Marshmallow update: Screen freeze after being inactive - Moto 360

So the problem is when the watch is in idle and after a certain period of time (40 minutes more or less) it goes in "doze mode" (black screen), but sometimes when it's not connected to the phone and after the 40 minutes it remains blocked on the watch face with the time freeze and it doesn't go in doze mode, so i have to press on watch to correct the problem. it's very annoying, anyone have this issue? How can i fix that? thanks and sorry for my bad english

Anyone has noticed this problem?

I have same issue, didn't know how fix it. Saddly

[LineageOS 14.1] Strange lockscreen that appears now and then

Hi fellow lineageos users,
I have this lockscreen that appears sometimes on my Xiaomi Mi 5s with the last official LineageOS ROM. It's pretty rare, but when it happens I cannot unlock my device and have to force reboot it. I was able to switch the torch on (by keeping the power button pressed), and even to take this screenshot, but I couldn't unlock it and had to do a force reboot to be able to use the phone again.
Any ideas where it could come from ?
I don't know... maybe is a screensaver when the phone go into deep sleep [emoji32] (i had the same problem on AOKP but without this screen, then i found a .zip to fix it)

I have had almost the same exact issue with a LG G4 running LOS 14.1. Happened a few times. I have no idea what triggered it.
In my case I got a lock screen with a circle in the middle that I could not unlock no matter what I tried (never got any password prompt or anything), and like the OP, had to reboot by pulling the battery on the phone (I don't think any of the usual restart button combos worked) in order to be able to gain access again.
Who knows what I would have done if like most phones these days the battery was non-removable - probably have to wait until it went dead..

Phone screen wakes up around once an hour on its own? Help?

Hi there,
I installed the latest stable 10.0.1.0 ROM from Xiaomi.eu (OEICNFH) for whyred, and I noticed that after a completely clean install, the screen seems to "wake up" around once an hour as if someone touched the power button.
I've done another CLEAN flash (wiping everything), and left it there immediately following the install, and still it happens. I'm not getting any notifications but for some reason every hour and a bit, the lockscreen turns on for about 5 seconds and then fades back to black. I'm not touching the phone at this point and I haven't installed anything, so I'm wondering if there is something communicating with the device.
I tried disabling any sort of double tap to wake or raise to wake, but it still persists. I'm also rooted and trying freezing all the Mi Cloud, Mi Account....etc and Mi related apps, but still it persists. Any thoughts? Everything else seems to work ok, but it's very annoying.
Have you tried any custom rom and check if problem persist.
I have the same issue on mi max 3 fully stock and it drives me bonkers!!!
Happened to me also. Turned out there was a ghost in our house. Called the priest and he said the magic words to cast the ghost away. Now the screen doesn't turn on by itself.
JUST KIDDING.
Try to set your phone on airplane mode, if the screen doesn't turn on when in airplane mode then maybe it is a service that is doing it.
And also try to install Wakelock Detector to find out what is causing it.

Redmi Note 8T screen staying awake!

Hi all,
I have a really strange problem with my Note 8T.
No matter what sleep timer I set it at, it stays awake and I have to manually turn it off.
When I press power, double-tap to wake and it goes to the lock screen it turns the screen off as per usual (few seconds).
But if I leave it on the launcher or the settings page for the lock screen etc, it doesn't turn off.
I have never had this problem before with phones or tablets (some of them really cheap ones).
I can set it to 15 secs, 1 minute, etc, but no, it still stays on.
I've gone into Developer settings and made sure the keep screen on while charging (though this isn't the problem) was off!
I've factory reset 3 times (and I've only had it a week).
I contacted the seller (through Amazon UK) and am really considering returning it (which I don't really want to do)!
I'm assuming it's a problem with the screen, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and if there was a solution!
I really like this phone, it can be sluggish sometimes but I can live with that.
The screen not going off though, not only is that a screen and battery problem, but a security issue too.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
All the best in these trying times!
I suppose you could try reinstalling your ROM first and/or try to check if autolock works without installing any additional applications. If reinstalling helped, then it was a potential ROM bug. If autolock works without any additional apps installed, then some application might be working permanently in the background and disallowing autolock. If all that didn't help, you might want to get a replacement then I suppose..?
