You'll probably get very poor signal in the best case, worst case you'll kill your radio chips if you turn on the phone with no antenna connected, transmitted power will be reflected back to the chip and damage it because of bad VSWR.

Thanks for the reply. Im running the phone in airplane mode.... any chance of damage still?

Antenna arrived today.... installation was kinda difficult because there weren't any videos showing the disassembly tutorial for the Verizon model. Had to measure them and install where they fit. Thanks for the help!

Sprint GNexus help

Hi
I'm having issues finding a lot of things for my Gnex for Sprint.
My model number is an SPH-L700. I couldn't find an extended battery for that model number so I purchased one for the l515. The battery fits perfectly, the back cover sorta does...
Are all Gnex accessories for the l515 compatible with the SPH-L700?
What I'm currently trying to find is a replacement housing. Which I am having a hard time locating one for the SPH-L700.
Also, I believe toroplus are the roms for sprint gnex...and mine is lte, but also cdma.. a little confusing with all the different model numbers and versions...
Thanks!
Check my sig for getting rooted if you need help in that area.
And yes, toroplus = sprint.
As far as accessories...
The VZW ones should work.
Your phone has the same hardware set-up as far as size and port locations and such.
The GSM model is slightly thinner than yours.
Ok, I was going to purchase a VZW housing but I wasn't really sure.
Edit:
After comparing some of the pictures of the housings, some of the holes aren't the same...
When it comes to roms stick to the thread which says "Sprint Galaxy Nexus Android Development"

[HELP] No sim problem

Hi my t-999 is getting a no sim error when i have my sim in and i dont know how to fix it.
EDIT: Also my micro sd wont mount
Sounds like the SIM/MicroSD reader has failed or become disconnected.
See the rectangle in the lower left, that is the connector:

Warranty it, place an insurance replacement request, or take it apart and check it is was disconnected, if so reconnect it, if not replace that part.
Before you do all that, if you were rooted and modded, Odin flash the Stock firmware and try again.
Also try different SIM and sd cards, just to be sure. Go to a T-Mobile store if you don't have any of your own.

I know , I feel so blessed !
Somebody else posted this a while ago. I think its for NFC, as the NFC sensor is in that general area.
This is NFC logo
Or.... It's a fake htc m8?
Yea its probably nfc.
I can assure you it's not fake ?
M8y
If you look at the model number closes at the bottom of the phone, it most would be M8y.
The 2.5 Ghz variant.
I have this logo on my M8x too
Its definitely where the NFC chip is located so would make sense.

Well it's nothing bad, nothing to worry about

[Q] Zenfone2 T-Mobile

Hey yall,
Just got the ZF2 64GB/4GB a couple days ago and it is working awesome. The T-mobile sim was plug and play, I instantly connected to 4GB and SMS/MMS and voice are all working. Only question I have is the model of the phone is "ASUS_z00AD" which seems to be different then all the ones I have seen on here. This is the US variant of the phone from asus. Is this version the same as all the other ones in terms of software for rooting?
Thanks

Yes, I have the same model as your and I used one click root in here.
Have any of you got the Rhasody app working? Mine will load up but once signed in, it just crashes. With and without root. Been email tech support and sending error reports, etc. No luck. Both of my Zenfones2's are Taiwanese WW versions. Thanks.

The only thing I noticed it didn't have golden color connector on left side.perhaps it is for GSM signals or to ground the circuit. But it is working without any issue.
GSM signals strength is good.
Wi-Fi OK
GPS OK
Share the pic of connector that you will receive.
Thanks from Pakistan
