Hi all !
Just got my new Samsung Gear S2 watches and have problems.
My M8 pairs perfectly and quickly with it, but then the phone cannot connect to the watches using Gear Manager.
Anybody has any idea how to fix it ?
Thanx in advance,
Regards.

Greetings Folks!!! :highfive:
I am planning to buy the Sony XAV 601BT HU for my car, and MirrorLink is one of the USPs of this HU. I know that DriveLink is available on SGS3 and Note 2. I was trying to understand whether this app is hardware or software based, and if we can expect this technology on the i9082 in the near future. I guess some folks have been trying to port this app on other phones, but didn't see any confirmed news on that. Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
I recently purchased an 11-pin MHL-to-HDMI cable to use with my Galaxy Note II and my Asus VN248H IPS monitor. When I plug in the USB end into the Samsung power adapter, the HDMI into the monitor's HDMI/MHL port, and the other end into my Note II, the Note II recognizes the cable with an "HDMI Cable connected" message but when I switch to the proper HDMI input on the monitor, the monitor only displays a "Out of Range" error message. Any ideas/helpful tips for how to get this cord working? Or do I just have a dud and should I buy another? Thanks in advance!
//Edit: My Note II is a GT-N7100 model and the TL: DR of this post is that my Note II detects my MHL cable but my monitor displays an "Out of Range" message instead of mirroring the screen. Help!
Bump! I don't like doing this but I'd really like a response or to know if anybody out there has had or is having similar issues with MHL! Anybody?

Thanks for the response! My phone is not rooted so I'm on the default Samsung ROM? (I'm a total noobie to all this so sorry if that doesn't answer the question at all!)
I have not yet tried on another TV/monitor, but my friend's Galaxy S3 had the same result. (Monitor displayed "Out of Range" message)
The cable is NOT an original from Samsung. So that raises big red flags I'm sure.
And my Note II is a GT-N7100 running Android version 4.1.2.
I'll post more details as I test more scenarios but in the meantime any help or experience would be very much appreciated!

Well...I think its the cable...if the s3 had the same result.....there is 2 option...the cable...or the tv....
You have to try in other tv....if that not solve the problem...its the cable...but if the other tv works....its your tv....
I hope its help.......

Thanks so much for the response and sorry for taking so long to reply again! I tried the cord out with my Galaxy Note 2 on a TV and it worked!! Even though the aspect ratio was off and the screen didn't fit completely on the TV, the cord was fine! This leads me to believe that it has something to do with my monitor, but I have no idea what! Could it be that my monitor doesn't support the refresh rate of the Galaxy phones or something? If anybody has any more advice or suggestions, that would be great because I'm completely stumped. Thanks!
Hello all,
I have a question for you.
I know this has been already asked, but I didn't be able to find an exhaustive answer, so I'm quite confused.
I want to buy a 7" tablet for my 6 years old daugther, together with a nice toy called "Appen"; such a toy is nothing else than a interactive pencil connected through the Audio jack to a tablet.
With it one can draw, paint and play directly on the tablet screen.
I really like the new Google Nexus 7, so I'm evaluating it.
Unfortunately, the old model (2012) was not compatible with the Appen, because the audio jack do not provide the connection for microphone (TRRS jack).
So, can anyone help me and confirm me that the new Google Nexus 7 has the microphone input onto the audio Jack?
It would be enough to test it with a single headset.
Thank you in advance.
Ciao,
Giovanni
Hello,
Come on, nobody can help me?
Is there anyone with a new Nexus 7 that can try an headset with it?
I would be really grateful to you.
Ciao,
Giovanni
Just got this a couple days ago and been noticing that it's seems to be getting laggy on me for some reason the more I use it.
Any suggestions you guys have for helping that? What are you guys doing right out of box with this, any must do mods etc? You guys have been awesome help in the past. And I know people have been working on things already and I thank you for that.
I noticed flash player says it's not supported for 4.4 and when it takes me to website it says it's not available, can this be true? I thought I read that someone made a flash player for it? Can anyone point me in the correct direction to download the correct one if it's true that one will work?
Also, any other cases/ keyboards out besides the Samsung one? Went to BB and that's all they had.
Thanks all, I did read other post but they are mostly about the 8" ones.

change the screen animation to 0.5.
can't comment on the flash thing since the only videos I watch are on youtube.
There's the Logitech keyboard/case.
yes, the tab pro forum is filled with threads about the 8.4 one.
I have the pro 10.1. I followed the instructions on the following website and have flash working just fine on my tablet
http://nexus7.wonderhowto.com/how-t...r-nexus-7-running-android-4-4-kitkat-0152824/
For cases, check out Amazon. I found a decent selection there.
For lag problems, find the app Cache Cleaner NG in the app store. I have it set to run every morning. If the tablet starts to lag again after heavy use, I will run it again.

I got a case and keyboard from Amazon. The case is a WAWO Samsung Galaxy Note & Tab PRO 12.2 Tablet Smart Fold Case Cover (white) which comes in several colors for $13.99. Once you snap the case onto your tablet it is very secure and will not fall out. If anything it's a little difficult to remove which I like. The keyboard is a SANOXY® Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard for iPad/iPhone 4.0 OS/Android/Window Mobile/Symbian Smartphone/MAC/PC (white) for $13.46. It looks great with my white tablet and white case. If your looking for the perfect mouse for your tablet then you'll want a Samsung S Action Bluetooth Mouse. They come in white or black and have the same stitch pattern as your tablet. The right button functions as back, middle button functions as home, and side button functions as recent, so no need to reach for your tablet when watching on a big screen.
Hi Guys,
i just bought a LG G3 and got a Samsung gear S as a gift, and i'm really sad to know that its not working together.
I found some instructions to make it work together but i don't get notification and things like that.. does someone have something new to get full access to the watch with this cellphone?
thanks.
