Problem with my friends Xperia T3 is:
Cant remember which lock pattern I've changed, so phone is locked. I have google account and password, but when I type it in, it said wrong mail or password (another thing is that I cant connect to Wi-Fi or 3g, because locked screen).
I tried with holding Volume down and connecting phone to PC Companion, or Xperia flash tool, but nothing happens
(when I hold volume up and connect it to PC - blue light start, but when I hold volume down red light blink once and that's all).
Is there any way to reset pattern, or what to do to factory reset phone?

So my girlfriend installed a wallpaper app (not sure which) on her Vodafone branded Arc, ever since then the phone freezes at the lock screen after booting. The unlock controls don't work and nothing else seems to either. If the screen times out or power button is pressed, screen goes off but won't come on again.
Would be happy to reset the phone but nothing works for hard reset (tried side buttons plus power and volume down or up and power) and we cannot get to the menus to do a soft reset.
Have also tried the SE PC companion software to update the phone but this requires you to change some things in the phone's menu after connecting too- which we can't...
Help!
Use Update Service form SE.
Power off
Then plug your usb while pressing Back Button.
It will works.
or
Use Flash tool.
Hello guys, I have a Xperia S LT26i in the Italian official version of software 6.1.a.2.55 rooted by E-Root v1.0.14 ( locked bootloader )
i wiped battery stats (after wiping data...cache ...all what we can wipe, mount and unmount every thing from the clockworkmod )
i reboot the mobile from the recovery then it crash in the Sony logo it crashes in the sony logo which stays a long time i forced restart by pressing Power button+volume(+) ( tried one viration and three vibrations )
Then the sony logo appeared and won't go away.. I cant boot anything. doesnt respond to hard reset (3 vibrates)
PC wont recognize my phone.
then the same thing happened until nothing displays on the screen and the notification led litghs red lights red when I connect with pc or AC power
then the mobile doesn't turn on or start on recovery mode again and is not recognized by Windows on Flashtool or on the SEUS
i tried to remove/insert battery, waiting to battery drain, charging the mobile without results
what should I do?

When I hold vol(-), connect the phone to pc led become red most times and once in a way it become green for a short time then comeback to red not the time to do a full repair sony update Service or full flash with flashtool i did a successfull repair with the Sony update Service but stopped in the middle and then continued they said that's the phone is repaired successfully but i still have the problem ( won't turn on won't start recovery )
Can you try with another cable? Maybe the one you used is damaged. The phone normaly doesn't exit flashmode when recovery / repair is started.
If this doesn't help give it a try with newest flashtool, get a ftf file for stock fw .55 or any other version you want (would prefer any ICS version). Prepare everything in flashtool until you're told to connect the phone in flashmode than do so ( hold vol(-) ..., or do a soft reset and hold vol (-) with connected usb cable. If your phone enters flashmode (green led), flashtool should start flashing immediately.
Hello guys. I just got this Xperia Acro S with the red light when it is connected to the charger. The phone was working all right and then it suddenly went off. When it is connected to the wall charger (Samsung or Sony charger) it gives a red led for a while, depends on how long it was disconnected from the charger and then the led goes off. If I connect to the pc, I get SEMC Flash Device. I tried everything I saw in lots of forums and nothing helped. If I hold the Volume + with power button, I don't get any vibration, no matter how long I hold. The same thing with the Volume - and the same with the Volume + - and the power button together. If I connect to the pc, the red led will come on, then after a while it will go off and only then the pc sees the device as SEMC Flash. I tried to remove the battery and reconnected it, but still no results as well. The flashtool says For 2011 devices line, be sure you are not in MTP mode. SUS doesn't see the phone, but the PC companion behaves strangly. When it says connect the phone, I plug it in and then the Pc companion says: Please update Pc companion. When I check for latest version it tells me that is the latest one. It can't be an old version, because I just downloaded it from the sony website. If I launch the repair services, it says press volume down and connect usb. I did that but the phone keeps entering into SEMC Flash mode. Please help me out
Hello people, i have a Smartwatch 2 and i was updating the frimware via PC Companion... in the middle of the process (around 30%) my electricity go off and my pc shut down. I guess the frimware of the device simply get destroyed...
Now, the problem is... the Smartwatch 2 dont boot, the screen never turn on.
Because of that PC Companion don't recognize the device.
I Tried Turn it on by pressing the button 10 - 20 and 30 sec... nothing. Tried charging it by a wall charger and press the button, nothing happends.
Can anyone help me? is there any way to flash the frimware without uising PC Companion?, or is any different way to make the PC Companion recognize the device?
Note: When i approach the Smartwatch 2 to my Xperia Z1 NFC, the phone vibrates, sounds and recognize that is there a Smartwatch 2. I Tried turn on the Smartwatch by approaching to the Z1's NFC and pressing the power button but again, nothing happens.
Any Help will be so grateful. I Have expired the warranty time.
Sony T3 stuck in pattern lock with no recovery email access. Sony Mobile Companion wont recognize phone until pattern lock is removed. Its a brick unless someone can help me factory wipe completely without using PC as the PC doesn't see the phone because of pattern lock.
Did u try to turn on the device in fastboot mode... Plug the USB cable with vol - pressed... Blue Led should be on... After that start Flashtool and do the magic...
