no, it won't your device laggy. if only you root your device.
just try make your device not full for ram usage and not much do modification on your SystemUI ( System Interface) and avoid for installation xposed and xposed module.
that's my suggest and your device will safe.
and try to install app that will make your device can get more free ram. like greenify, xbooster, seeder and manymore.
I did root and installed all of those apps. Phone is fast and lagg free. So thanks!!

Whether it is worth it depends on the person using it. If you want a system free from the factory bloatware and more control on the system you are using, then surely it is worth it. If you are satisfied with what is in the system then this is definitely not for you and you will be better off without it.
Anyways, you won't void the battery, only the warranty
BTW, this is the S4 Mini forum (C5303 - Sony Xperia SP ??)
Is there way to get back warranty

No way as of now. Once you void the warranty there is no way to revert it back.

I highly recommend Viper4Audio - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2191223
You need to be rooted to install. Best audio mod ever imho. I would recommend using the convolver option with an IRS file that suits your needs
Actually I don't want to root my device

i don't know it can or not, because you locked bootloader and that is impossible, but may be you can find in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpe...m-locked-bootloader-xms-c1905-t2796995/page15 and you need to downgrade to 4.1 or 4.2 too. but i suggest to unlock bootloader for install cwm recovery succesfully on your device bro

No bro..., let me explain,
suppose I'm listening songs with walkman running in background with all other apps,
when i press recent apps button there all apps are shown to me after that i press close all button all apps are closed with walkman, so i want to close all without walkman app..

If you are on stock, and are using xposed for that feature, IIRC modules such as Gravity box and XBlast have the feature to close all apps but the one currently open, so you could try that, since it's the closest to your goal
Thnx for suggestion bro...!!But suppose I'm listening songs and also chatting, hence if i close all walkman also closes, btw I'm using gravity box..
