It's getting harder to find nice themes for older versions of Android, especially 1 that actually works without issues, so thought I'd share the latest 1 I've found:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nitinvaid.theme.angel2
Before that I used:

Post/share the link/screenshot to your free favorite themes?
Is no one using custom themes?

hey guys im new to android os coming from windows mobile (which i loved, but too slow for me). i rooted my g1s and tried a couple of roms. I loved hero but it was way to slow. So im on supers D's donut super fast rom.(from the emogamer on youtube). This rom is terrific but im missing the heros lock screen terribly. is there any way i can port it over? or anyother lock screen? im not to fond of the stock lock screen. thanks!
Searching would have likly found you the answer...
But there are many, many lockscreen apps.... lock2.0 comes to mind...
as seasoned member of xda, trust me, searching comes natural. coming from a small wm subforum to android forums in xda is a big change. android yields many subforums and the search yields many results that are daunting, some are even outdated.
but thanks for the help anyway
Lockbot is good too, but i would upgrade to cyanogen.

Then download hero lock screen for pandahome

How is HTCclay's lockscreen customizable? Please share your wisdom on it. Thanks.
I recently rooted and modded my phone. I've been playing around with different roms over the last couple weeks and have settled on Decks GB 1.3
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1078558
Now I'm trying to find an excellent minimalist theme. I've searched this forum but there are just SO many different themes. Most seem to be made specifically for MIUI or aren't very minimalistic.
Can some of you point me toward your favorite minimalistic themes that are compatible with Decks or Cyanogenmod? Thanks.
If you are looking for themes for the T-Mobile theme engine, I like to use https://market.android.com/details?id=com.cgas.jamtbf.free&feature=search_result
When I used CM7, I liked Matted Blues. Back then it was flashable, now I think it's on the market as an apk for a few bucks. It looked great though.
Supersonic Evo 4G | MIUI | Tapatalk
The best route for minimalistic is usually MIUI. I don't really know of any minimal themes for CM7 so I have no recommendations.
thanks for the replies. JAMT is good theme but I'm looking for other themes.
I found these on the XDA Themes section:

Anything along these lines for CM7/Deck?
Have you checked out http://justreveal.blogspot.com/p/cm7-themes.html
I AM SORRY FOR POSTING SO MUCH THREADS LATELY, BUT THESE ARE JUST A FEW PRESSING QUESTIONS AND SINCE THE ACTIVITY IN THE KAISER ANDROID FORUM HAS PRETTY MUCH STOPPED. THIS SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY OF GETTING MY MESSAGE OUT AND ABOUT
So I want to use themes for the Kaiser since I don't like the stoch way GB looks anymore. But almost every time when I look at a theme in the android market it is said that in order to install the theme: you need to have t-mobile theme chooser. And since the rom, which I use, scootter1556 Gingerbreab 2.3 RS3 doesn't support the t-mobile theme chooser I am unable to do so!
BUT if I have read correctly scooter's build is BASED on the cyanogenmod 7 source AND cyanogenmod 7 DOES SUPPORT the t-mobile theme chooser! So is their anyway (I suppose that the framework and things of scooter's android build largely is the same as the official CM? ) to get t-mobile's theme chooser for this rom?
Did Scooter just omit the theme chooser, because it was not necessary in his opinion or is it just not possible to port this to our device (whether or not is it feasible for our device is another questions: I just want to know how to do it or maybe someone can do it for me?)
**I have "ported" the OFFICIAL CM 7 rom from the HTC Wildfire to work on my HTC Kaiser, but it just is to unstable to use from day to day basis (with and without the default theme)**
Did you try this one?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=23125859&postcount=412
For me it looks working fine, although I don't need or use it.
Good luck and happy testing.
I am currently trying out new themes for the newest source built AOKP build 39.
I saw this link posted on Google+ today but was hoping to get some help in finding themes that work for us.
I plan to do the testing tonight and throughout the week. If you already have themes you have tried please link them in the thread and I will update the OP to include them.
THANKS!
Theme Chooser Themes
This is awsum, thanks! Much better than a previous list that I saw before, but the ones that I got to test off of that one were Sense 4(by jorgefc82[much better than the other version and its free ]), TouchWiz 5.0, and both the Labels and the Something Something variations, all of which are listed on here as well !
Hello. Because of my requirements, I need a ROM which is most stable and has a lot of capacity to use (mainly for replacing standard apps by using WP7 style apps). Also, I'm interested in possibility to theme this ROM for my own but I don't have enough knowledge and I don't know even how to begin. Thanks for helping with choosing the most suitable ROM and some help about how to start with themes.
Best regards.

Wildchild is much more stable and has a vast developer support so go for it..!:good:
Actually I can't say which one is better. I like them both. Both are stable and fast.
Sent from my HTC Wildfire S A510e using xda premium
I've already tested both, and I must say that Wildchild is simply better version of Hensemod I'm using WP7 style apps so i don't care about system looking.
Okay, so next question. How to make your own StatusBar?
Hahaha I still don't know that one. We need to keep looking.
For learning how to theme get aosp based rom (cm7, cm9, aokp). Btw hensemod is better for me
