Issues restoring from Nandroid backup - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3

So I took today a Nandroid backup.
Installed some custom ROM, did not like it.
Copied over the Nandroid backup to the phone, how do I recover it? I cannot see any Nandroid entry in TWRP.
This is what nandroid created, a folder with that content:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
What do I need to do in order to recover from that?

Looky here. How to do a Nandroid Backup and Restore in CWM / …: http://youtu.be/_9cQFdauSJs
Pp.

Well I did already a backup, the screenshots shows what was created.
I have TWRP as mentioned above. If I go to recovery in twrp and browse to the folder with the content, nothing is being shown.

While in recovery you do not browse to folder to restore a nandroid, you select "back up and restore" / "restore" / "restore from SD/ext sdcard" / you then choose which nandroid you want to restore.

[Q] "System data" folder taking up 10 GB, what's causing this?

Pretty straightforward, why is a third of my storage being eaten up by "System"?

In the clockworkmod folder on my phone? I've emptied that as well.
Google play; search "disk usage"
Edit: Somehow I actually missed the image on the first post. That's disk usage. Glad you figured it out, BTW.
a maguro sent this.
I figured it out. In Clockworkmod under backup and restore there's an option that says something like cleanup unused data. Selecting that seems to have fixed it.

? about TWRP Backup settings

I have a question as to what your backup settings you have checked in TWRP
I am using a beta program called TWRP Cordinator
In TWRP itself do you all backup
Boot
System
Cache
Data
TWRP Cordinator has more options as you can see from pic

What exactly I need to do to restore via TWRP?
This ENTIRE!!! TWRP folder has to go on the root of your external SD card or internal doesn't really matter at this point.
Or if you have a TRWP on your SD card just copy the "dated" folder in there and TWRP should be seeing it then.
Your tree structure should look like this.. TWRP... BACKUPS... "bunch" of numbers folder... then the dated folder.
Once you have done that go into custom recovery "TWRP" and go to back up and restore and navigate to the file and swipe to restore.
Hoping this helps

Ah thanks man, seems that my problem is the number had changed since I sent it for warranty, they change my internal board/chip so i just have to rename my old folder number to a new number.

Complete wipe system , data , cache & factory reset after that install either another ROM or install a fresh new firmware .
But please, make a backup in TWRP bevor you wipe anything.
Maybe a factory reset will be helpfull. Try it first.
There is no point on making complete backup of ROM that's having problem.
Anyways u may use HTC sync manager to backup phone messages and contacts & Use titanium Apps backup tool for apps backup . Make sure you backup apps+data only from titanium not "system+data" coz you may will be going to different version of ROM or firmware

I've got TWRP backups but can't find them!

So, I've got 64gb as internal storage. I have TWRP backups but I can't seem to (easily) locate them - was never a thing before.
My TWRP folder is empty. If I boot to TWRP, I see it has them, on the 64gb card. I'm a bit rusty, could any one remind me where they are if I'm looking via a file manager booted in Android.
I need to backup my backups to PC, etc.

In Root Explorer I navigate to Storage, and then my external SD card (it is not named external SD, but rather 7DD8-F219. Yours should be named differently). Once there, I scroll down to my TWRP folder, then the backup folder inside it).
