I highly recommend Viper4Audio - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2191223
You need to be rooted to install. Best audio mod ever imho. I would recommend using the convolver option with an IRS file that suits your needs

Actually I don't want to root my device

1. There is a search bar on the right side of the page and there's google. There is a good chance what you are asking has already been answered. If not, and you have a question, request or problem, there is a Q&A/Troubleshoot section.

[Q] ( Free Tethering)Any1 Know how 2 Decompile/Recompile Framwork

I took a glimpse over in another forum, and someone made tethering unlimited/unrestricted/undetectable by decompiling framework and changing files. I have the screenshot of what they did to find the hidden file that Verizon uses to detect if its data or tethering. Wonder would it work for T-Mobile also?

As it is modded, does it allow you to turn off the screen while a video is playing and still have the audio play? Or has the modder not enabled that feature?

Xperia z1 compact headphone jack not working HELP!!!!!!

When I bought my Xperia I thought its audio sucks so I did some equalizers after some time I can only hear from the right side of the headphones even if I change headphones problem remains the same
Sent from my D5503 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Sounds like a hardware issue.
Send it in for repair.
I can not imagine that an equalizer causes this. Make sure you really insert your headphones FULLY into the phone. While the phone is new this sometimes requires a bit harder pressure. If this doesnt help it needs repair.
Same idea.
You can restore to stock to make sure it's not a software problem, btw.

I had the same problem when I bought my Z1 compact. There is a small piece of cotton at the bottom of the jack plug (in the phone), I cleaned it with a small plastic stick and now all if fine
I am not sure if it's the equalizer but I read a post that it could happen.
