You can not flash a ROM on a device with different internals.

Hi,
Yesterday I bought a brand new Nexus 7 (2013) LTE version. I want to flash the new Android 4.4 to my tablet before I use it. I found this link https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#razorg which has Android 4.4 factory image for the device (TGZ file)
Factory Images "razorg" for Nexus 7 [2013] (Mobile)
4.4 (KRT16O) 441MB
How can I flash this file

Thank you very much, my Nexus 7 runs Android 4.4 now.
I have a Nexus 7 (2013) (Mobile) - razorg tablet
I am wanting to make my Nexus 7 (2013) 3g-Mobile model into a Nexus 7 Wi-Fi model
If I just flashed the Factory Images for "razor" for Nexus 7 [2013] (Wi-Fi) model on to my Nexus 7 (2013) razorg" (Mobile) model, would this be OK? would I break the device, and could I go back to the original Mobile version of the Nexus 7 at a later time?
the reason for flashing the Wi-Fi version is that there is more custom roms for the Wi-Fi version then the Mobile version and I never use the Mobile version..
Hello,
I do have 2 devices: the HTC One M8 (GSM) and the LGE Google Nexus 5
Both are unlocked, rooted.
I would like to experiment a custom ROM for each.
Which ROM(s) do you recommend?
Knowing that I'm looking for a "followed" project with OTA updates availabilities.
I like using GAPPS
And, if possible for the HTC One M8, a ROM based on Android 4.4.4 rev.
Thanks.
Is it possible to take the factory image for a Nexus 5x and use it for a LG G4 without using cyangenmod or twrp? How do drivers work in Android?
no
and nexus 5x no pure android ,,,nexus 5x nexus 5x rom
No. Each device needs its own specific android ROM built for it.
Which is the best custom rom for NEXUS 7 II gen. I have rooted my device and think what should i download.
