To maximize the capabilities of kernels, flash:
UKM
install the Synapse app from the playstore,
and remove or disable Trickstermod, Faux control, or any in-ROM kernel control apps and settings.
there are some great AK and HD profiles on synapse for mako, which run well on gee too. check it here and here.
To import Synapse profiles
Download profile and save to the saved_profiles folder inside your Synapse folder.
Make sure you're using the latest UKM script
In Synapse, go to profiles
Select the profile, be sure to click the check mark on top and then select restore.
Restart Synapse
When it restarts, select the X, not the √.
Sometimes you have to restart synapaenagain to see updated CPU settings.

AWESOME
with those kernels being nexus 4 i understand that storage and camera (and who knows what else) wont work correctly right?
example storage will be smaller and camera wont have 13mpixel mode etc.
This are ported to Optimus G so it will work normally, and with stock camera driver.
It shouldn't work only on geeb that it's different, but for that i think JuatinXu as ported on other thread

Are we supposed to flash the UPDATE-adreno-drivers-deb-flo-mako.zip provided in the folder linked in Kitkat section without hard bricking ? Has anyone tried it and ran some benchmarks ?
Another question : I flashed the AOSP AK kernel from kitkat section just after installing the kitkat mokee release onto my LG-E975(international). After rebooting, the device got stuck at the AK bootscreen (assuming it replaces the usual mokee bootscreen). What did I do wrong ? Any ideas ? Thanks.

Announcing the Quattrimus kernel for the P930 and SU640
This is a drop-in replacement for the standard kernel in Android 4.2 based ROMs.

Changelog
Version 1.0
* Initial release
Version 1.1
* Compile with Linaro 4.6 to fix instability.
@devs: This kernel package only updates the kernel binary and modules using the same technique as AnyKernel. This is all done with the included updatebootimg binary, which is a modified version of the standard mkbootimg.
Usage should be obvious if you look at the edify script. It can update only the kernel, only the ramdisk, or both (but if you're doing both, you can just write a new boot.img directly and be done with it).
Feel free to extract the package and use the tools to cook your own kernels.
Sweet. Trying it now
tmdcode, can you build a kernel for lu6200 from vs920 cm source? We have cm 10.1 rom for lu6200 which ported from p930. But kernel from ported rom is not good enough for daily use.
@tdmcode
Do you get warnings when compiling with Linaro toolchain?
I dunno if these warnings affect the stability though compiled successfully.
P930 kernel works but SU640 kernel stucked at LG logo.
Moreover, where to get "kernel" file from compiled kernel? Is it zImage?
Thanks

Linaro warnings like this are normal:
unwinding may not work because EXIDX input section ... is not in EXIDX output section
The compiled kernel is arch/arm/boot/zImage. this is frequently renamed to "kernel".
The kernel I posted yesterday reboots when GPS turns on for P930 and VS920. Apparently it doesn't even boot on SU640. So I will be making a new one today.
For me it reboots when connected to BT headphones and making a call ...

Clean AOSP for Optimus G
Pure AOSP
This rom bases on the most current Android (5.1.1) Open Source Project repo. That is what makes it special comparing to other custom LP roms like AOKP or CyanogenMod. This rom is fully AOSP, without stuff from AOKP or CM. Don’t even ask if I could add theme engine, custom lockscreen or other crap. For mods you can use Xposed framework.
Pro AOSP
Rom with additional features maintaining great speed and stability.

