weird battery problem !! - Galaxy Note 3 Neo Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

It's been awhile since I saw the number 99 for the battery. it charges from 98 straight to 100
and it drains from 100 to 98 .. I've tried calibration but it doesn't seem to work I believe the problem started when I didn't have my charger and used my friend's huawei charger

No its a problem in kitkat wait for lollipop it will solved dont think too much about it

[Q] Battery Will Not Fully Charged

Hi All,
I am having troubled battery stat since I last flashed to a custom rom.
The battery will NOT reach the CHARGED status, and hence the battery stat did not reset and go on for days.
This morning I have decided to do a full wipe, but it appear that the same problem persist, at 68% on AC (most of the time stop at a random value) , it says NOT Charging.
I also thought that it could be the battery that was giving the problem, so i tried with a spare battery that i have, same results. Even when i Swap battery the stats stays.
Screenshot of battery stat. with AC power connected after a full wipe
Many people (myself included) have been having similar issues as of late. I too have separate batteries, neither of which is older than 6 months, and both exhibit similar behavior. I'm sure you've looked through and perhaps saw these threads, but I am trying to shed more light on the issue as it is perplexing many.

my troubles started soon after i flashed my first 4.2 rom. it started with only charging to 90%, now my one battery gets to 68% while my other only gets to 65% (30% loss in the past month). I am hoping an explanation comes up soon.
I had the same problem too, but for me the solution was switching between a few roms and calibrating my battery (wiping the battery stats). What ROM are you using?
I am on paranoid android, it was working fine until i did beta 8... and never able to do again..
what rom did you switch around to get it fixed?
Does anyone know any certain solution for this problem ?
After 4.2 upgrade , my battery gets to about 80 % and everyday It decreases
It bothering me and since in my country Google has not any agency for warranty replacement or repair,I'm gonna sell my Gnex if It problem goes on !
It's really strange. I have the same problem also, using either the official Apple 5v @ 1amps charger or a samsung charger with the same specs my phone only goes to 98% 99%, but when I use a generic charger ( I only used a 1-2 times with GNex) that's rated 5.2 volts (scares me) at 800mah it reaches 100%, as it does with the PC also.

draining more than charging?!!

Guys this is very very weird ,
just reinstalled stock kitkat 4.4.2 , battery was 79 pct , connecting charger for more than 10 mins and it still 79 pct , then opened asphalt 8 and played a bit and when i closed , i found battery is 78 pct .... SERIOUSLY?!! IS THIS NORMAL GUYS?!
Depends on your charger. If you use stock charger and cable then it shouldn't happen. If i use my usb car charger while using the phone as sat navigation it drains quicker than it can charge . There are several apps you can install to monitor the charge rate of your phone

[Q] Battery not fully charging

I Have scoured the internet looking for answers to why my N7(2013) will not fully charge so I have came here hoping to find an answer to this madness.
First a little about my N7 : Android Ver 5.1
Kernal Ver: 3.4.0-g7597781
Build Number: LMY470
Not Rooted
Everything stock
I have had issues with charging this battery since I first got it. At first it would charge up to around 81% then 67% and it would just seem to bounce around a lot (between 81-50% charge) I have done 3 full restores and never once has it read 100% battery, I have tried draining the battery completely then charging it, I have tried some apps to monitor the battery nothing I have tried has helped get the battery to 100%.
Actually the battery hasn't charged up past 67% this morning with an overnight charge and that was a good 8 hrs on the stock charger.
I have read tons of material online to try and understand what may be causing the issue but so far haven't found anything remotely close to what is happening with my device.
If someone would help me with a potential fix or a solution that would be fantastic!

Problems with battery

Hi, I picked up my phone from repair shop a week ago and since then when my battery goes below 55% i get message that battery is 0% and phone is shutting down, and then I put it on charger and sometimes it starts recharging from 1% but sometimes from 55% and if i charge it to 60% it works normally, but when i charge it to 100% it turns off on 55%, can someone help me please is it problem in software or maybe it is problem in battery?

It sounds very much like this:

I replaced the battery and it's been working well for a few months now.
Battery drop from 50 % to 0 %
I had the same issue.
After force shut down (power + vol-up for 10 sec), the battery went back to normal.

EDIT :
That was a short lifesaver, battery is "fubar".
Guys , maybe there's something wrong with the battery charging in Amami . I have two Z1C, one of which normally charge up to 100 %. But the other charges the battery to 100% only in Stock 4.4.4 ... In all versions of Lollipop (stock or not) battery charges to 82% ... Calibration of the battery does not help. I replaced the battery - no change. I tried another powerful charger by Samsung - without effect. Anybody have an idea what's going on ?

20 % stuck all sony xperia devices !!!

Hello Guys
sorry for my threads i was changing my pc and completly forget about to comlete my projects but know there are several roms with android 7.1 like aospa or omni so there is no reason
i dont promise but if dumbs are leaked i will try to build a android 8 rom with a good friend of me ho knows more about this and if new flagship sony phone in late 2017 is released i might be in these threads as dev
THIS IS MOSTLY NOT A SOFTWARE PROBLEM (AND BATTERY)
So the thing is my phone was working a long long time with the same rom without any problems but after i let it 2 days without charge there was a problem i dropped my phone 1 week ago and since it was never fully empty
this time i needed to improvise after 1 full day to power this sh*t on i come to a result i go ´to a repair store
he took the back off and told me its not a battery problem he charged the battery sepperatly
he charged it to 15 volts and than it powered on it showed 16 % than after charging 2 hours 20 % after 10 minutes off using crashed
i took the back off and disconnected the battery and charged the phone THE PHONE WAS SHOWING CHARGING .... than i connected the battery to the phone again and its rebooted
wiped all off clear install stock rom ánd thAN AOSPA SAME
so there are two ways how the problem comes
1#
dropped phone damaged reader of voltage thats in the battery and its stucked at 20 % or only gets 20% but in real the phone is charging to full but crash at 20% weird
2#
reader of voltage on meinboard was partly damaged and only goes to 20 and i damaged something with my fingers so its stucked AT 20
you need to know that only the battery percentage indicator is deat and stucked at 20 whatever it shows % your phone is still charging to 100
there is no way to fix that sh+t
if your phone isnt charging over 20 (like normal charging 1-20%)(NOT like in the other case stucked at 20%) its a software problem.....
