LG promos, have you gotten approved yet ? - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I submited for the mobile promo (128gb discard) and also the LG promo ...this was 3 days ago and still nothing from them ....has anyone gotten approved for any of them yet ?

She lied to you lol really bad ...after you get the phone you have to go to the LG promo and apply there ......guys don't remember the link but I had to Google them .

There are two promotions..... The 128GB SD card is by per-ordering on T-mobile. The rep is probably right. You are referring to the promotion through LG, which works as you described. The LG promo is for G4 purchases through June and is a 32GB SD card, battery, and charging cradle for the battery.
There is also a promo for pre-ordering through BestBuy, for a $100 gift card.

Nope. You can't even put in for the 128gb T-Mobile promotion without the ESN and Receipt. Same as the spare battery/cradle/32gb card from LG.

The flier with promotion for the 128GB card and the link to submit information is in the package. Definately not the card.

The 128gb doesn't come with the phone.. You have to apply on the LG site like I did... Last Thursday and yet they haven't emailed me back to see if I got it.

I tried to sign up for the LG promo, and the form wouldn't accept my IMEI. have any other Verizon users had trouble submitting the form?

Same issue.. Not happy.

verizon here and same issue. IMEI not accepted. wtf.. it says retail location is required. i bought from verizon online.. so i am putting other. major bummer. esp since this is a 'while supplies last' situation.

I just completed the form today with a T-mobile variant and the form accepted and sent me an email with some information including the following:
"Please be on the lookout for a confirmation email letting you know the approval status of your submission within the next 5 business days.
Your Submission ID is XXXX. (id removed)
If you have any questions regarding this email please contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-793-8896."
So, I would think you could try contacting them at that email address or phone number if it has been more than 5 business days. I will wait until next Wednesday 6/10 before I start getting upset.

I did contact them and they said to email the stuff to them. I'm not going to follow that because that's not the suggested way, either online or mail it in. so since Verizon's imei's are showing up invalid I'm mailing mine in. They said, of course, my imei is valid just no answer why I can't submit online.

[Q] Pre-Order Status Changed from "Pending" to "Attention"

I just pre-ordered the Note 2 on the AT&T Premier Website and my status just changed to "Attention." It was "Pending" 5 minutes ago. Does anyone know what does that mean? I paid the no-commitment full price....Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!!

I would call customer service. I had a billing issue where my address was wrong for the iPhone 4S release and I had to cancel my order, change my address online, and then re-order it.

Hey I had that problem when I upgraded one of my lines to the SIII. It said "attention" but I also got an email confirming it was a problem with my credit card. Sometimes their system wont process certain debit cards right so I had to change the card and everything was good after that. I used the same new card to pre-order my note II and havent had any issues yet.

I called Premier support today and they said they had to review my order, that's why it's in Attention status. Has anyone else heard of this??

I just got off the phone with premier, and they also told me they had to "Review my order" no further info and the Note 2 was now backordered ????? Now I play the waiting game.

They also switched my order to "Attention" today. I had the same experience with customer service. They said that my order was being reviewed, but did not say anything about the phone being back ordered. The website still says that the phones are expected to ship on the 6th. Where's the ambivalent smiley...
Edit: I am also a premier customer doing no-commitment pricing.
Edit 2: I'm not sure why I still have the 5 minute restriction between posts. I can't even make minor changes without waiting 5 minutes. Annoying...

I hit the buy it now on their site and it takes you to the verizon site to purchase its like the old verizon site but it works even lets you pick the first 3 digits of your new number along with your area code they just pick the last 4 digits, this is nice and the regular verizon site never lets you pick your new number they just give you whatever they want unless you call in or go to a corporate store but those ways the phones usually cost you more than on line and you wont get the $150 rebate visa card by calling in to verizon or going to a verizon store.
You can call the number to order on that site for the special or order by hitting buy now. I think the number only comes up on the site if your viewing it on a phone I think on a pc it does not show the phone number just the buy now part I do believe.
I look forward to getting my $150 prepaid visa rebate card.

