Sorry for offtop, but there a problem i facing.
XDA main page and main forum doesnt load either on my pc or phone for 3 days.
I can enter Optimus G forum via direct link, but it looks pretty screwed up.
Is it something happened to XDA? I hope it doesnt mean XDA has been banned in S. Korea

i have been using tapatalk and had no issues from korea. works fine in my browser.

Scroll to bottom of main page and choose a different display skin. Classic and 2010 both seem to work for me. The app has been no problem, never tried via the browser on my phone.

Replace <imei> with your IMEI. I found my IMEI at the back of my phone.
Then it will show you some info and download links kdz for your phone. If you want an older version, just change two version numbers at the end.
EX: ".../E97110E_00/E97110E_00.kdz" changed to ".../E97110D_00/E97110D_00.kdz"

Changing your IMEI is illegal in most countries

You must be aware that you are living in area where changing IMEI is illegal
As well this is against the rule of XDA
Kindly report moderator to close this thread otherwise we need to force to report you for spamming.
I think there is a difference between having the intention to actually change the imei and just wanting to understand. I would like to know how but that does not mean I intend on doing so. Or maybe we should just ban and close every other topic that relates to illegal activities. Action must be taken once it is understood that illegal activities are being encouraged but if it is only for the sole purpose of keeping informed then it shouldn't be a problem.

Because Redmi 2 doesn't have any xda forum...

And xda only adds devices with follow gpl norms ie source codes .

Not even Redmi 1s had source codes when it was added to XDA, the same as Mi4i (opensourced since yesterday). And we also have forums for Nokias (where literally nothing happens).
But some perspective devices are added half a year after releasing or just aren't added.

I hope you know this isn't legal..
There is xposed module (don't known what it's name.plz search in xposed repo) which reports custom imei number to apps which try to read imei.
And as jonathan said it is illegal to spoof hardware information
He bought a stolen op3 ... I guess he know it. And knowing a crime and not reporting it its considering a crime too
