Porting launchers and lock screen

I got a question and any help would be appreciated.
I have a launcher and lock that I would like to port to a stock s3 rom or cm base.
Does anyone have any information on how I go about doing this?

What launcher and Lockscreen are you thinking about? Some launchers can be as easy as pulling the apk out and installing in another device. Others may take certain modifications. Lockscreens could be a lot more difficult though.

The launchers I'm talking about are these, they are in a sense the same but different versions. They are also from an Acer port:

if you need any other information about them let me know (rom they were taken from etc)
Any help will be appreciated and if doable and you are you to it I will pay. (For a fully working launcher)

Notification bar icons question.

I am having an issue sticking to one rom, I love certain built in mods of some but like the visual feel of another, I've heard of using ninjamorph to switch out icons and certain themed aspects of roms, but where are these files in the system ? And maybe if someone knows other ways of interchanging parts of roms that would be great also.

Request. transparent theme.

Im not so much a theme kinda guy but for now im going to stay on stock jb rom for awhile. Im looking for transparency for everything. Without messing to much with the lg launcher or qslide (i installed a zip for the notification bar qslide) can anyone please point me in the direction of this our any of your favorite themes for the og. Thanks so much

(REQUEST) Dark/Black themed Contacts

Hey guys, was just wondering if anyone has any idea where I could get a dark or black themed stock contacts apk. I really like the color scheme and style of Contacts+ but I'd rather stick with the stock because I like its setup.

Hello! Thanks for your response! Could you please post a your signature link in a reply? I seem to not be able to click it on my XDA app for some reason.
Edit: I got to it. But, I was looking more for a flashable zip I suppose? Just want to replace the current dialer without changing my current rom

Theming Options?

I've come across a lot of different tools that are used for android theming, but I'm curious as to what you guys would recommend. Or is manually theming each individual app the way to go?
