Unlocking Galaxy note 10 2104 edition USA T-mobile with stock rom
How do I Unlock Galaxy note 10 2104 edition USA T-mobile with stock rom 4.4.4

I had oneclickroot.com do mine. I installed a message program on my computer and plugged my Note into the USB. They did the rest. I had a few clicks on the Note from my end. Quick and painless. I think it was 30 bucks. They knew exactly what to do and it was in like 15 minutes they had it. Worth it to me! And, not the slightest problem. I the looked up what I needed to do to stop upgrades and renamed the necessary programs in the root to keep the stock rom as it is.

Are you saying that the Note is unlocked after the rooting process?

Pretty sure you're not unlocking anything, just rooting...and you paid $30 for it, what a waste.

I don't know anything about unlock neither, I use that mostly on WiFi , not with LTE

[Q] Jelly Bean Official Update and root

So I rooted/unlocked bootloader etc..., but dragged my feet on installing custom ROM's. So i see that Rogers One X is getting an official Jelly Bean update. I am on AT&T so I would assume that the AT&T update is coming soon. Do I need to unroot so I don't risk bricking my phone or will the OTA update work anyway?

yeah man, you need to unroot, get back stock recovery and relock bootloader then use the correct RUU,.
it sounds like alot to do but it really is just a few fastboot commants and letting the RUU run its course, there is many guides but i think you are in the wrong forum, do you have the international one X or the dual core version?
if you have the dual core version then the correct guide for you will be here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1538
Can you point me to a guide for this for the international HOX? I'm running into an issue with the last part, it fails when trying to update. Thanks!
Thanks for that info and yep in the wrong forum. Didn't realize the forums were specific to carrier. :0

[Q] Root for sm-T217A?

I have been searching to no avail...Is anyone working on rooting the AT&T version of the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0? I have seen the threads about the 211, but I don't know if there are enough differences to cause problems. I have looked here on the forums and elsewhere and it doesn't seem like anybody is working on this variant of the Tab 3. Any help would be appreciated.

We need to unlock the bootloader first, a few of us have been working on this in one of the other threads, so far I got mine sim unlocked, ATT said that would also unlock the bootloader, but it didn't, need to call them again and press the issue.
Are there any devs actively pursuing the 217? I'm not qualified to help too much, but if there is something I can do to help I'm in.

No roms, no recovery. The t217a has a locked bootloader. Until it gets unlocked, we are out of luck. With that being said, there are options like xposed framework that will allow you to customize your stock firmware.

Does xposed framework offer the ability to enable voice calling and text messaging using the MBM??
The t217a has same internal MBM h/w as the International model, (t215) but the T215 supports different LTE bands (Singapore, India, etc)
In a nutshell, since the T217a's MBM is factory flashed to use AT&T's LTE bands for data, and since there is a large segment of users who also want to utilize (enable) the carrier disabled voice and text messaging features of the MBM I am hoping xposed framework might offer the ability to change the options/ features of the internal MBM to enable voice calling and text messaging without a complete rom reflash.
Reflashing the T217A with the rom for a t215 will also flash the MBM to utilize the LTE bands for India, and Singapore making the device unusable for LTE data on AT&T's data network. True the addition of voice calling would be a plus, but if I want to have voice calling and non LTE data speeds, I could just go out and find a T215 on eBay. that's not the answer I'm looking for here.
Thanks,
TTB
Recovery for T217S now available, but not for T217A yet
Recovery for T217S now available, but not for T217A yet
Apparently the T217S doesn't have a locked bootloader like the T217A does. A recovery has been created.
Hope someone is able to get past the locked bootloader on a T217A soon.
Also waiting for someone to chime in on voice calling, can it be enabled for these devices and how?
T217S and T217A are the same HW as the T215 (international version) which does allow voice calling but the T215 is flashed to use LTE bands for Singapore and India, which are different than the LTE bands AT&T uses.

