[Q] Is it possible to reset Google fit data back to zero? - Moto 360

How to reset all heath data in the watch and start from beginning, just like when you unboxed the watch?
Thanks for any tips

Yes, On your computer go to the google fit web page https://fit.google.com/ and click on the settings icon in the upper right, go to settings page and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "delete history"
In the app, you can click on the settings link in the upper right of your screen and scroll all the way down to "delete history"

Gmail configuration Help

Hallo,
I have setup a Gmail account. I can send/receive emails.
I would like to have a copy of sent emails saved on the phone.
After sending the email, it disappear from the outgoing mail folder, but a copy is not saved in the sent email folder.
Any clues ?
I'have already checked the "save a copy of messages in sent email" but doesn't work.
Thanks
1. Open to your Gmail inbox
2. Menu > Tools > Manage folders
3. Check "Sent Items" folder

I think you may still be looking at HTC interface for your e-mail, not the WM one that has the menu options you need.
Once you go to the "Mail" tab in touchflo/sense, you have to hit the "Inbox" button first, that will take you to the WM e-mail interface...THEN hit the "Menu" button in the bottom right, then hit the little arrow at the bottom of the list that pops up so you can see the rest of the options, then you'll be able to get to tools>manage folders

did you scroll through the page when you hit the menu button? Tools tab is located @ the bottom of the page & won't show unless you scroll through the page.
That's the solution many thanks

[Q] Manual Contact Syncing with Facebook

Heya,
So I have some contacts on my phone that are not linked to their facebook accounts. Any idea how I can manually link them to their facebook accounts ?
Cheers
MJ
Go to people app. To get there, on your home screen, click on Phone, then on the bottom right hand corner you have a icon to click on. Click on it, then you have 4 or 5 icons along the bottom (forgot) and the go to the fry left icon.
In there find your contact, click on it.
On this new page on the top right hand corner you have this link icon, click on it, it will prompt you to select what you want to link. Then search and then link.
You must however have FB syncing at this stage or you want have any contacts to link
Thank you

[Solved] Use as default check box

If checked "use as default" box when starting a launcher, how do I reset this so it will let me choose again? The same question for picking a default when pressing the bluetooth button? Thanks.
Settings-> Applications -> Manage Applcations ->All
scroll to the launcher that is your current default and select it. Click the "Clear Defaults" button.
The next time you hit the home key it will ask for new defaults.
The same will apply to all apps you use as defaults.
You have to clear the defaults in the application. So if it was LauncherPro for instance, you would go Menu-> Settings-> Applications-> Manage Applications-> LauncherPro, and then scroll down until you see "Clear defaults". Same concept for Bluetooth.
EDIT: Oops. Someone beat me to it.
There's also an app called Change Launcher for Froyo or something that works. I've used it before, then uninstalled it.

Yes you did! 1000 Android karma bucks for you. And 100 for all the runner ups. I thought there was a system setting somewhere. Thanks guys, you are all awesome.
So if I clear the launcher data doesn't that also wipe out the homescreens?
DON'T "Clear Data"
Scroll down further and "Clear Defaults"

In the app drawer there should be a menu button. Choose "User Customized" under the "View apps by" entry. Then you can manipulate the folders and choose to have them laid out alphabetically or by your own choosing.
yeah that works on homescreen but in the app drawer gmail and hangouts ect seem to always stay in the "Google" folder

Trust me, I just did it. Go into your apps drawer and hit the overflow menu in the upper, right corner (three-dot menu). Once you select "User Customizable" you can drag the apps out of the folder and the folder will disappear.
EDIT:
Forgot to mention that you'll have to hit the overflow menu again and hit "Edit/Uninstall apps" after you enable "User Customizable."

Do you mean in Samsung Internet? Click on the three-bar/hamburger menu -> settings -> home page and choose the page you want to use.
Whops forgot to say Chrome set to desktop mode

Go to "Settings" and then scroll down to the "Advanced" section where and tap on "Homepage" to set whatever you want as your home page.
I can set homepage, but if I leave that page overnight, with no activity on my part, it defaults to a new table.

What page are you trying to use? Maybe it's one that expires?
How can my homepage expire, and change to Google page?

Some sites refresh or log you out after a certain amount of time. But, it wouldn't change to Google. Maybe you're not setting it correctly? Can you screenshot your setting (you can cross/blur the URL if necessary)?
My homepage is set about:blank. Any new tabs goes to Google. Com with bookmarks on that page.

You have Google set as your search engine, so that's why it is on the new tab page (which is not Google dot com). If you change your search engine, you'll have just the bookmarks and news on the new tabs. You also can just tap the homepage button to get to your homepage. If you turn homepage off, you'll get the new tab page in your first tab instead. It is chrome-native://newtab/ .
Interesting. My goal is still to have all tabs default to my homepage.