Snow I really do not know why you are making such a big deal like do you not have anything better to do than complain about someone posting something that helps others save on getting a new m9 ? I mean like there are a lot of people that that $150 prepaid card would help.

I got the same 2 day fed ex shipping that everyone else got so I received my gunmetal grey m9 on 4-10-15 It sat in Newark NJ for almost a whole day think verizon asked fed ex to not deliver them until the 10th if you got standard 2 day shipping.
I would not put that past verizon they would do that in a heartbeat...

I got a nice surprise in the mail lol. I had opened my new verizon service through the comcast web site because they had a offer for a $150 prepaid visa rebate card well I thought the $150 rebate prepaid visa card was only good for one line, any way I had opened 2 lines of service, one for myself and one for my girlfriend and they sent me a prepaid visa card for $300 I was only expecting $150 lol that was a welcomed sight lol.
So apparently the offer is not limit one rebate, lol.
Also offer listed you would receive the card with in 6 weeks of activating your device, and I activated mine on 4-10-15 so just over 3 weeks and its here so they are pretty quick getting them out and not waiting until the last minute to send them out.
So its a good deal by far and you can also trade in an old phone with the verizon device recyle program which I did also on both lines so I have a $200 credit coming from verizon sending in an evo 3d and a rezound both I have had laying around in a drawer just wasting away lol.

The system seems buggy. I had to submit a couple of times, and then they emailed me someone else's code! But the one that came up on the screen worked, at least in the sense that the order form accepted it. It didn't give me another $100 off. But the T&C on the credit says it can't be combined with anything else.

Yes, but if you read my posts in the past you will see that all the Vouchers are not valid in Germany.
The only way to get 100$ or 100€ discount would be this website.

Google store canceled my order

So, I place my order on the 4th for Pixel XL 128g in black using Google financing option. Order was successful, so I thought. Never got a confirmation email or anything. After submitting the page landed on order history with "Canceled" in the header. Login to sysnchrony and all my available credit is gone and there is a pending payment for the amount of the whole order. Fast fw to today, still same pending amount..a rep at google finance tell me that it shows approved and I should contact google store to get shipment info and what not.
Google store has no history of my order and keep insisting I used the wrong email to place the order haha wtf ever. They can't find any damn trace of it. No trace of it in my order history either. So guess I'm not getting the Pixel!!

Were you able to reorder? Even if I ever get to reorder looks like they are out of stock for XL anyways.
Not with Google finance. I went ahead and just put it on my credit card. I tried Google finance again yesterday and it was declined because of the pending charge.
Gotcha. I'm going do the same once the XL is back to stock.
Got email from Google explaining that they had some technical difficulties on some orders, mine being one. Anyways, got $100 off promo code for my reorder when its back in stock.

What number did you guys call, i originally ordered a 32GB Very Sliver and the payment got blocked due to my banks fraud protection so i unblocked my card with my bank and now it sits at pending.

I used the chat feature on the Google store. The chat agent then scheduled a call back to me from a higher level. When they called, their number didn't even show on phone. I called them back from the help feature chat or call. Don't remember the number off hand though.

Return it go a few days without a phone.
I was a victim of this as well. I called and was told that if I were to cancel my new XL 128gb pre-order and reorder with the promo code, I would have to wait likely another month before I receive the phone. I decided against it, but the rep was cool and added a ton of notes to my account so when I activate it, ill get some sort of credit towards my Fi account to compensate. He also confirmed that my device would def ship on the 21st.
My order was cancelled and the Google store is saying due to financial issues on my end but, the full amount was removed from my bank account (I purchased using the pay now option using my bank card which I used to purchase the Nexus 6 and 6P) . Google is still trying to tell me that my bank didnt approve the purchase but, you can clearly see the purchase amount has been paid to "Purchase authorization Google Devices" and yet, Im being told a different story from the Google support team. Cant ask for a supervisor bc they just tell you that they can only escalate the issue and have someone get back to me. I definitely want some sort of credit or something given I have been a Google faithful for years and have been on the Fi network for a year now too....

