Trying to copy files and suddenly stops?

I'm trying to copy files, to my SD card via USB storage, and as soon as a couple of minutes go by, the transferring just stops. Doesn't matter what I try to copy (music album, game data, ROM, etc.), same result. Also tried different USB ports and same thing happens. Not sure if I make any sense, so I hope these pictures can help.

After (notice the "free space" details disappear and now says FAT32)
If it helps, I'm using a Samsung Epic 4G running CM 10.1 (4.2.2), SanDisk Ultra 16GB microSDHC Class 10.

[Q] Issues with JW Player

so recently while watching some streaming videos on my RT I notice that sites that use JW player come up with a blocked notice saying "Please use full embed code with object & embed tag" I have attached a screenshot below and have googled but to no avail. Since a lot of sites use JW player its extremely annoying wondering if anyone has experienced this? I have tried it on a JB 8.0 and a (non JB)8.1 fully updated and the error is still there, the only site that makes reference to it says its an issue with JW player and IE and since RT can only use IE it doesnt look too good.

Phantom Files On Internal SD. Please Help.

My wife's phone's internal SD filled up with some rogue phantom files that wasn't accessible or even visible with file browser app on Stock firmware.
I decided to root and flash with CyanogenMod - being sure to format the system in the hope that those rogue, phantom files were wiped. This didn't work and the attached picture is its current state showing only 2.62GB available where there should be around 8GB available.
Can anyone shed some light on this perplexing issue.

This appears, and it's the same for VLC, Facebook, or YouTube...
Any idea ?

If you're using any marshmallow based ROM, This is a known issue with older builds. Try updating your ROM or going back to Lollipop.
If you're on a stock ROM, try reflashing it or wiping caches.

It's ok, I don't know how but it's works now

SD formated as internal but can't install apps

Hello, so I followed this guide and put new 64GB MicroSD card into phone, formatted is as internal storage, moved system onto it and unfortunately it doesn't seem to work as intended - free space is still few hundred MBs as it was before and I cannot install some bigger game because it shows there is not enough space :-\
It's MIUI 11.0.2

it shows system storage is 53.49GB, but some OS parts think it's not free. I can connect it to PC and I see there is almost 10GB in DCIM\Camera and this works fine in the gallery app.
