I just Came from cyanogenmod 11 Android 4.4 KitKat and I flashed over TommyTarts' Quantum 4.4.2 KitKat on my Galaxy S3. I am using Zerolemon's 7500 milliamp battery and used to get 36+ hours of battery life. When I switched to Quantum, the battery charges to 100%, then immediately after I unplug the phone from the charger it goes straight down to about 57%. Is it a calibration issue or what?
Thanks in Advance
Dn3 5v2 I have one question, why the level of battery power is dropping so fast when I don't do anything with the phone in one hour your battery falls by 1% but if I play a game or anything else and it is very quick to use the batteries in one hour, say 50% or is there any option to keep the battery a long time I tried also calibration battery but nothing beter eny idea?!?!?
Agni kernel can help with Battery drain issue... go to their thread
I have installed Cyanogenmod in my S4 Mini Duos and everything works great but... my battery is draining so fast! From what I've seen, the major battery drainer is the "Standby Cell", as it takes out from 20 to 30% of all the energy of my phone. My cellphone's battery life was lasting 2 days when using stock Android, now it only lasts 20 hours. One thing to note is that: when in airplane mode, the battery lasts much longer, but I don't want to always keep switching the airplane mode on and off during all the day.
Any possible solutions on this?
Anyone?
So I was using CM 12 for 3 weeks with no problems. Then suddenly my battery was draining faster than normal 10%/hr and so I checked my battery stats and said Android OS taken more battery life with 40% than my screen with 25%. I went back to my stock backup and I'm still having the same problem with Android OS taking 15% which is better. I did some research and couldn't find a solution but found out that wakelock is making my battery drain and kernel is the problem. So if you guys have any solutions or suggestions, I would happy to try (except factory reset)

Hi I recently flashed CM 13 Snapshot build with Thunderzap kernal. I left it with a 90% battery overnight and woke up to find it on only 50 %. Huge battery drain. Im using only powersave governer in thunderzap. In battery stats it shows always active. Help me and help me fast.
Same Here!
Same happened to me, the battery lasting for 2.5 days would just drain now within 20 hours. I don't understand whether the problem is in ThunderZap or CM 13?
Solution!
Ok I found out what was the issue. Thunderzap is responsible for this, I flashed CM 13 again and the issue was solved.