Same **** happened to me , got my call escalated to tier 2 support , was supposed to be contacted in 24-48 hrs .

yeah, i havent had any response at all. And I have sent multiple emails w/screenshots of my acct information showing the purchase of the "Google Devices" in my acct balance history. It even has my monthly payment to project Fi right above that so called "declined purchase" . So they somehow can automatically take payment for my Fi service, send me my Nexus 6P and my Fi sim cards not to mention my Google cardboard etc.... several things have been purchased through the same acct with NO issues, now all the sudden Im having a bunch of problems... be serious Google....

Same here, used it right away. Also interesting note was that I applied using my wife's credit info {with her consent of course, after all, she's the ones who ruined my credit} and still used it right away connected to my Google account.

I have no idea why they say I have to wait...I have the card number and it is just says invalid when I try to add it as a payment in checkout and also tried adding to my Google payments account. I have contacted both Google and synchrony and they have no idea why it won't work. I even logged into the account to verify the funds are available. All there.

Its a card with the account number on it in the mail. Says wait 7 days to get after 10 days if you don't get it call. The card is just the number so you can have it if you need to pay a bill. Like the amazon store card same bank

It took a few minutes, but once it was approved, when I went to the store it told me it was available to use for the purchase.
I did not have to add it as a payment option.
I also had called synchrony, they gave me the number over the phone, and told me it was available for use right away.

Yeah, it was never added to my payment account so I'm starting to think that there is a problem with the account. When I try and use the card number it says invalid so it obviously isn't working. Lol

I would totally check on it. Try and contact Synchrony directly? Mine was not only immediate but I was able to see the actual account via the Google Store showing balance, available credit, account number etc.
Makes me wonder if you did not get "click jacked."

Sounds like Google's site doesn't see the account at all!
are you by chance using a different email for synchony than your google store account ?
Google and Synchrony can't seem to figure it out. They don't have any idea why my Gmail account isn't showing my credit card from them. They are escalating the issue higher up to see if they can find out where it went wrong.
At least the phone I want is still out of stock!(I was trying to pre-order on the 4th too, been almost 10 days). [emoji35]

I am not same email I just chatted with Google and they don't even see my application or account at all. So I am going to contact Synchrony and see if they can fix that otherwise the Google rep told me to reapply?
I went for the Google Financing option for my pre-order of a 32gb at Project Fi.
But I haven't gotten any communication from the credit card company Google is using.
What is ya'll experience?
I went to use it to buy a Chromecast but the option wasn't there.
My experience: ordered 32gb silver xl through synchrony in 10/13. On 10/14, got email that 128gb was in stock. Canceled 32gb and ordered 128gb silver. Card was being declined so had to call synchrony. They said there was a hold on it as they wanted to confirm the purchase for the 128gb since the price was higher. Confirmed it. Hour later, got an automated call to confirm the purchase again. So all in all 2 contacts.
Google store does not show my card. I also have not setup my account with synchrony online or anything. Also not showing anything in payments.google.com. However orders page shows cancelled 32gb and preordered 128gb. shipping est Nov 23ish. Also got all the emails for everything.

Quick questions:
1. Is it possible to get the monthly payments billed to an existing credit card?
2. did you all just sign up at check out of your order to get the financing option?
3. should I being applying for the Google financing while waiting for the variant I want to come back in stock (to avoid possible chance of it going out of stock again during the application process)?

1. Maybe? But it would go through synchrony. Unless you just buy it with credit card.
2. Signed up during checkout
3. Signed up while phone was on backorder and trying to get order in. Ended up signing up the day before I actually ordered. When I actually ordered, store credit was an option.

Just wanted to let everyone know that my issue was my wife was signed in to my email when she never uses my PC. So I applied for the financing under her Gmail account!
I felt really dumb for not checking that but she never uses my computer so that is why I never thought of it.
So, all is resolved on my end. So the problem is now that the Pixel XL is on back order I just ordered from Verizon and will be receiving it tomorrow! (I wanted to get from Google for the unlocked bootloader) but the phone will have everything I want(I want root for adaway mainly).
