My LG G4 has this problem, i send it to warranty and they said that the problem was the logic card. They want me to pay $138 for the repair.
I dont know how to tell them that the problem its this bootloop issue.
Another question, the logic card can be damaged by throwing the phone?

Anything can be damaged by throwing the phone. The bootloop issue is in the irc power managment on the mother board.

noting
it was in my pocket and wen i opened it i see its not work well
and when i test it by 3845#*855#
i know a part of touch dont work
Need some elaboration.
That could be caused from a drop, or any other physical damage to the device. So not software.
I would suggest contacting LG directly to resolve the issue, or hope it's covered under warranty.

Cold temperature doesn't usually damage a phone, and I'm sure it's not arctic temperatures in your pocket (lol)
There isn't anything you can just change about the touchscreen. This is the phones inability to detect your touches up in that region, so it's most likely hardware with the device. If you have time get on a live chat with LG to sort this issue out. I'm sure they'll cover you.
Yesterday, my groupmates and I were presenting this VR application to our panelists. Somehow in the middle of the demo, my phone rebooted and it took a while before it actually opened. After it opened though, a few seconds or about a minute later it will reboot again and this happened a few times so I decided to turn it off. Later, when I decided to turn it on again it won't let me past the LG logo and it just keeps on bootlooping so I decided to turn it off by removing the battery and let it stay off for a while. Again when I decided to check on it, the phone won't even turn on even after holding the power button for a few seconds and trying to remove battery and place it back. I decided to check on it later again and it would boot but only until the LG logo again and this time it stays there for a few seconds and then it goes black and this just keeps on happening every time I try opening it. I even tried to do a hard reset (reset to factory settings) but only the same thing happens, the phone freezes at the "Yes" option when doing the factory reset and it goes to black after a few seconds. I even tried flashing a firmware but it won't let me do it because the same thing happens (reboots into LG logo, freezes and then turns black).
What could have happened? Is there anyway to fix this? :/
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: My phone (H815) is running MM, not rooted,

Unfortunately you are also in bootloop effected G4 club now. If it is in warranty, claim it as its board will be replaced, it is hardware failure. What is Serial Number of your G4?

Your S/N is on the phone behind the battery. They will also need your IMEI number.
So you, just like hundreds here, and I am pretty sure it's thousands globally have got bootloop issue so there is no need to create new thread as that is not going to fix your issue as you are in the same boat just like all of us with probably your serial number starting with 505xxx.

Oh well, unlucky... I don't remember seeing any 511 developing bootloop which might be concern for others since I believe that from November 2015 they fixed the bootloop issue with hardware revision 1.1. You can add it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/general/longest-running-bootloop-g4-t3386329 so that others are aware that 511 can also develop bootloop

I'm sure you'll find all the answers going through threads on LG G4 bootloop issue. Seems like the pins on the qualcomm chip get somehow loose or unstuck from the motherboard overtime (usually the 2 big cores) that why the phone is unable to boot when that happens. That's why disabling the big cores helps to boot the phone using only 4 small cores.

Problem is I bought the phone from an online retailer and all they have is labor warranty. I've also tried e-mailing LG here in the Philippines but I haven't received a reply yet and it's been almost a week.
Can removing the 2 big cores (hardware, is it even possible?) by a guy who can repair it, fix the phone?

That is not correct. 12 month warranty is provided by LG for the device so he can go ahead and get in touch with LG. As long as he's got proof of purchase that's all they ask.
I was surfing Reddit, Suddenly my G4 froze and went dark. After i couldnt power it up. I went ahead and removed the battery and relocated it, then the phone showed the booting logo, Unfortunately it didn't make to the OS, Just the booting logo and phone shuts down again. cant power up again without removing the battery and re-inserting it Anyone knows how i can fix this? Help please

Yes! that's what i discovered now, i went to recovery mode (Power Button+Vol down button) and i was so suprised that it lasted 2 hours now without shutting down or fading to darkness
Now i'm confused, if it was a hardware problem then we will face the same problem but i'm not sure if it's the motherboard

You have to stress the phone to see if it is stable. Recovery is a low resource environment, boot into Android and then see it is not working. Trust me, i have a device with the same symptoms and fixed it by baking the motherboard in an oven.

one of my replies in another thread has a little guide. Just search in my profile.
so I guess this happens too much but I got the bootloop 1 year after I bought it, warranty expired.
called lg and they say it'll cost me about 100$ to replace the mainboard.
I don't mind paying the 100$ for it IF I can stop it from happening again
they say they'll warrant the new motherboard for only 3 month
so I was wondering is there anything I can do to stop the new motherboard to bootloop again? I saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G3dQdS1b0aw and he says a copper heatsink adhesive will stop the issue from happening again and I was wondering if this would actually fix it or not and is there a way I can underclock the cpu to stop it from overheating again? something like a kernal editor that can fix the cpu frequencies at lower rates? anything to make me have the guts to buy the new motherboard?