[ROM] 6045-ELUGA-DCZ
current version 1.1 (2016-03-24)
STOCK, STABLE, ROOT, GAPPS
**************************************************
-I made it just for fun...
-it is not exactly a build. Its more a mod.
-based on latest PANASONIC ELUGA SWITCH (IDOL3 rebranded device) firmware (EB-90S55EWLv1009)
-I exchanged the kernel for the ARDE DEV TEAM STOCK OC one (4x1651 MHz + 4x1601 MHz).I used Group 1 kernel for my 6045Y device.
-including ROOT and GAPPS (latest supersu 2.65)
-added KERNEL ADIUTOR
-removed all unnecessary apps from TCL, PANASONIC and GOOGLE. There is only the necessary basic to run the phone. All other things you can download by yourself. So the ROM is about 900 MB on size.
-Due to source is the avaliable set of languages shrinken to see screenshots. But More Locale 2 app (preinstalled, but removable) will do the trick for you on most apps (except settings).
GUIDE:
-go to TWRP recovery (please make sure you use the @Unjustified Dev version from here
-wipe chache/dalvik/system/data
-install ROM
-If you are on 6045I or 6045K you have to download ad flash at this point the GROUP 2 OC Kernel from the htcmania.com site (see link below)
-wipe chache/dalvik/ (to be sure)
-reboot
DOWNLOAD:
From my google disk (size aprox 900 MB)
Here are all Kernels from ARDE DEV TEAM and the 6045I stock (6045Y stock, 6045Y OC , 6045I OC and 6045I stock)
ISSUES:
I dont know of any, you tell me.
changelog in 1.1 build (2016-03-24)
-just initial build..all as it is on stock, except kernel
CREDITS:
BIG thnax to @franq36 and @acura2201 of ARDE DEV Team for the Kernel, also thank @Grarak for the Kernel Adiutor.
Also Thanx to @Unjustified Dev, @famewolf, @Marionette and all the others who are making a great work for our device.

its running on arde dev oc kernel.. try to flash stock kernel. my cpu is capable to maintain the oc frequencies so i had no issues with that. Except the lags that are also on stock firmware on idol3.
I can hold oc on the other roms tho, that's what I've been using for a few days.(and running right now) but I'll try it when I get a chance to see.

Hi DallasCZ,
Love the work you've done. Very efficient and usable, but I do have a stupid question: In regards of performance would you consider this more preferable in comparison to your 6045-i806-DCZ rom?
Also you state that 6045I users need to flash the GROUP 2 OC Kernel from htcmania.com and I assume this is the Nuevoboot_Alcatel_V1_6045I,6045K.img in your google drive as there no longer is a link to htcmania.com but I'd like your confirmation before I commit to this action.

hello DCZ i would like to thank you for your work, it is from far the best rom i've tried everythig is working perfectly, good performance and good battery life too with the advanced interative gov settings, really it's the best, all the stock stuff that we love about our phone, smooth (not the launcher still need of nova or else),no bugs no random reboot, lighter than the stock rom and with all the languages and the playstore as well. I definitely recommend this rom for those who want to have the best expereience with the Idol 3 6045 and the most stable. The only thing that i miss is the cyanogen theme application which is awsome and all the cyanogen ringtones alarms and notifications sounds but maybe someone can do something about it one day . Once again THANK YOU!!!!!

For experiment i ported my CM12.1 kernel to this Mookee rom:

This kernel was compiled from X Anwar source so it has a ton governors + i/o stuff.
Note: MTP is working.
Maybe it will be needed for someone.
Note2: Kernel from other roms will be incompatible with this Mokee rom without ramdisk bring up for Mokee.
NOTICE
Update your Kernel
The kernel I've released with the first build was a SELinux Enforcing kernel (which I don't give support anymore).
I've forgot to update command-line, sorry.
A new SELinux Permissive kernel has been just released, and the SELinux Enforcing kernel was deleted.
Now, download bootMK-20160324_2-SELinuxPermissive.img and flash it:
Code:
fastboot flash boot bootMK-20160324_2-SELinuxPermissive.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot

For experiment i ported my CM12.1 kernel to this Mookee rom:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-Fin8UxrD6PTjRHbVBDTUY2dWM/view
This kernel was compiled from X Anwar source so it has a ton governors + i/o stuff.
Note: MTP is working.
Maybe it will be needed for someone.
Note2: Kernel from other roms will be incompatible with this Mokee rom without ramdisk bring up for Mokee.

This kernel version above will work on Mokee only.
But this version below is working on my CM-based roms:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-Fin8UxrD6PZWt6UWIxQmdMT3M
On dgadelhas CM12.1 builds it can boot but it is not guaranted. (It can have troubles with SElinux)