Yeah I just got it. I'm not sure what everyone was doing wrong but everything worked fine. They had me worried the wrong tars were being circulated. I found your twrp on file host in a folder named t110 and I felt better. .. Well thanks. 1 last question can we use the roms for the 210 and 210r? Or just ones for t110
On the s4 our roms are interchangeable from international tmo att and Canadian. Figure its worth asking.

I'm eagerly awaiting some new roms, the stock rom is stable, but as many have said, boring, and I am never satisfied with stock. so hopefully we'll see some soon. As I've probably said before, if you get your 110 stuck in a bootloop, just reflash stock firmware and reroot. I've done it about 4 times now and it's gotten pretty familiar

Hey Guys,
As anyone tried the TWRP 2.8.x with KitKat 4.4.2 on a Galaxy tab 3 lite (T110) model? I`m wondering if ROMS are portable from 210 to 110...
Thanks!
Are there any aosp Roms being worked on for this device(SM-T110)? Or is it possible to port the other aosp Roms devices(210) to this one. How does the process go? And how can I myself build cyanogen for this device? Thanks.

SPH-L710T Factory Reset Files?

I recently found out that I have the tri-band version of the Galaxy S3, and will need a .tar/.md5 file that's flashable through Odin to reset it to factory because I really messed it up when trying to install ROMS/Modems for the Non-triband version of the phone . The sound doesn't work, the cellular service does not work, and it will not update to 4.4.2. I do know that I recieved it with 4.4.2, so I'm guessing it still has the 4.4.2 bootloader (which I have not changed). I know it's a rare model, but if there's anyone with the right file, please post a working link to it. I have been unable to find any working links for it online by myself. Also, make sure it is for the SPH-L710T model.

Actually i am an old user of Nokia 7+. After unlocked bootloader in 7+ i just flashed CN rom and i really like it. Some of the features seems pretty good for me like Face Unlock, long screenshot, Screen record, Double tap to sleep, Navigation bar key adjustment, call recording, etc etc. Also i feel the UI is slightly polished and looks good. After selling 7+ i bought 8.1. But need some above mentioned features. Thats why i am waiting for 8.1 bootloader unlock.. Stock is good and fast. Smooth enough. But just want to try CN rom too..
Well, Android One is good too. U can convert to 8.1. Ram does not matter. It won't brick.

I had my X7 converted into a global 8.1 running Android One using Techmesto for $10.
https://shop.techmesto.com/product/convert-nokia-x7-to-global-variant-nokia-8-1-with-android-one/
Was a pretty easy process, ordered, got a email about it to organize a time when they can do it.
The process was simple, just to install TeamViewer on a PC (with LAN port, it needs a LAN port to connect to the internet not WiFi for some reason).
They connected to it, has me connect the phone and enable USB Debugging, and they did the rest remotely.
The guy then logged in, got to work and in about 30 minutes it booted up, saw Android One and immediately got my Jan security update. I can recommend their services, very happy with it now!

And yes, I got an OTA update to January's security update straight away. I suspect it'll continue to get updates, but the Jan update is the latest so can't say much right now

Can you pls post some pics of your x7, + some pics with One rom.
I use x7 too and really want to get One rom. Some features of CN rom is good, but gg core services is not stable.
Btw, is there any issue/error when using One on x7?
Tks.

Please keep us updated if you could. I am planning to buy an X7 to save some money. Its 150$ cheaper in my country. Minus the 15$ service, this is not bad!
Thank you!

I'll def update as soon as I get the February update.
Sorry for the horrible quality, had to use my laptop camera.

I haven't come across any issues with running Android One. The NFC doesn't work but that's expected as the X7 doesn't have NFC.
I also can't record calls anymore, which was super easy with the China ROM. Apparently Google cracked down on call recording apps in Android Pie.
But everything seems fine, seems to work as they should. The camera , voice, dual sims, hotspot all worked soo far.

Hi,
Sorry, I've never done that before, but if I understand correctly, it's working.
I opened up Google Maps, selected Location Sharing and selected to share via a link.
I can open that link on my PC and see it, so I think it's working
