CM12 port to P6-UO6 ? - Huawei Ascend P6, Mate

Hello, I would like to create a port CM12 to my phone. I read the wiki CM, but I could not find anything about this model. The only source is CM11 kernel. Can it be possible to do peeking port on this phone?

Maybe when omni rom source is updated. And hydrom only when another rom is on that version but I don't know if there will be any new hydrom version since the developer lost his phone.

Woah woah. Not even all the Nexus devices have it yet, just give it a week or two. It all depends on how big the underlying stuff changed.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible. Different devices have their own firmware, so it is best you find your correct firmware for the G6 on the Huawei website.

[DEVELOPER REQUEST] 64 bit kernel (3.10.49) for Qualcomm devices

Hello there.
Anyone have any information about 64bit kernel for Qualcomm device as HTC was send OTA's but source of kernel wasn't published on htcdev or anywhere else.
So, I was reverse engineering dtd and trying to port drivers in the Kernel of a52 device as that is only what is similarly to HTC's a51.
So, a51ul, a51tuhl, a51dtul, anything what is Qualcomm based is welcome.
Thank You
PS, if someone of developers need that dtd, please PM Me

will a request message to them help?
i have also been looking for the sources for study, so i submitted a message to them.
would be great if everyone can send one.

Thank You @vezir020 but I don't need Yu kernel... It is not at all same as 820.
YU is maked by SIMILAR hardware, not SAME, so We cannot use kernel because of lot's of other things inside (sensors, etc.... in one word: CHIPS)
So, again, thank You but I cannot use anything.

a52 is th best shot we have then.
I dont suppose they will release it so soon and no other phone has hardware as similar as a51 than a52.

1st post has all what I know of the package.
Hello, what is the procedure to update my M8?
Guys this isn't an update per se. It is open source kernel and drivers which (hopefully) will allow somebody to create a custom ROM from.
Anyone able to develop something like cm or if these kernel sources?? Have been waiting for this for ages. I'll start using my m2 8.0 again! Stupid emui 3!!!
Seconded. Would love to get an update. The hardware is good but the OS feels so old!!
How about the M2 10" (M2 A01L) for update ?
Can I flash kernel? cause TWRP says 'No OS installed'

Xperia T3 Android 7.0

I was searching for Xperia T3 custom ROMs and I didn't find any ROMs for it except for the stock ROM and the other ROM that I found, the guy said it wasn't tested if it was buggy. Also I never found a 7.0 ROM for it but I also found duplicate vids which were fake, because people said it in the comments. Guys will you develop a ROM for it or can I find the stable 6.0 ROM?
Written on the Xperia T3
I could help you getting LineageOS 14.1running. I did It with some help for Xperia E3 (now we are trying to fix camera)
You would need a new device tree repo, old vendor files adapted for Nougat, new kernel on 3.4.X...
Since I don't own this device I can't test so the work is more difficult but I can help you ?

Yes, my plan is to make the ROM compatible with all variants. But I need CPU-Z screenshots from stock ROM to know which sensors are working on this device.
I guess I could send you a TWRP recovery to test if kernel works.

My D5102 doesn't have recovery partition so the recovery is placed in the /root. And it doesn't have bootloader update to run newer android version. Do you think is it possible to make my device (D5102) to run a newer androidm?

Thanks for this info too. I have Xperia E3 with two bootloader versions: stock and new one.
We are using stock to run LineageOS 14.1 and it doesn't have recovery support, but it has a partition named FOTAKernel which works as recovery partition. We can use it to store recovery and modify boot.img to launch it after pressing a volume key. We can also store recovery ramdisk on boot.img so we have solutions for this. Don't worry.

I used to think that before but if you configure kernel ok it will boot on stock bootloader.
What I'm doing is to take device tree from all variants from stock kernel to create the new kernel. It should make it work with stock bootloader.

EDIT: I will wait to start Christmas to continue the work because I'm a bit busy these days, I'm sorry.
