I had the same situation!
Use Kies:
Tools > Emergency Firmware Restore
and wait for it
It will download around 700mb and flash your device with stock firmware, and all needed files.

I've try to connect my devices to Kies, but Kies cant recognize my device....
Did you installed Kies 3?
If so, then uninstall it and install only Kies

I am in a similar situation where Kies does not recognize my device so I am downloading the stock firmware and will use Odin to see if that works.
galaxy tab 3 8.0
I was deleting applications on my tablet the other night and i accidentally deleted the os. i have used kies, and kies 3 to try to do a firmware recovery, but, it did not work. i dont know what to do and i would really like some help haha. any tips??
^^^^^^ like he said ^^^^^^^
Go to SamMibile, find your device, choose your country and download. then flash through Odin. Sam Mobile even gives you a link to that.
can you shut the device down (hold the power button for a really long time)? if not let the battery die, then fully charge it. Then enter download mode (press and hold volume down, home and power button at the same time) then when it says to, volume up.
Once in download mode you should be able to use Odin to flash your stock firmware
I have my Tab 3 in download mode "Downloading" Screen, and tried Odin and Kies and cannot connect. What version did you use to connect? Thanks for your help.
This is probably the worst problem i ever encouter for now.
So my mum's note 2, sudenly keep boot loop infinite time.
Yea, i decided to flash the rom with odin.
One mistake there, It failed, and i plugged the phone out -.- ( Freaking big mistake )
And now the
1)phone is unable to get into recovery mode.
2)Stuck in odin mode in download mode.
3)Kies is forever connecting to the phone but it actually not connecting so i cant do an recovery mode in Kies.
So what can i do about it?
And will all this process make the phone contact lost? thanks

Hi
I have a Note 2 (international GT-N7100) that does not start. It shows a firmware upgrade error (attached) when i switch it on. I can only enter download mode (attached). I am being told the phone suffered SDS but in download mode you can still see the product name (attached). Prior to the problem i have never been rooted or had a custom ROM installed. It simply rebooted one day all by itself and when booting showed the upgrade error
I have tried re flashing via Odin in everyday possible, including the PIT file. All methods fail. A friend as said the bootloader is corrupt. I tried re flashing that but also no luck.
Is there a way of using an external SD card to get up and running? Or any other ideas out there.
Thanks and much appreciated.

You're using the wrong version of Kies, Kies 3 is for the Note 3 and devices made after it. Try downloading the original Kies http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/#none

No. The phone can only enter download mode. (Vol down, Home and Power).
Vol up, Home and Power keeps taking me to the firmware upgrade error screen.
Removing battery and pressing power on button also takes me to the firmware upgrade error screen.
Thanks

Since your Knox counter is still untripped, I'd recommend contacting Samsung as I'm pretty sure the SDS has no software fix.

Hey have you tried Odin 3v1.87 I know that the partition error is very common on the later Odin clients.
Also make sure to uninstall Kies before using Odin as it nearly always interferes.

Hi All ,
My phone S4 Mini I9195 is recognized by Odin but Kies can't recongnize it .
Be informed that I had a problem with my phone ,when I power up the phone just vibrate nothing appear on screen .
I think your phone must be powered on to connect with Kies. So flash something with Odin to de-brick your mini, for example stock firmware.
I can't de-brick it because with odin stuck on initialisation
please any advice

possible could still be driver.
However there are lots of things it could be, I can't remember them all soul here are random things I recall, no particular order! People have reported using different usb cable, or usb port (your phone may be more sensitive than your bothers) have helped. And/or try older ver of Odin (2.8 or 2.9 I think it was). Make sure to turn off Kies & your fire wall. Only connect phone once in download mode. Turn off debugging. Update uninstall Kies (might need to reinstall drivers if they come with Kies)
(try Heimdall if you can use linux)
Also, what recovery are you using? TWRP from neozone thread? ver?
