August 14 2015 OTA Update Ruined My Note 2 - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

It looks like the latest AT&T OTA update from August 14, 2015 has ruined my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SGH-I317 smartphone. The phone was rooted after the official KitKat 4.4.2 update but no custom recovery was installed. I postponed the last update for as long as possible but finally it was forced to install. Now the phone just displays the initial "Samsung Galaxy Note II" logo for a couple of seconds and turns off right away. I can't enter the safe mode.I can use system recovery buttons combination but it does not open the recovery menu. It simply restarts the update process showing AT&T logo, then "Installing..." and "Updating..." screen with the percentage progress bar. After reaching 100% and saying "Update completed" the phone reboots and shows "Samsung Galaxy Note II" logo again for a couple of seconds and then turns off. Please help with advice.

[Q] Note 2 stuck recurrently on "Samsung Galaxy Note II" screen

Hi,
My phone is the GT-N7100, it's rooted and I'm running the unofficial CM11 Linaro ROM: cm-11-20140324-Linaro-n7100.zip (March 24th edition).
This morning I woke up to find my phone stuck on the bootloader and the "Samsung Galaxy Note II" keeps flashing on and off recursively. It won't boot into RECOVERY mode. However it will do so into DOWNLOAD mode but the problem is none of the volume keys work at that time so I can't press VOLUME UP to go into ODIN mode. The DOWNLOAD mode screen stays for about three seconds after which the phone goes into the bootloader loop again.
The phone is behaving as if the power button is stuck, although I haven't had any issues with the power button in the one year that I've had the device.
Can you please help me? It's my primary phone and I really need to get it to work. I don't mind if I lose all my data.
Thank you!
Might be worth talking to this guy, his power button got stuck

Stuck on initial loading screen

I have an issue with my Note 4 - It did not get past through the initial screen where it displayed "Samsung Galaxy Note 4". It would not go to "Recovery" screen either. It simply kept on boot-looping. So I tried to go to the download screen (Vol Down + Home + Power) and installed the stock firmware (L) through ODIN. Installation went successfully but now still cant enter the Recovery and keeps on boot looping with the blue text "RECOVERY BOOTING...." on the top left. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated?
I can go to Download mode but it wont go to recovery.
It is galaxy note 4 verizion retail version.

Galaxy tab 3 7.0 update bootloop

I just got a used Galaxy tab 3 7.0. I factory reset, installed some basic apps, rooted with kingo root, installed xposed, and then received an ota update. This is the first time I've rooted so I probably did something wrong here. It showed the screen with the AT&T logo and the updating progress bar, then started to reboot, then showed the update screen. Etc. It's now been doing this for twelve hours as I didn't have time to write this post last night. I tried getting into recovery but it just says "booting into recovery" then shows the updating screen.

Endless Rebooting

hey guys, my tablet P607t lte tmobile version literally reboots on everything and anything except download mode....when i put it on the charger it shows charge icon for few sec then reboots, when i try boot into recovery it says booting recovery for like 1-2 seconds then reboots, when i tried normal reboot it goes to galaxy note screen > lineage screen then reboot or just reboots when it gets to galaxy note screen. i currently am running official lineage 14.1 with twrp 3.0.2 any idea what couldve happend and solutions

Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy S6 boot loop

I think my phone had a failed firmware update because it seems to be caught in a boot loop. I press power, home and the up volume keys and it gets to a screen that states Installing System Update and then it shows a screen like a dead android guy then takes me to the recovery window. If I just let it boot normally, it gets to a screen that states optimizing apps, it gets to a certain number and just restarts again. Is there any way of recoving this phone or is it a brick at this point?
Thanks!
