow. Make sure, that in your Windows Explorer you enabled to see hidden files in the explorermenu

if you pin the weather or stock live tile they work and update though (tap and hold a location under weather or a stock to pin to start. For news you need to go into one of the news feeds and then pin). The Hub doesn't update here either on LG Quantum. I personally prefer the Mango updated Samsung Now Hub.
I cant install any of these. I get "XAP package signature is not valid or the WP manifest file is invalid. Re-sign with valid signature and fix the manifest file."
Tried every deploying application i can find, none work.

Just to confirm that I've successfully got the latest version of Lumia Camera on my Lumia 1020 running Creators Update.
Steps:
1. First download the Nokia Camera xap from WindowsMania.pl
2. Copy it to your phone storage
3. Go to Files or File Explorer and install it from there ... wait min. or two, it will appear in the list
4. Don't run it. Open Store and check for updates. It should show up as Lumia Camera and immediately start downloading and installing. (After this if you check it under Store it will say that this app is not supported on this device but under this it will also say installed).
I got my DNG back. WooHooo

If you change NOKIA 909 to Lumia 1020 you can download Lumia Camera from store.
Yes it can be installed, and started once, but after that, on n925, I got cowboy in sunset.
I managed to install always working lumia camera from this post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69928623&postcount=5
just deleted line containing ID_CAP_INTEROPSERVICES
Little slow at startup but bearable. Due api change it's best camera for N925 on Win10CU.
Microsoft camera (on N925 on Win10CU) have noticeable shutter lag, and proshoot is saving file forever.

My 1020 (interop unlocked to look like a 950) is stuck on that same version. I'm going to try it out on mine and see if it works.
Update: It worked: I'm now on 15063.728.

My 1020 (interop unlocked to look like a 950) is stuck on that same version. I'm going to try it out on mine and see if it works.
Update: It worked: I'm now on 15063.728.
Update2: After that, I was able to update to 15254.12 through the settings.

The only part you need is about interop unlocking and registry, which is what dxdy just said.
Why do you need to make the 550 mimic anything. It is one of the last phones Microsoft released, comes shipped with Windows 10 Mobile and is supported currently up to build 1709.
Maybe there is something I missed...? Simply put it on the internet and take the updates as they come. Are you getting an error if you attempt to download/install a newer build?

only region unlocked phone... if phone have operator branding, update not yet available... that why i suggest to change PhoneMobileOperatorName
