Okay so I went to install xposed on my LG G4 That was on 13b and rooted. The phone now refuses to boot and goes to the dead android guy with a red exclamation then reboots.
I have tried factory resetting it does nothing.
Some more info about the phone it is rooted on 13b and has Pure LG experience installed. I tried flashing Xposed with the newer version of flashfire by following the recommendation of unticking both check boxes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

My device is rooted with towelroot, I installed supersu afterwards...
before bootloop I installed fontexplorer, and installed few fonts, it asked me to reboot, i rebooted, and now it just bootloop's all the time, LG animation and vibration, I can't get into fastmode, tried all kinds of button combinations..
When I try to factory reset, after pressing yes it shows erasing, and then it's stuck on boot logo, not animation..
Download mode is stuck also, just shows 0% but at least then pc's device manager shows com device found
How to fix this ?
All this happened after I rebooted my phone, before rebooting I installed few fonts with Font Installer ★ Root ★(com.jrummy.font.installer) app
THIS guide will help, you've softbricked, only in this guide you will of course need the dll and tot files for your phone and not Sprint. As long as phone comes on,computer recognizes it, and, it goes into dl mode, you should be good.

I've been using iFont and Fontster from the Play Store without any issues for future reference.

G3s to me are finicky about changing or modifying. I modified one build prop setting, rebooted, same thing as op, mine wasn't bootlooping tho, but stuck on the big red 2 screen. Flashtool is your only friend at this point.

Wow, I can't believe I fixed it, I thought it's impossible
I just went into download mode and used LG Flash Tool 2014 to flash to stock firmware..

I think I read back when I was unbricking that .KDZ files have to be converted to .tot, to use with this version of Flashtool.
Quick Question
Hey guys,
I am a bit of a rookie with rooting and i have an LG G3 for tmobile. I rooted my phone and had TWRP installed and accidentally attempted to install a software update and it soft bricked my phone. Here is my problem-all of the solutions i am finding for this issue require a PC, and I, unfortunately, am only running on mac software. I have no way to get lg flash on my mac and to make it comparable with my phone. Is there ANYONE who can help me? I am at my wits end and CANNOT believe I was so stupid as not to make a backup flash but I, as per usual, did not think about it at the time. If anyone could help me, I will be forever in your debt.

I believe you can run virtual Windows on a Mac, not sure if it works with Flashtool though.

Unable to boot my rooted LG G3 S (beat), stuck at lg logo.
hello everyone. I recently rooted my lg g3 s (beat) D722K. After a few weeks I was trying to install apps as system apps using ES file explorer for which I had to copy the desired apk in the system/apps directory and restart the phone. it worked for a few apps (which I successfully made sys. apps) but not for a majority of apps . Everything was fine until now . After that I wanted to normally install an apk but the phone was unable to install it showing ' application not installed' . Then I tried to install other apps but got the same result . I decided to reboot my phone but it got stuck on lg logo and won't boot .
I tried to factory reset it using hardware keys but after wiping all the phone data it again got stuck on the same sucking LG logo .
I also tried to update firmware by connecting it to windows(8.1) pc in download mode which didn't work either. The firmware download got stuck at 0% everytime I tried.
please help me in getting out of this issue . I will heartily appreciate any help regarding this issue.
thanks.. in advance.
Hello everyone, I am running Lollipop on my Spring LG G3 and I am having a problem.
Recently I went to factory reset my phone, so I unrooted using SuperSu and proceeded to do so from settings and I ended up getting boot secure error. I tried to root using several scripts, manually go to download mode and it never continues, but stays on Firmware upgrade page.
I feel like I don't have a recovery? What should I do in this situation?

guess there r not to many options, flash to stock.
You could try download mode and aw did it actually works my looking up the LG Flash Tool 2014 and using that to install a clean, stock KDZ firmware for your phone. If that doesn't work, then the problem would be deeper.
I tried to root my LG G4 Verizon variant. The root went smoothly but once checked with root checker it was rooted incorrectly. I am now trying to flash the stock kdz but isn't working. Gets stuck at 15% or 60%. Also a message keeps popping up to reconnect device with usb when its already connected and cable is working fine. Need help ASAP!!!!!
Did you use the flash tool choosing CSE or normal?
I tried both

What firmware, 11A? (I mean before trying to root)
Download mode is working, do you have the 11A rooted image still on internal? If so, try doing the root again. But KDZ should work unless you were updated to 12A.
I'll try and root again thank you
Hi, I have weird issue with LG G3 D855. The phone works fine when Android is booted but the screen is blank at start up (no lg logo), when in recovery or download mode and while the Android is updating.
I bought this phone like that. I installed the LG G3 Stock Factory Firmware D855 European (LGD855AT-00-V10e-EUR-XX-JUL-08-2014-16G+0.tot and LGG3/D855/LGD855_20140526_LGFLASHv160.dll) using LGFlashTool but it still has this problem. Currently updated to Android 5.0 V20u-EUR-XX
Is it possible to be a hardware problem? Are there different parts on the motherboard that control the screen when is running Android and when is running bootloader?

I updated via ota. But the phone had the same problem before the update with fresh install of the stock firmware.
Did you try unbick/unroot

It sounds more like a software problem, but are you rooted? and do you have any custom ROM or recovery previously intalled?

Phone is currently not rooted. I don't know the history of the phone I bought it second hand with this fault It came reset to factory settings.
The only thing I installed is the stock firmware (LGD855AT-00-V10e-EUR-XX-JUL-08-2014-16G+0.tot) because I thought it will fix the the issue.

I tried the tot method from that topic and still got the problem.
I assume there is another OS that handles everything before the android is booted for example Download Mode or Recovery Mode and that's exactly when the screen is blank. Are KDZ and TOT methods flash that as well or I have to use something else?

Well if the phone works fine well i think you should just leave it like that, but it´s really weird that the screen is like that on the boot anyway, you could try to root it and apply a boot animation by yourself to see if it fix the error but the flash method should had solve the issue; you can try RomToolBox from the playstore or any other root app that changes your boot animation or look for a tutorial, maybe just maybe the boot animation is not getting flashed for some reason.
I dont understand why this happens because i follow the rules exactly.
I was using MM with TWRP+Root.(Not kingroot or other, just SuperSu 2.52) I was flashed .zip file from Xda. I mean i was using L and after that .zip files pops out for MM, i just simply flash the MM zip file and got it worked.
After flashing kdz file with LGUP now my phone stuck at twrp. Now i stuck at twrp. I tried to restore my backup on external_sd but didn't work either. Any ideas?
LG Up can't wipe twrp , so tried flashing again with LG Flashtool with lastest driver.

Phone shows nothing but %0
Afterr battery pull and restarting the process with new drivers, now LG Mobile Support Tool says device is disconnected. I'm confused.

I had same problem with it being stuck at 60% what I did was not to press cancel or unplug but pressed retry and it worked. Also change the language to English and the question marks will disappear.
As for the device disconnected issue i'm not sure how to solve that one you could try running flashtool in windows 7 compatible mode.

When can't go , I choose phonediag to CSEmergency flashing can finished.
I have use CSEmergency 3 times sucsessfully with CSE Flash and newest driver.
Solved my problem. The problem was using LGUP firmware to go back to stock. LGUP Doesnt work if you had root+twrp. Flashed kdz using the Lg Flash Tool 2014 ( I had really more problems when doing this but i made it.) Phone back to normal.
