Correct ROM install? - Verizon HTC One (M7)

Hi guys, I hope this is question is allowed in this section. I have installed several ROMS that just get stuck in the HTC screen so I have to reboot into recovery and restore rom from backup. I have vIPER 7.0.2 installed and have been running it for the past year and it does run very well, I just wanted to try some other ROMs for a change. The question is what ROMs are compatible and will work with my HTC One m7 here is what I have

SMP PREEMPT
Baseband version
1.12.41.1112_2
Build number
6.09.401.5 CL366813 release keys

any info will be greatly appreciated.....
Thank you

[Q] Do I have Stock HTC DHD ROM?

Hi
I recently flashed my DHD with what I believe was the Stock HTC ROM.
However, I got to thinking, how do I know it was the stock ROM? I got it from a link in a forum post (can't find it now) would like to confirm that this is the stock HTC ROM.
I have nothing against custom ROMS, but I specifically want the stock ROM experience for a while.
This is what I have:
Android Version: 2.2.1
Build number: 1.72.405.3 CL296490 release-keys
Software number: 1.72.405.3
Can anyone tell if this is the stock ROM?

If you don't have root and the recovery shows S-ON then you should be on stock ROM.
1st number is the main build 2nd set are for uptates and patches (eg bugfixes and so on) 3rd set are the carried id. 405 is generic htc.

[Q] How to install custom ROM?

I have tried doing multiple searches but there are so many different threads, I didn't know which one was the correct one.
I have a T-Mobile UK Branded DHD.
Here is the software information!
Code:
Android Version
2.3.3
HTC Sence Version
2.1
Baseband Version
12.54.60.25U_26.09.04.11_M2
Kernel Version
2.6.35.10-g3bf3222
[email protected] #1
Mon Apr 11 22:46:37 CST 2011
Build Number
2.37.110.5
Browser Version
WebKit/553.1
Please could someone kindly direct me into the right direction to downgrade, root, and install a custom Rom.
Also, is there a post specifying the best ROMs for DHD? (preferably a louder sound ROM)
Thanks
I don' think you can root with 2.3.3 without Radio S off using Gingerbreak so ..........I'd look at following this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=905003
You will need a goldcard... never tried this with 2.3.3 but the thread suggests that it will work
Stock roms can be found here http://www.iloveabath.co.uk/index.php?dir=RUUs/
Unfortunately at the moment you wont be able to downgrade. Currently build numbers 2.37 and up are not able to downgrade

[Q] HTC Desire Display problem (Kernel suggestions??)

Hy everyone
I've currently switched my old CM7 rom for a MIUI GB Rom, and I must say I'm really impressed
They say when you try MIUI you don't wont any other rom, and I have to say they are right
So let's get to the point, lately I've found out that my HTC Desire is behaving strange. My display is starting to go on and off on itself, I haven't installed anything to mess with the interface or the lockscreen itself, I'm still using the default theme.
So I thought maybe my Desire is gone crazy and I've tried the latest CM7.2 rom, and my "display" problem solved itself, I've used it for a week just to be on the safe side - so my question is:
How can I fix this ????? I really like this MIUI rom more then the usual Gingerbread/Cm7 roms.
I even managed to install the latest AMARULLZ DATA TO SD-EXT(A2SDX)
script so that I can use the 1GB ext4 partion as my internal memory space.
Please let me know what I have to do to fix this. Do I have to install an other kernel to fix this, or do I have to use an another boot image, or something else ??? Or at least let me know which is the best kernel for every day use ( for MIUI of course )
Thanks in advance
PS: Here is my current rom and kernel info:
Boot:

go here and try to match your phones stuff and UI http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1923016
if most of them doesn't match then i believe its a fake htc and this section is for real htc one x endevoru only(dont know if a fake htc one x section exists here lol)
Looks like a fake; here's a post from miui forums with a similar baseband-
Hello dear all. I'm newbie about installing ROM (Changing or replacing my phone's firmware).
I have a Chinese phone (Called A908) with stock android 4.0.3 on it. It seems the default ROM in it is MIUI. I want to install the last version of MIUI ROM but the problem is that my phone is not in the list of supported phones. So I have to find the ROM which is compatible to my phone. Please help me. My phones feature is:
Android version: 4.0.3
Baseband version: MAUI.11. AMD.W11.50.sp.v13.P2,2012/04/25
Kernel version: 3.0.3 [email protected]#1
Build number: A908_A51ICS_76A0_V1_0_4_20120711
I think it's this one...
You got shafted.

I'd be careful what you do to it. They seem to be unrootable at the moment, plus any factory reset will revert the phone to chinese language. Another guy here had the same phone, it appears(Android version 4.1.5, baseband beginning MAUI)

You need to update recovery. I'd say the best bet is twrp 2.6.1.0. Though I haven't flashed my s2 in awhile....maybe a newer version is better? Last I checked 2.6.1.0 was best.
Then the newer ROMs should flash fine.
Make sure to follow the ROM flash instructions to the letter.
I'd say nandroid first....but you'd have to flash twrp first, then do it. But I'd have Odin and a stock 4.1.2 image ready just in case. In fact....I'd Odin 4.1.2 first. Then flash twrp and root. Nandroid backup after. Then flash ROMs.
Read up good though....I'm not there, so I don't warranty this advice. Lol.
Good luck.
