Hi everyone,
I'm asking help for someone in an other forum.
Impossible for him to flash anny RUU ou PC10IMG.zip, even one with the same number 2.42.405.4
Problem with drivers after trying many times with sdk and htcsync!
Just possible to try to send command via fastboot, but not working.
No access to recovery or command via adb.
Staock Rom, S-On.
What could be done? Goldcard and root?
Is it the same that this one : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1759575?

Sorry, I find answer here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2050038
EDIT: All fixed - I tried a couple of different versions of CWM and was able to flash a rom.
Hi,
I have been trying to update my hboot to 1.39 from 0.43. I have followed all of this tutorial here http://www.guidingtech.com/19930/install-jelly-bean-rom-htc-one-x-upgrade-hboot-unlock/ .
This involved Relocking the device and flashing the correct firmware for my CID (T-MOB005). My bootloader now says I have HBOOT 1.39. I tried to flash the RUU, RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_ICS_40_O2_UK_1.26.206.2_Radio_1.1204.90.13_release_251230_signed. I extracted the rom but when I flash it I get this output:
Code:

When I try and boot I still get the CM10 loading image, so seems like it hasn't flash RUU at all.
Is anyone able to help me out at all with what I should/need to do?
Many thanks,
Ash

Hi, I just bought my phone yesterday and already unlocked my bootloader, installed custom recovery (clockwork) and rooted.
I also downloaded VenomOne for my phone. MD5 Ok and copied to card
So i went into recovery and wiped the phone for a new rom which includeds /system
i then proceeded to install the rom checking all the options i want
problem is that the install failed and now im stuck on a boot loop. HTC powered by android
1) Can anyone please help me on how to flash back the stock rom (using ODIN or Flashtool or whatever is used for HTC Devices)
2) How do we hard reset our phone so I can try flashing or entering bootloader and recovery
Lots of thanks to you guys. I just couldnt help tinkering with my phone :'( too bad it didnt turn out well for me
Update 01:

Remove your serial # and imei from your post.
Restore the backup for your CID in this thread using Philz Touch.

If you don't have a plan to fix your phone before messing with it, don't mess with it.
Hi
I have the International HOX. It is running HBoot 1.31.
Do i need to upgrade HBoot to enable flashing new custom ROMS, such as Lollipop? I have lots of trouble installing new ROMs 4.4 or later
If so how do I update the HBoot? I have see tutorials for installing custom ROMs and they all seem to show HBoot of 1.36 of later.
Thanks in advance
Geoff
Upgrate hboot.
1. Start phone in fastboot Usb mode and execute in cmd command line >
Code:
fastboot oem lock
2. Then reboot
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
3. Flash the update
Code:
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
. Where firmware.zip is a higher hboot
4.
Code:
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
. where unlock_code bin is from unlocking procedure.
Thanks but now i have more questions
1. Do i need to upgrade HBOOT to something later than 1.31 to install Lollipop ROMs? That is my original question
2. If i do need to upgrade, the there do i get the files you mentioned in your post? (eg firmware.zip)
Thanks

bad really bad read post №86 but you must to change the android-info.txt and return to stock I sugest you to download RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.14.401.31_R_Radio_5.1204.162.29_release_302015_signed.exe and edit android-info.txt to 3.14.401.620
The other way is to flash latest hboot directly with fastboot and then install lolipop with the procedure from post #2 I think this will be the ease way. Attached file must be your firmware.zip
Thanks for the info
Why is it "bad really bad"?

Please help, I don't understand why it's not unlocked. I have magic CID, and flashing ROMs is no problem, only recovery won't flash for some reason.
EDIT:
So I've managed to get TWRP on it by upgrading my ROM to Android 4.04 and then installing the TWRPManager apk. I'm surprised it worked, gave me an error while flashing, but when rebooting into recovery everything seemed fine.
The problem still isn't solved though: I still cannot flash my recovery via USB with the fastboot executable. Please help?
