Hi All ,
My phone S4 Mini I9195 is recognized by Odin but Kies can't recongnize it .
Be informed that I had a problem with my phone ,when I power up the phone just vibrate nothing appear on screen .
I think your phone must be powered on to connect with Kies. So flash something with Odin to de-brick your mini, for example stock firmware.
I can't de-brick it because with odin stuck on initialisation
please any advice

Why unplug??? You know that could cause serious problems. Does your phone able to enter Download mode?

completely dead means stuck at boot or no sign of any powering on?
first thing I would try is a JIG, force it into download mode and see if u can flash the original firmware
for firmware download, I recommend sammobile.com. They also have guides showing how to do so If you are uncertain or new to this
If u dont own a JIG and not willing to wait for one to be shipped, u can build it your own. it is pretty simple, just couple of resistors and a micro usb port
oh, and dont be shy about what you have done. Provide the essential details always for better assistance

Will your computer recognize it? If you connect it to your computer with the USB cable I mean. If it only makes 3 beeping noises (the computer) and doesn't recognize it, and the phone doesn't turn on at all you will need either a JIG service or a JTAG service (most likely JTAG)
Thank you 4 ur help
I will make my own Jig but can you please help with a guide 4 how to use the Jig to force flash new rom?
I downloaded a supposed to be an official room for my Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos from a website called Samsony, i unzipped the archive file and flashed the .md5 via odin 3.07,
everything was ok until it just Typed Rest in blue and stayed like that forever..
So i tried to Turn On The phone manually but it didn't work, The Odin log didn't show any errors, and am not sure what was the issue, and now am here with a broken samsung device that is completly numb unless for some weird vibration when i hold some random buttons....
Seriously need Help as soon as possible.... :crying:
P.S : The Phone is numb.. Can't access neither download mode nor recovery mode.. Please Tell me there is a solution to this

possible could still be driver.
However there are lots of things it could be, I can't remember them all soul here are random things I recall, no particular order! People have reported using different usb cable, or usb port (your phone may be more sensitive than your bothers) have helped. And/or try older ver of Odin (2.8 or 2.9 I think it was). Make sure to turn off Kies & your fire wall. Only connect phone once in download mode. Turn off debugging. Update uninstall Kies (might need to reinstall drivers if they come with Kies)
(try Heimdall if you can use linux)
Also, what recovery are you using? TWRP from neozone thread? ver?
