Yes please! So many Asus apps I want to get off this thing.
Sent from my ASUS_Z008D using XDA Free mobile app
Root, then get the app Titanium Backup, and freeze/uninstall any system apps you don't want. I'd suggest freezing them rather than uninstalling.
You can root and delete/backup the apks or use the package manager to disable as appropriate:
To list enabled packages containing 'asus':
# pm list packages -e | grep asus
To disable:
# pm disable com.asus.zencircle
To list disabled packages:
# pm list packages -d
If **** hits the fan, just enable the package again.
This method prevents the app from running but allows you to revert if need be.
Disabling/freezing is safer than deleting these system apps plus you can still take OTAs with disabled apps whereas missing system apps can fail an update.

did it in the old fashion way.... deleted all the buggers.
how can i do it? i want to del so many apps or disable them
I ended up using a pre rooted image here and disabling the apps themselves. I'm still trying out the Asus apps to see how I like them (memo etc.). Typical usage after doing this is around 1-1.5GB of ram which is fine as I have 4GB. If I had 2GB I think I would be much more aggressive in removing any and all bloat.

I use rom toolbox pro to freeze apps if not used (youtube and other apps if not neded24/7) , then you can disable on boot so no update failure and system memory free and preserve bandwith, no icons apps and easy to restore if you wanna back bloatweare like google maps, dr safety and all asus apps. Also you can use it to uninstal system apps. Not tested yet if rom backup work, but i will test it soon 'cuz facing with 2 softbrick after OTA update (first was at first phone use with not rooted image thanks to "clean master" issue, second forget to disable root on supersu pro).

Hi guys! I'm using zen2 - 551ML 2.3Ghz/32GB rom/4Gb ram.
Currently im running 2.19.40.22 stock firmware, my phone is rooted, i also flashed Project T v46 kernel.
I used Titanium to freeze all these system apps that i dont use, i did not uninstall any system app by far.
Then i checked Titanium to see ROM storage, and im quite shocking that the ROM storage (2,34Gb) is only has 30,8Mb free :crying:
I checked the other zen 2, same model, use by my friend, also rooted and i found that his phone has over 500+Mb free storage from the ROM storage (2,34Gb the same as mine).
Here is the picture of my phone's ROM storage >>> http://imgur.com/8s3lEd9

Since many system apps has updated to new version over playstore, i did not integrate them to system rom, i did not change any normal app to system app, but the ROM storage still get full ?
Please help me free some space on ROM storage, so i can push some useful app to system app and do a good back up.

Full wipe then flash full rom via TWRP. another method is adb sideload but i have never tried it.
Is there a way of uninstalling preinstalled apps on WM10? Like Xbox, FeedBack etc.
First, why? Second, no.
exactly, this not as android bloatware.
Why not? And, why not? This is just like Android bloatware.

you dont have a clue how Windows working... just disable notifications in XBOX settings and you disabled app working in background.
you cant uninstall XBOX because is part of Microsoft account and you need him
Obviously, I don't know how it can be done, I wouldn't have asked otherwise. But I know that powershell and remove-appxpackage can be used on W10, so I wondered if there is a similar way for W10M. There must be one.

Hi
you can't "uninstall" but you can disable the installation during the 1st boot!
with the full MTP access you can delete the *.provxml files used to install those apps , then do a hard reset!
provxml files are stored in those folders:
Code:
PROGRAMS/PHONEPROVISIONER_OEM/OEM
PROGRAMS\PHONEPROVISIONER\Microsoft
PROGRAMS/DUMIGRATIONPROVISIONEROEM/provxml
PROGRAMS/DUMIGRATIONPROVISIONERMICROSOFT/provxml
PROGRAMS\CommonFiles\Provisioning\Microsoft
PROGRAMS\CommonFiles\OEM\Public\PreloadedApps\tier3Apps
Windows\system32\Provisioning\Microsoft
PROGRAMS\CommonFiles\Xaps
PROGRAMS\CommonFiles\Provisioning\OEM
PROGRAMS\CommonFiles\Multivariant\Apps

Thank you for your answer!
I was hoping for something simpler, like tricking the App Manager to uninstall them.

Paytm won't start until the Quick Support app in completely uninstalled from the phone. Is there any way to bypass this check ? I tried few methods like disabling Quick Support app and also installing it in Parallel Space but the Paytm still detects that Quick Support is installed on the phone..

Probably containering the app is the best way, you can do this with apps like parallel space but those suck. Try to find a root solution for completely containering apps if you can
If they can still read app data, which is supposed to be blocked...I can't really help you

My device is fully rooted with TWRP and magisk installed. Like I said I have tried Parallel space but it didn't work out. I have no idea what application containerization is and how I can do it.

Thanks a lot man, I added paytm into this application, I can now run it without it prompting me to uninstall TeamViewer and Airdroid.

I recently got a F62 for my mom, After using it for hours realized that it's a bit laggy. Thought of debloating it so that can remove the junk of Samsung apps it comes preloaded with. I used this to debloat after than viewed some names with package name viewer app and removed a bunch of packages.
After that thought to get it benchmark and to my utter surprise I got a score of 509760.
Note:- I think the debloating is a bit on the extreme side so before debloating take the backup of apps you debloat because for me this was a necessary step but if you need more features don't go for debloating.
Would u kindly be able to mention the Samsung apps which are actually safe to remove and which aren't to be messed with for the debloating?

I tried this but failed to run the command to run the debloat file. Did you do this on windows or Linux.if it was windows do explain how you ran your commans on cmd
Please advise what did you remove
OK get the latest universal debloater from gitlab
After that remove everything in the debloat list like gfam (google....) etc. Remember one thing you might have to reinstall google contact sync which you can get from apkmirror. After that install a app like package name viewer which will show you package name of all apps that exist. And remove the apps that you don't need and was not removed by universal debloater. And you are golden. I can't share you a list coz I didn't make one I just experimented and bit and was when successful tested the Antutu which got significantly boosted maybe due to remove game services. You can also look up package names on xda to see if they are safe to remove or not.

ADB App Control is a tool for debloating anything you want. I have created a preset for this tool that you can use to debloat apps. It is a tested list so there is no chance of bootloop or any other problem. You can still recover any debloated app easily with this tool. It is easy to use so there is no need to write instructions here, I am just sharing the debloat preset file here.
Hmm,Good work

@ElitePotato Thanks for the list.
P.S: And a small thank you to the owner of the app would not be too much

Yes it removes them through adb. It works on all variants. The txt file shows LE2123 because I used that tool on LE2123.
Potato
Can you pick and choose from the list while using the app? Or is this a batch run type of thing, in which everything on the list gets fried, like a potato?

Zen mode can be uninstalled normally. You can debloat any extra apps yourself. Reboot your phone once after debloat if you have any problem.
