HID Bluetooth Mouse

Hey Folks,
I'm using the Desire HD with the Cyanogen Mod 7 (latest Version from 2 Days ago).
Now I connected via Menu (Wireless & Networks --> Bluetooth) a simple "noname" Bluetooth Mouse and the pairing did happen. I used "0000" as Pairing-Code and the Desire gives me the Message "Connected with HID-Device" (or something like that, I use the german language).
Now I should see a Mousearrow or something should happen if I scroll or press a Button.
But nothing happens.
The Mouse itselft works properly - I tried it in Windows7 and Suse-Linux.
I also tried the App BlueInput (latest and some previous versions) but there its the same. I get connected properly but it wont work.
Now I'm hopefully waiting for your ideas (and I hope there are some)

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, you want to use a mouse to control your handset? Where the handset is directly in front of you?
I dont know if Android supports this. If you wish to remotely control your handset try WebKey from the market.

Well, there is also a possibility to make use of a WiiMote...
I see this more as a proof of concept.
What about the Motorola Atrix within its "to-Netbook-conversation-Docking"?
Internal Keyboard + BT Mouse = playable Quake3 on Android

Err bubble to bursting station, you can use a wiimote on a DHD quite easily. You can even do it with Apps available from the market place, hey you can even use the classic controller and nunchuck with it.
I have used it (not entirely successfully) to play N64 games on an emulator

Yes, I want to control my Desire HD with a mouse when I stand next to it. If I wouldn't, I wouldn't have asked for it
The thing is that I need a Mousewheel - or at least something that can emulate one.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the WiiControl doesn't have such a feature.
What I found out is, that the Cyanogen 7 doesn't support Mouseweel-Actions.
I installed the latest 6.1 - et voilla - I get a Cursor and the Mousewheel works.
But unfortunately it doesn't work if I use it in a Flashmovie with the WebKit-Browser.
It seems that the Events are not tunneled into the Flashapp.
Someone got an idea for a workaround?
Ps: I like the idea of playing Quake3 on my Desire - but I prefer Quake1

Is there a way of using the mousewheel in a self-written application!?
That could also solve my problem
I mean, in the Cyanomod I can scroll around through lists an so on. There must be a way! (hopefully)

What exactly did You install? I play Quake 3 with a friend of mine in my university and I would sooo own him with a BT mouse!!!

[Q] Samsung TV Remote not connecting

Hi guys,
coming from windows mobile I´m pretty much a noob in bada, so I have still questions about the standard behavior of the phone. first of all, is there automatic backlight adjustment?
I´m having further problems with the samsung tv remote app. i downloaded it on the appstore. It says that it is working with the wave II s8530 and my tv (samsung le37b650). sending videos and pics through allshare works fine (tv found), but tv remote app won´t find my tv. help is much appreciated

ps.: funny thing is ... using the htc-diamond for about 3 years the wave II is weak at all the points the diamond is good (outlook-sync, navigation, gps) and extreamly strong on all the negative aspects of the htc-diamond (battery, photos, mp3 & video playback). appstore, and widgets are pretty poor but i hope there is a possibility to create own widgets (or maybe i find a non-childish-looking-calender app somewhere) ... hopefully someone can give me a hint on how to delete all the vodafone apps on my phone or on how to flash the latest fw with social hub premium working

is you phone branded???
if not there is alot of modified fws floating around on our thread choose what fits you and flash it

yes it has a vodafone branding ...
this seems to be the only fw with social hub premium working http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=920 but it is for the Wave 8500 not for my model.
any suggestions on what fits me - or help where i can find info to make up my mind?

you must (Debrand)unlock the phone first because if you flashed the phone now it will brick
if you did that come to this thread again and i will help you right away
i am not sure if you can flash a branded phone or not but no one tried as it is dangerous

Using my own gpg key in the Note 2

I have just seen that the genuine email client supports opengpg keys. I have tried generate one it works. The issue is that I'd like to use my own gpg key. I can't import it and make it the default one. Did anyone succeed in doing that ?

[Q] Security Tab - Remote Controls, Apk/Config Dependences ?

Hello All...Someone can tell, what are the dependences (apk/config/jar) to fix the remote controls (Samsung FindMyMobile) option. I cant turn it on, always grey toggle.
Im using @Usol ROM (android 444) and it was fine till aplied @AholicCert ModV9, i didnt ask in their respective threads cause no one is using this combination (USOL ROM+Aholic MOD)
Beside this litte problem, all is working just beautiful^^.
Anway im trying to fix it with a nandroid and installing piece at piece of ModV9, but a specifc direction will be very helpfull.

I should tried the simply way...Like, clear data and cache from control remote (with aplication manager) and after that remove Samsung account and add it again direct in the remote controls option inside system>>security tab. Now its all alive and kicking ^^.

Modify Android Wear Layout file LinearLayout to work with round watches

Hi,
I am currently writing an Xposed Module (first one ever) to manipulate Polar Flow so that it will work on a Huwaei Watch 2 as I don't like my M600 as a device style wise! I am trying to modify the layout files which are all using LinearLayout to use the newer BoxInsetLayout instead to resolve issues with the round screen. Has anybody done similar or have any ideas on how to do this as all my attempts have failed!
Looking at the Xposed documentation it looks like this is doable, I have managed to get a test harness up on the Watch and working and have manipulated my system serial number succesfully to match my M600 serial number which has got the app syncronising to Polar Flow's web site now (step data etc...) so the Xposed module is working but I am not 100% sure on how to change this element which makes the software quite unusable on a round screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated for an Xposed noob!
