Is it possible to take the factory image for a Nexus 5x and use it for a LG G4 without using cyangenmod or twrp? How do drivers work in Android?

No. Each device needs its own specific android ROM built for it.

Can you flash one of the Roms's in the nexus 7 (2013) for an original Nexus 7 mark 1
Thanks
You can not flash a ROM on a device with different internals.
Hi,
Yesterday I bought a brand new Nexus 7 (2013) LTE version. I want to flash the new Android 4.4 to my tablet before I use it. I found this link https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#razorg which has Android 4.4 factory image for the device (TGZ file)
Factory Images "razorg" for Nexus 7 [2013] (Mobile)
4.4 (KRT16O) 441MB
How can I flash this file

Thank you very much, my Nexus 7 runs Android 4.4 now.
Curious do for LG G4 H815 have stock android Marshmallow 6.0.1 version like nexus 5 or 5X without any modificatin, i mean directly original like nexus phones have?
Nope. Only CM based.
Is there anyway to flash an older stock Nexus rom to the 5X, or maybe a CM rom? I guess I'm just feeling nostalgic.
Nope unless you develop a cm12 rom yourself
Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum - I'm new here.
So I got an old LG vk700 from a friend and I was hoping to install a custom ROM on it. It's currently running Android Lollipop 5.0.2, and it is the Verizon Model. I'm interested in trying to install an older version LineageOS on it but I noticed that it wasn't in the supported devices list. I did see that the LG G Pad 8.0 (which is almost identical to the vk700 other than the dimensions) is supported, and I was wondering whether it was possible to install the version of Lineage for the G Pad 8.0 on the vk700. If not, would it be possible for me to port it to the vk700 or is the vk700 for some reason impossible to use a custom ROM on? Thanks in advance!
