Hello..
A few mins back I saw a Mario Game based theme on an HTC 10 handset in a video review. Looked pretty neat, and the elements from the theme were assigned tasks like reg app short cuts.
I have a few questions on that..
1) That theme is restricted to HTC 10 Handset only?
2) Can a kind soul attach that file here? I would like to try and port it on other handset as a small project
I could not locate the theme after googling, and since I do not have an HTC handset (yet), I had to ask about these questions here. :fingers-crossed:
U should try this

As I was googling around & searching for themes for my HD, I passed by some excellent themes that were created by Djoub..
Truely amazing themes with classy designs & vibrant colors, yet in cool style
Unfortunately, they were only for the Diamond!
Anyway,
Can you here me Djoub? Any one..?!
I'd really appreciate it if I could find some of his themes...
hmmmmmmmmm
looks like there's alot of interested folks but no actual replies or openions here....
Very well..
Allow me then to post Djoub's skin site for you to check out his amazing work..
The skins are compatable with Diamond but unfortunately not the HD

FINALLY !!
A reply from my favorite developer
Actually, I tried once experimenting on one of the diamond themes to turn it into HD's using manila editor... The new theme just didn't work !
I googled my way around to find out a way to adjust the bottom slider bar so that it fits the HD screen (basically that's why we can't use diamond themes on HD ) but found no answer what so ever...!!
Q: how can I adjust the screen dimentions in manila files so that it fits the HD screen?
Perhaps if I only knew how to do that... I might start porting some themes myself
mallman,
can you help me out here with a hint or two?

in my opinion the best way to do it is to grab his theme and export all the png icons out of it. Next you need to grab your HD manila files and start replacing them with his. With a little patience and just going one by one you will end up with his theme and it will fill your whole screen
You can copy and paste all of your manila files out of your \windows folder on your HD then point manil editor to those files.
oh and thanks for calling me your fav but i pale in comparison to what some of these devs do here.

& that's exactly what I tried to do in the first place !
last night I thought I'd give it another shot; I extracted all manila + png files from my HD, & tried to replace some manilas using the manila editor like I should.. But I couldn't
Every time I try replacing a file, an error message appears saying something like "parameters are not valid" !
I googled for a solution & I thought I need to update the .NET Framework & problem should be solved.. but it hasn't
I'll try again later... This is my project as a beginner in PPC world
Thanks mallman for your advice..
I am also interested to know if anyone has successfully converted Djoub's themes for the HD. Especially the Hell Theme.
Hey guys I love this website and it has helped me so much with my Touch HD , Touch Diamond , and Touch Pro so much. I would still be one of those noobs that can't put software on there phone if it wasnt for this forum. Well I have decided to give back to the forum by creating my own site called Touch-Mod.com The hole idea of my site was to make it easy for new "Touch Series" users to have new apps and wallpaper and more for there new phone.
As of right now you can find Wallpapers for the Touch Diamond and Touch HD in the wallpaper but i will add more for more touch series devices later.
visit it here: http://www.touch-mod.com
tell me what you think
Hi Dude, the site is really cool~, however, it seems little bit empty now, hope you can add more staff in. The wallpapers are awesome~!
yah definetly more stuff is coming soon.... this is just the beginning..
oh, it's in flash, I have problems in surfing it trough my Blackstone otherwise very beautiful!. I would recommend to make a section with registry changes for each device, that's really useful^^ for example like enabling the 4 rows , or the hidden camera modes, something like that but I'm sad that's in flash, I have to use skyfire for it... Greets^^
I'll get a mobile version up and running soon so you don't have to surf in flash.
just added a mobile version....

Somewhere here on xda is a thread for a theme generator that is linked to this site: http://ppcthemeonweb.benthon.com/ThemeOnWebEn.htm
At that site, you can generate themes to your heart's content. You just have to get some Christmas images of your choice and save the Jpegs on your computer to be used by the online theme generator.
yes
Thanks man, really!!
Will try it out as soon as I can

You just need to know your screen resolution when you select the initial theme. Prior to this, you need appropriate pix stored in a directory. Then you will set up the landscape and portrait lay outs. If I remember correctly, once you tell the website you want to create the theme, it will provide a link for the download of the theme it creates using your info.
The developer did a nice job and does not add watermarks or other info indicating his site was used to create your theme.
I did one or two themes just after I discovered the thread here and have the exterior website as a Favorite.
If you're going to publish your theme, I'd recommend going to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page unless you're good at creating home made pix. Wiki Commons has pictures that are in the Public Domain that can be used without violating a copyright. Typically if you use a picture in the Common Domain, you might want to attribute where you found it and release using the same Public Domain license.
Using the Search box off to the left side of the screen will call up pictures.
Good luck!
I've tried it guick but it looks like it's not for blackstone? no WVGA res?
and in the preview with my pics, it looks like it's for devices without touch? I know it has nothing to do with touch or no touch, I just wants you to know wich phones I mean. Like blueberry devices.

Maybe I just have to try HDWall

It creates a very basic theme one probably more suited for non-touch/non-TouchFlo PDA or smartphone. It's capable of creating every smartphone's theme - you just need to know your phone's resolution. I don't have a Blackstone or knwo what WVGA is. I have built two basic QVGA themes for my Jade Clone because I looked up my resolution and worked with the online theme generator to build themes.
You have to become your own master if you want to have Christmas themes.
HTC Touch HD resolution is 480x800..
There were no such resolution to choose.
Tried HDWall but can't get it to work, will try even more
Thanks for your help man
Hello,
as I am looking forward for receiving my HD MINI aka PHOTON on Monday, I can't wait to start customizing it. AFAIK there will be no official support for Windows Phone 7 for our phones in the future, so I started to look for an application launcher / today screen app that provides an WP7dish feeling. After a little research I found this theme for SPB Mobile Shell http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=649362 which looks pretty nice, but obviously has no HVGA support. Now I am thinking about starting an complete own project. But before I start, I would like to ask you, if there is already a working WP7-Theme for the HD MINI that I have not found. If not, do you know a tutorial or something like that that describes how theme creation for SPB-Mobile works?
So long
Okay, I started to design a skin for rltoday exspecially for the HD MINI. Looks pretty cool, but I want to ask you, if someone knows how to dectivate the scrollbar in the today screen and activate kinetic scrolling? That would make things a lot easier for me. I can post some screenshots, if you want.

Hi, dont know the solution. But how is your theme going now ?
Looking forward to your theme !
Hi all.
I've been on the lookout for a Trek theme and can't seem to locate one that is compatible with the default launcher.
I'd prefer not to run another launcher although I did buy Nova prime once before for my last phone.
Anyone have a Trek theme they could recommend?
It is fairly easy to make your own.

Hopefully someone will port the stuff from the Meizu m3e Star Trek Edition. From what I have seen from pictures around the web. The theme is quite nice, including the dialer.
