I have a question as to what your backup settings you have checked in TWRP
I am using a beta program called TWRP Cordinator
In TWRP itself do you all backup
Boot
System
Cache
Data
TWRP Cordinator has more options as you can see from pic

Can anyone assist me since trying to flash crawrj rom my phone is stuck in a bootloop.( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2241930 )It was stock deodexded. I used TWRP to do so.While doing so I was getting e:error,unable to mount /preload etc.I have a screenshot below.Since then I tried flashing multiple roms.I used billard412 stock no data options.I used MC2,MA7,LJC.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2086769
Also tried using rwilco412 one click method
SPH-L900_MC2_1090526_Rooted_Nodata.exe
SPH-L900_MA7_Rooted_Nodata.exe
Even after using these roms phone is still stuck on bootloop I think its a twrp issue or corruption issue with data files after researching.Can anyone assist me,Last option would be a full stock restore I was trying to keep my internal data storage(Pics,apps,etc)

thank you for the quick reply I also tried that I forgot to mention that.I saw someone post that in billard412 thread but it results in the same thing.It does not give me any errors and it tells me sucessful but when i reboot it goes into bootloop again
So I took today a Nandroid backup.
Installed some custom ROM, did not like it.
Copied over the Nandroid backup to the phone, how do I recover it? I cannot see any Nandroid entry in TWRP.
This is what nandroid created, a folder with that content:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
What do I need to do in order to recover from that?
Looky here. How to do a Nandroid Backup and Restore in CWM / …: http://youtu.be/_9cQFdauSJs
Pp.
Well I did already a backup, the screenshots shows what was created.
I have TWRP as mentioned above. If I go to recovery in twrp and browse to the folder with the content, nothing is being shown.

While in recovery you do not browse to folder to restore a nandroid, you select "back up and restore" / "restore" / "restore from SD/ext sdcard" / you then choose which nandroid you want to restore.

I just updated my toro to CM 12.1. Everything went smoothly, but when I reboot into recovery (TWRP 2.8.7.0) and go to format either data or cache there's no option for f2fs. There's just a blank spot where that button should be and it gives me all the other file systems I can convert into (ext3, ext4, etc). Any ideas on what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks.

No you did not. You have to flash the TWRP recovery (v2.7.0.0) linked to in that post. The TWRP version in your screenshots is v2.8.7.0. You HAVE TO flash that specific recovery to switch to F2FS

first boot into bootloader
then open up fastboot on your PC and type:
fastboot flash recovery (name of the recovery file).img
if you dont know how to do that you need to do some more research before you go flashing roms.

You REALLY need to read...
If you did the above procedure you no longer HAVE original TWRP on your phone...
You replaced it with a new recovery that should flash the OTA...
Personally I use the stock recovery as that generally works as long as the system partition hasn't been altered with busybox/root/xposed framework...
open the zip

Do I have to have the bootloader unlocked to do this?

You need to hard reset your phone in twrp to get full partition space in twrp recovery.
