lol... are you serious...
you went to Galaxy Nexus forum for themes.... that weren't made for this phone/rom....
If you want theme... just download another launcher from play store...
if you don't know what you are doing....get theme on your phone the easy way
Solution:
Hold power button for 8 secs to turn off, then hold volume down and power on. (Hold it until you see fastboot)
plug-in your usb
Go to recovery(there is an option for that in fastboot), flash ROM(goo,im link below) in recovery
PAC man 19.3a (very stable)

*Full wipe if you were using a old PACman rom

D PROB IS whn i select recovery in fastboot mode,,instead f going in recovery mode,,it again starts showing tht damn boot animation..
And by the way, for the sake of god, could you use proper english...

how ??
i mean i am unable to go in recovery mode as i told you..
i did 'factory reset' whn i was not getting anyway to come out from'stucking on boot animation'..since then my phone is not going in recovery mode...is my problem understandable now??
Look mate.... Don't know wat u did...Anyway, try flashing recovery via fastboot....if it dont boot, try flashing a rom via fastboot with kernel.... It should work

Flash another recovery. Get in fastboot and type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

guys plz help me i just rooted via superone click i got rooted than i install system recovery but whn i m going to recovery mode only black screen is coming i tried volume down + swith on thn thn andriod robot is coming i press the right corner but no recovery is coming do i missing somthing plz help me to go recover mode

first make sure you have recovery is installed properly via defy 2ndinit. now in case you havent . please install it properly first by setting debugging on .. installing recovery from 2ndinit . turn debug off and then reboot . you should end up in bootmenu . and that has an option to get into custom recovery

Yesterday I root my DHD using Ace Hack Kit..
All worked fine...
But when i tried to install custom rom using rom manager..it restared in CWm recovery mode.. then by mistake i choose wrong zip file ..and click update..
After all that..My dhd restarted again and again..
When i open the recovery mode by pressing vol. down and power key..
and select recovery it restarts but stuck on CWM processing Logo..means the screen dat appears just before the CWM options.. I did backup before installing zip file ...
but my dhd stuck on CMW logo screen.. I did Factory reset ..but nothin help..

have u tried taking out the battery?
however, u can download the official stock rom(1.32.405.6) from http://www.multiupload.com/BTJ8KY0KH9
Put it(PD98IMG.zip) on ur sdcard >open Hboot(bootloader)>it will automatically search for it and start updating assuming u have super cid

when i go to recovery it shows rebooting device (SELECTION SCREEN IS NOT OPENING)

pull out your battery, then insert again. press vol up+home+power. you'll enter recovery mode. wipe /data.
btw, most people will ignore you if you put the question here. next time just put it on respective rom question section or faq section. they will gladly help you.
Hi buddy, dont worry...
First of all listen this whenever ur falshing rom u need to be patient, because booting will take lot of time, So next time be patient.
About ur problem, just go into recovery i think ur saying u cant just pull out ur battery and again try to go into recovery again reflash the rom then this time be patient and wait for its fully loading... ok all the best..
If u cn go in download mode this means ur phone aint bricked. So juz chk out doky's thread in development section and dload ur desired rom then jz remove ur sd and sim card, flash in download mode.

Hi there,
I am trying to instal some custom room. I already installed flash bot drivers, fastbot drivers, xperia s drivers. Now i need to enter recovery mode, but.
Problem is when i turn off my phone and hold VOL UP key, than till holding that button i connected USB cable, BLUE led come out, and that's all, nothing happen. I try to hold VOLD DOWN but the problem is same.
My phone is rotted i have super user app and bottloader is unlocked.
Y u using a usb cable for installing custom roms? If u have unlocked bootloader means u should flash a custom kernel with cwm. Then only u will get into revovery..
If u have recovery installed in ur mobile means just switch on ur mobile and press the volume up button continuously. Don't press and hold it. Just keep pressing. And u will get into revovery mod if have that already in ur device...

Thanks man, it was all about cwm. After i install it, i was able to enter recovery mod, by typing screen several timse when Sony logo came out. Thsnks ahain. Now i have XZ xperience_1

I hv stuck in updating my phone HTC ONE V OS from ICS(4.0.3) to JELLY BEAN(4.1.1).
I rooted my phone by performing steps given on htcdev website. It was successful.
Nw my phone was rooted I did research on updating my os by surfing to many site n many ways. I was confused in selecting a particular way for updation of my OS.
Meanwhile I went thru tis site android_gs/update-gsm-htc-one-v-aokp-jelly-bean/ and found it easy in performing updation steps. I downloaded evry requirement given on tis site n performed t steps given.
When I went in fastboot mode n opt for recovery it doesn’t show t steps as given in above mention site .
It shows tat recovery has failed n it gets stuck wit failed recovery screen.
I tried evry possible way lke going back in fastboot mode n ten opting reboot bootloader, or selecting HBOOT USB etc bt nthng works.
Nw my phone reboots evrytime wit display showing “this is for development purpose….etc”.
I don’t knw wer I went wrong bt I guess recovery steps was nt performed well or ter was some problem in recovery.
Please guys help me in solving tis problem.Repli asap.
Every suggestion v’l b taken into consideration.

dude i hv rooted my phone succesfully...
when i started updating my phone it didnt went properly
nw i cant do anything wit my phone..it is stuck wit t screen displaying "This is for development purposes...etc"
i guess recovery is not properly done.
should i contact t dealer??

if yes you didn't flash kernel
for kernel you need to download hellboy kernel for 4.1+ roms or kiss kernel for sense based roms..
after that do this while in fastboot mode
fastboot flash boot boot. img ( boot. img = name of the kernel)

That's like the most simplest way... still
1) Hold the Power buton for about 10 seconds to turn it off
2) hold the power + volume down buton to go into bootloader
3) From there choose recovery
4) Boot into recovery and do as what paarth said

when i opt for recovery in boot mode it does'nt perform any action n ten it get stuck in recovery error message screen.
actually tis t main problem.
