Help anyone? Please?
OK so what u need to do is this, first if u have any trace of Samsung kies installed on the PC get rid of it, as long as its installed Odin won't see the phone, second Google Samsung t989 USB driver, DL and install that, now go here techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/Hercules and DL twrp2.6.0.4, now connect ur factory USB wire to the PC, with the phone off hold vol+vol- and plug the USB into the phone, that will bring up a warning screen, press continue, now ur in DL mode, open Odin v1.85, in the top box it show have a yellow square with COM and a number of the port ur using, and in the bottom left box it should say added, now click PDA and find the twrp file u downloaded, open that, it should bring u back to Odin, now press start in Odin and let it work for about 30sec, don't touch anything else in Odin at all, the top box will turn blue and say reset followed by turning green and saying pass, now u have twrp installed which should fix ur issues and root the phone, after it boots up reboot into recovery and from recovery reboot the system, it'll tell u the phone isn't fully rooted and ask if u want to install superuser, follow prompts to install and ur good

Hey guys, I'm in deep!!! I returned my Note 2 back to stock and made the mistake of doing the AT&T OTA update. When I tried to install a recovery I got the Samsung logo and it's been there ever sense. I've tried to flash, via Odin (multiple versions) the I317UCAMA4 and the I317UCALJ2 firmwares and I still get the samsung logo. When the flash is finished I take the battery out and try to get into recovery mode but it always gets stuck at the Samsung logo. I don't know what else to do. I hope this doesn't mean that the phone is useless; I've bricked and unbricked the phone on multiple occasions. But this time its different. Any help would be appreciated.
Never mind. I found the solution here:

Hello Guys,
Need your help.
I have flashed hundreds of roms on my android phones and tablets, but this time something new happened to me:
After installing a t700 Rom using twrp recovery, my tablet got stuck at boot logo, doesn't matter how many resets i try, it never goes beyond the black and whit samsung boot logo!
I have tried to reset using kies, flashed a stock firmware with Odin, etc ect ect, nothing! its still stuck at boot logo.
One curious thing happened, after flashing sock firmwares for the second or third time, the Samsung sounds stops halfway, and then it goes back to the Samsung logo.
Any ideas on how to get out of this nightmare?
Thank you!!

1. Load up your PC the original stock firmware, which corresponds to your Tab original Region CSC-code according to the model number and serial number of your Tab. How it may be defined, you can read in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/help/how-to-select-correct-firmware-tablet-t3016068/post58500430
2. Flash your Tab by Odin c original stock firmware from p.1
Regards
I have seen this before when a tablet gets stuck on the Samsung logo, what you need to do is after flashing your stock firmware using odin, you then need to get into stock recovery and wipe cache and factory reset from within stock recovery and then reboot.

Hello Everyone,
This is my first thread on this forum, which i am making because I ran out of options, and don't know what to do....
My Samsung Galaxy S4 mini(GT-I9192) were shut down automatically when i am using it.After then I started my phone again
it starts normally but after the details Samsung Galaxy S4 mini(GT-I9192)comes and it again turn off and again restarts and
this process is going again and again. As I tell you my phone doesn't stuck on a boot as my phone restarts again before the samsung logo comes.
I've tried Emergency firmware upgrade and Initialization through kies but after entering model no. and S/N,
It says 'GT-I9192' does not support initialization. I've done that before with kies it never gives that error I don't know why now.
After That I tried to install stock firmware by Odin in download mode, The process gets completed pass message comes after that my phone reboots in recovery mode and a message print on the bottom "did not match size '/system/csc/common/system/csc/others.xml' (no data available)" i don't know what is that for and after that i reboot my phone and still same thing...
After all that I think maybe its an hardware issue but if it is an hardware issue then how my phone starts and again shutdown so i don't think it's an hardware issue btw i don't know what it is.
So Please If anyone Have any Solution please help me.
Thank You
I have same problem on my galaxy s4 mini gt-i9195 LTE.
first the phone doesnt wanna turn on at all, just show as QHSUSB_DLOAD
after xx hours googling for solution i try unbrick.img which bring the screen back in live:good:
then i try several roms but the phone reject the flash, so i try flash with original stock rom, that went successful
but that doesnt change something, still keep rebooting, even when load recovery it get reboot and keep rebooting.
I don't think that this might be a hardware issue, but something wrong with the android partitions.
I'll keep playing with it hope i find some solution.
If someone read this and has same or similar issue, please post what you have try so far, so we can work on it and find the problem.:highfive:
Thanks for your reply...
As my phone were start after flashing so many times and now it says Device Memory Corrupted Please reset your device to default
settings and there is a reset tab which doesn't working when i keep pressing that so now i think that maybe my eMMC chip was damaged well exactly i don't know that yet....
well for you just try connecting through kies and do a firmware upgrade and if that doesn't working than flash it through odin and also download PIT file for re-partition....
