m using pacman rom..jst tried to install theme 'darkness',,nw on rebooting,,it gt stucked in boot animtion,,thn i flashes back to rom zip,provide by dev f d theme,,bt still its d same..thn i did wiping in recovery still its on d same pos..wt to do..hv 2 make sm calls nd access data ugently..pls gv sm quick soln..plz help..theme link

lol... are you serious...
you went to Galaxy Nexus forum for themes.... that weren't made for this phone/rom....
If you want theme... just download another launcher from play store...
if you don't know what you are doing....get theme on your phone the easy way
Solution:
Hold power button for 8 secs to turn off, then hold volume down and power on. (Hold it until you see fastboot)
plug-in your usb
Go to recovery(there is an option for that in fastboot), flash ROM(goo,im link below) in recovery
PAC man 19.3a (very stable)

*Full wipe if you were using a old PACman rom

D PROB IS whn i select recovery in fastboot mode,,instead f going in recovery mode,,it again starts showing tht damn boot animation..
And by the way, for the sake of god, could you use proper english...

i mean i am unable to go in recovery mode as i told you..
i did 'factory reset' whn i was not getting anyway to come out from'stucking on boot animation'..since then my phone is not going in recovery mode...is my problem understandable now??
Look mate.... Don't know wat u did...Anyway, try flashing recovery via fastboot....if it dont boot, try flashing a rom via fastboot with kernel.... It should work

Flash another recovery. Get in fastboot and type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Hi guys I jst rooted and flash my GN2. I installed the jelly bam rom using TWRP. I even made a back up of my stock rom befor flashing but I got ahead of myself and forgot to do factory reset. No my Phone comes on and gets stuck on the boot animation like approx 10 seconds in. I tried power voulume up and down to try to get to TWARP recovery but that is not working. Can anyone give me some direction on what to do to get my flashed rom working correctly and get out of the boot animation,,.. thanks
Power, home button, and volume up at the same time will take you back into twrp

Hi, I flashed Android Revolution HD (my phone is S-ON so I had to manually flash the boot.img) It worked fine until I reboot my phone, then the HTC logo shows but the boot animation never starts it just goes blank. Is there anything I did wrong?
You need to flash the ROM in recovery mode first

is your phone bootloader unlocked? seems u're flashing kernel as it named 'boot.img'
hii guys i made a mistake of using wrong recovery.img on my canvas 4
the screen went blank and the phone rebooted normally. after the boot the touch screen is not behaving properly
the touch has become upside down and it works at few points but not the selected area????
i flashed the phone with the stock rom still the problem is persisting!!!!
i also flashed the correct cwm recovery for a210 with sp tools the phone is booting in recovery mode but even after factory reset the touch screen problem is there:crying:
pls help how to solve this problem..

i already did flash it with stock rom using sp tools and also showed at micromax service center they said the touch display is gone and need to change the touch screen
I can't seem to get rid of the Freedom OS red boot splash screen, the one that appears immediately when you press the PB before the OS loads. I flash stock boot.img, recovery. stock OOS and community builds with full wipes and even relocking the phone. Help (sorry if this question is in the wrong place, seemed like a toss-up)

the one i posted was the for the Splash Logo (LOGO.bin)
this one dbabev21 posted is the boot animation, flash both of these and u will be back to stock on both the boot animation and LOGO.bin (splash screen)
