I am having issues with my Fire phone. It started earlier today when my phone would spontaneously restart itself. Once it restarted it would function as usual for an hour or so. Then it started what I call a restart loop, where it will shut off and immediately restart to the amazon logo, cycling off and on continuously, up to 10 minutes at a time.
I tried a factory reset, but it went straight into the restart loop once it was the initial setup was complete. I am at a loss at what to do and any advice is much appreciated.
Thank you.

Okay, so I got the Tablet on the 15th, and I loved it. But as with all things Android, I had to root it and put a custom ROM on it.
So after some research, I rooted it and put Hydronium on that night.
Followed all directions, and everything went flawlessly.
So the next day, after work around 2pm, I'm messing with it, installing apps through the Play Store and such.
I then set it down for about 15 minutes to eat.
When I wake it back up, I swipe to unlock and the device freezes for a bit then resets itself.
Upon rebooting, I swipe to unlock again, and the issue repeats itself. Freezing then rebooting.
This happens about 5 times, then the device just refuses to wake from any button press.
Almost as it it were off with a dead battery. (The battery had 76 percent charge prior to this.)
Its been like this since. I've tried charging it, but it doesn't respond. I've tried holding all combinations of buttons for over 30 seconds to boot it, no luck.
I've tried plugging it up to power and a PC and doing the same.
Naturally Odin won't recognize it in this state since its not in Download mode.
What do I do? Is there any fixing this?
I truly appreciate the help!
It sounds like a hardware issue to me. Send it back for a repair.

Does it happen to be near a Tmobile personal Cellspot? Mine was doing that, but would boot fine if you remove the SIM card.
Same problem with
Return it, I haved one with same problem, it was refurbished
Hi, so a week ago I had this weird problem with my phone. It would just freeze for like 2 minutes, work again for a minute and so on.
Did a hard reset, same problem.
Flashed that 6.0 KDZ, no success. The phone started but I was basically stuck at the lock screen, touchscreen was unresponsive, power menu kept showing up for no reason... couldn't even turn the phone off.
After that, I decided to stop ****ing around with it and send it to a repair store (no warranty). Today, after about 5 days, I picked it up and was told that they tried a ton of ROMs but they have no idea what's wrong with it.
Got home, ran a hard reset again and now I can't even get to the lock screen, phone is basically in a boot loop. LG logo shows up, the "Android is starting... Optimising apps" screen does its thing, restarts and keeps going like this forever.
Is there anything I can do or should I just throw the phone in the garbage and get another one? Any suggestion is appreciated, thanks!
Hi,
Same issue for 2 days...
My G3 was suddently slow and unresponsive so I removed the battery.
I put it back again, as usual, and start the phone. But it get stuck at the LG logo.
Sometimes the animated LG logo shows up, sometimes not.
Sometimes it displays the PIN screen (unresponsive or not), sometimes not.
Sometimes it boots totaly normaly (1% of time) and become unresponsive/buggy after a couple of minutes.
I tried flashing kdz (normal and CSE) 10 times, factory reset, change battery, without success...
Good luck.
I restart my phone every morning. Its twice now, I would unplug my phone after being charged overnight, then I do a manual restart but my phone would just turn off and not reboot. I have to hold the power button down for about 10 seconds before it would start up again.
The first occurrence was a few weeks after getting the phone at launch. I thought I bricked my phone somehow after continuously trying to power on the phone. The second occurrence was this morning (updated with latest version).
Any advice?
A few days ago I was using my phone and everything was just fine. All of a sudden it rebooted and wouldn't boot back up. It just hung on the boot image forever. After trying multiple resets I decided to load the Factory Image direct from Google. The phone booted back up to the setup wizard. After the phone activated, it brings you to the Wi-Fi connection page. It was unable to find any networks despite being only a few feet away from two different wireless routers. I continued setup without connecting to Wi-Fi. Once booted, I went in to setup to investigate further. When I try to turn it on, it hangs for a moment and the switch turns back off. If I click to go in to more options, setup will crash after a few seconds. I've tried re-loading the factory image multiple time along with multiple versions. There is nothing I can do to make it turn back on. I've contacted Google and I'm in the process of getting a replacement. Has anyone else seen this issue??? Any ideas???
