Hi, use flashtool.
Put the dll and tot file, you must change the number of the serial port to 41 in advanced setting of this port.
When flashtool reconize the G3 press start and wait.

Hey guys,
I have an LG G3 - D855 phone .. on Stock Marshmallow 6.0 .. and it IS working fine ..
The thing is i want to return to Lollipop, so i decided to use LG Flash Tool to reset the phone to its original state
I Press volume up while the phone is off, then connect it to USB .. it goes into download mode ... but in Device Manager it shows ONLY ONE port " LGE Androidnet usb serial port " .. and of course i'm unable to use LG Flash Tool
I exit download mode .. turn on the phone ... connect USB .. ONLY THEN that i can see "LGE Mobile USB Serial Port" .. i mean it shows ONLY When the phone is ON
I've tried so many Drivers ... even the latest one .. on LG site " LGMobileDriver_WHQL_Ver_4.1.1 " .. Yet no result ..
Is there anyway to fix that ?!
Have a nice day!

i cant get the LGE Mobile USB Serial Port to come up at all and losing my mind. any help please
looking for help with this, same issues.
I was on a custom rom on my LG G3 D852, and I decided to go back to full stock by flashing the .tot file. I used the tool to flash .tot file, then without rooting and flashing twrp, I upgraded to marshmallow by flashing .kdz file. (I forgot that my twrp recovery was gone) When I was on marshmallow I realized I don't have twrp and root, so I wanted to return to 4.4.2 with the .tot file. The problem is, I couldn't, because the pc doesn't recognize my phone as LGE Mobile USB Serial Port (COM xx) except when my phone is booted up. When I boot into download mode, it changes to LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port. I read some threads about people hard bricking their phones, and the port changes, but my phone is perfectly fine. It's impossible to do anything at this point, since I am on MM without root and custom recovery. If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated. Also, I attached a screenshot from the device manager program. My phone was turned on when the screenshot was taken.
I too have this same problem. Any answers would be nice
I bought used d851 T-Mobile model..
It was rooted and there is no update center in settings
I am on KitKat with android version v10z and I don't see this version anywhere
Lg PC suit can't recognize it
My PC show it as lge androidnet for vzw USB port
Neither lgup and lg flash tool 2014 recognize it..and I changed port to 41
I tried to install twrp recovery but failed
Now I can't boot into recovery mod but I can boot normally
I will try tot method but if it failed ..is there another solution??
I have a LG G3 D855 I've been looking at for about a week now, it wont boot no matter what is flashed onto it. Tried as many guides as I could find but still nothing.
Anyone got any ideas?
Tried Flash tool with KDZ direct from LG, tried installing TWRP but it won't install, tried LG PC suit recovery and nothing. na-da.

Is it recognized in the device manager of your PC? If yes - what does it say?
*When I'm in download mode it shows up as "LGE Mobile USB composite device" under USB controllers.

Actually...it's not what it's showing up as. Under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" it should be listed, but yours is listed as LGE AndroidNet USB serial port(com 41) under "ports". That is looking like a soft brick. I had a similar problem occur when I unplugged a phone while it was flashing/upgrading. You'll need to TOT back to stock since KDZ has failed you. Scroll down to the TOT method... https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089
I see you are on com41 - have you already tried TOT? If yes and it fails, what is the error?
*Also, you may need to uninstall any mobile device drivers and reinstall just the LG drivers for things to work right.
