I keep getting this error when replying to any texts or emails. I've tried factory resetting my watch, clearing cache in Android wear, Google search, Google play services, Google framework to no avail. Anyone else facing this problem?

This has been an ongoing issue for several months now. Sometimes I have no problem at all, then all of a sudden I'll start getting a couple of error messages BM-PPH-01 and RPC:S-3. I've tried the following steps to no avail
Cleared data and cache for Google play store, Google services framework, and Google play services
Removed my Google account and added it back
None of that has helped
I've even gone as far as factory resetting my device
I've been going back and forth with Google play support to no end since May of last year
Any help would be appreciated
I have looked many places and have not found a solution. I constantly get "Can't reach Google at the moment" when replying to a text message via voice on my watch. Any other voice command works fine. I have reset my watch multiple times and even my phone. When I reset my phone it worked for a day. Running stock rooted nexus 6.
I have cleared cache and deleted/reinstalled the wear app and the messenger app and google app and none of those worked. This is annoying as replying via voice is the main reason I got the watch -_-.
Anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it?
Hello. I have a Pixel XL 128 GB, purchased directly from Google. I'm on the 7.1 software. Recently (hard to nail down the exact date) several google apps began to crash. As of now, it is ONLY google apps, and only some of them. Apps crashing are : google photos, gmail, and "ok Google" assistant crashes when I attempt to use it. The Google app itself works, but as soon as I attempt the voice control, it crashes the app. I am rooted as well. I've rebooted and cleaned the google services, photos, and gmail caches with no relief from this problem.
Any ideas? I love my phone and really want to fix this problem!
Thanks all.
I have had this happen on other phones and I have been able to fix it by logging out of my Google account, wiping cache in settings-storage then rebooting and logging back into my account. I have never lost any data this way. Your mileage may vary, hope it fixes it for you.

Thanks. I thought I was alone.
Did you try clearing cache of those apps and logout of your Google account?
Ok, thanks for all the replies. I cleared the caches, all the history, etc. I also uninstalled all updates for the offending apps. Another weird thing I noticed is that Instagram also crashes the same way. But not OG+ (another instagram client) that seems to work just fine. It's weird that I can voice search from the Google app directly, and it doesn't crash, but when i use assistant, it crashes. I also deleted all google accounts, cleared caches, rebooted, and upon restarting, same issue. Any other suggestions? I'm at a bit of a loss here, and don't know why it is doing this.
I have the same problem. I get "Unfortunately, Whatsapp has stopped working" message and my app crashing while trying to open the message. I tried everything like factory reset, clear cache etc. but I'm not able to get rid of this problem. I'm also using Google Pixel smartphone.
Not sure what happened, but ok google is not working anymore.
Tried to turn on voice match, but when I have to day "ok google" to train phone with my voice, it does nothing, as if phone can't hear my voice. Yet I can make phone calls or I can use Assistant by pressing search bar.

Have you tried:
Clearing app cache/data for the google app, google play store, and google play services for starters?
And/or cleaning the google app cache/data, then uninstalling, rebooting, then install the google app again?

You cannot uninstall Google app on pixel phones...
Tried cleaning cache to no avail...
I have beta version of Google app 10.41.7.21 so maybe this could be the problem?

I am also using the beta version and I'm not having any problems. I saw where you said that the Google app couldn't be uninstalled but you can disable it. If you do that it will uninstall all updates and put it back to the original version and then you can enable and update it again. Another thing you can try is clearing all app data from the Google app and Google play services. If that doesn't work you try doing the same thing to the OK Google enrollment, T Google enrollment and X Google enrollment apps. All of those play a roll in OK Google working correctly. Reinstalling the latest factory image with the -W removed would be the next thing I would try. If none of those work reinstalling the latest factory image with the -W in place should fix it. Of course that will completely wipe your phone.
Clearing data did the trick
My wife have updated the phone to 10.0.0.185 and got some issues with loading apps related to Google.
Example:
- Google photos won't load/keeps loading
- Google drive won't load/keeps loading
- YouTube won't load/keeps loading
- Google Play sometimes not work correctly
- Backup WhatsApp via Google Drive won't work.
- Sometimes issue with WiFi/mobile internet
It seems I got issue with all Google products..
Someone got these issues?
Kind regards
I don't have these issues on mine. Can't verify the WhatsAppp issue since I don't use this app. The only google issue I have is that I am unable to use Google Assistant via OK google or Hey Google since I can't activate voice match.
I suggest you try to do a Factory Reset.

I used to have the same issues after doing a factory reset. Before factory reset, everything worked on EMUI 10. I'm on TL00. Now I'm back on 9.0.0.200.
I have the exact same problems - haven't tried factory reset yet. Seems that some (mostly Google) services cannot reach their servers, or only on mobile data, not on wifi...
I'll probably try the factory reset later today...
SOLVED
OK, I've done a factory reset, restored my backup and it seems to have worked - at least Photos seem to be uploading.
Have .APKs ready for Google Play Store, Chrome, things like SwiftKey keyboard...
EDIT: Yep, everything's working fine after factory reset.
Have you managed to solve this? I'm on 10.0.0.148 and I'm experiencing exact same issues. The phone came preinstalled with Android Pie and I had Google Play Store installed via GMS Installer 1.2.
I have upgraded to Android 10 and received build 10.0.0.188 and this rendered Play Store unusable. The app stopped to initialize. I couldn't login into my Google account anymore, and Play Store started to show that it is being installing some update.
I did a full reset, and everything gone wild. I noticed that if I install Google Play Store APK, some Google apps like Google GMail, Google Maps, Google Drive and Google Photos begin to work. I can even open Google profile properties from within these apps.
However, Google Books never works, it shows whore screen after being started indicating that it cannot connect to Google Servers. Also, news feed in Google Chrome works until you enable bookmark synchronization. Once you do that, the feed disappears and Chrome begins to indicate it will gonna show the news sometime later. Of course, this later time never comes.
At the same time, if you open Google account synchronization settings, you'll notice Chrome synchronization indicates that it works, however GMail and Contacts fall to synchronize.
Also Contracts are listed twice in synchronization status as if there were two Contacts apps on the phone. I only have Huawei contacts, I did no install Google Contacts.
If I install Google Contacts, or Google Framework Services, or Google Play Services, or Google Books, then immediately after installing these apps Google contact synchronization brakes. All Google apps stop seeing internet connection. Opening profile shows the phone is offline. Also, if I logout from Google account, I'm never able to login any of the Google app into the account. None of the apps is able to connect to Google contact services anymore. I even tried to install Google Contact Sync APK, but this didn't help. Nothing but reset helps.
Do I have to revert to PIE to make Google Services sync work?
