Auto reject call message - Moto 360

Guys.. Don't know if most of you know this...I only thought it was possible in SMS.... But found out this yesterday
When you get an incoming call on your watch with red and green blobs on either side, you can swipe upwards to reveal auto reject call messages

acording to motorola tech, who I pressed hard to research, stated from a internal memo,, the MOTO 360 automated response messages are internal to the watch and CAN NOT be modified... I have HUGE problems with this as I thought it would trigger the automated responses FROM the telephone its self, as those CAN be modified, but why the hell are moto using an internal texes that CAN NOT be modified is beyond me... I need to use CUSTOM messages to respond to incoming calls, this is THE reason i bought the watch nexus 6 combo... FIX THIS PLEASE, I dont want to have to learn and program another device for a BASIC FUNCTION....

[Q] Need help with ringer please

I have searched around and cant find an answer. the ringer on my pone is not working all the time. I keep getting missed calls while the pone is sitting next to me so I know its not sounding. I am on stock rooted. I do have advanced call blocker and alarm droid but have had them for a long time and never had a problem. I have frozen them to see if it helps but I dont get alot of calls and If I ask someone to call of course it wont do it. you know how that goes. I also have made sure the flip to silence is not checked and did toggle it to be sure. Would appreciate any input.
I will be sure to hit "thanks"

Try to go to settings, applications,,manage applications, all, settings, and clear data. That is going to force closed the settings apk maybe that fix your problem.

Last resort, perform a master reset.
Do you see a missed call message or just the VM? Are you using a default, built-in ringtone or something personalized?

I am actually using a custom ringtone. I have a "audio" folder that I use to replace the stock sounds. I never even thought of that but I dont see why it would work sometimes and not always. The text and every other notification sound works fine and always, its just the phone ringer that I am having problems with. I do see a missed call on the lock screen, and I checked to make sure I didnt have any blocking on any contacts. I have no special ringtone for any contacts, everything there is set to default. Do you think if I assign a special tone for certain contacts that would help? Ill give it a shot just to see. Thanks
i use ringdroid, and zedge
Try using rings extended, it lets you select any music file on your sd or phone as a ringtone

On your missed call use TWO fingers and swipe down. It'll re-show it. Swipe up to re-hide.
It's really sucks...whats the point...everytime i get a missed call i have to use two fingers to open the extra options to call back...its the same as touch the notification and redirect me to the call log than touch the call button it's even faster..........isn't there any option to just make it always appears...??

Mine sometimes displays the extended notification and sometimes not. I could care less which one appears. It's not a big deal for me to swipe down with two fingers. Not sure if there is a way to modify it to always show (likely there is).

How to put a call on hold and answer the incoming call?

Forgive me, but... Even after 2 months with the phone I still can't put a call on hold and answer an incoming call.
It was so simple with the iPhone...
You got an incoming call and you get 3 choices.... with 3 buttons... none of that swipe nonsense.
Ignore Call
Hold Call + Answer
End Call + Answer
On the android,.. you have to swipe.. then it "prompts" you briefly... if you choose hold call.. it will still end the call and on most occasions it just drops both calls.
Why so simple things get so complicated?
Is there a manual or tutorial for this simple action?
Thanks
No problems here. If I get a call while on a call I get a pop up asking me to either end current call, put current call on hold and answer and a 3rd option I think is reject incoming call. Not sure if that is exact wording on options but haven't had any issues using any of them.

Well i get the 2 options to swipe... answer or cancel
Once I swipe, another option appears... no matter what I do... it ends both calls.

Are you running stock ROM? Can you post some screen shots or video?
When I am on a call and the phone rings I get a pop up like the other guy said.
Are you running a different dialer?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app
i as well get the pop up with three options
answer the call
put call on hold and answer
and i believe the third one is reject call
they all seem to work ok, they do what they say they are going to do anyway...none of them just hang everyone up, lol

[Q] bypassing Screenlock b on incoming calls

Does anyone know how I can bypass the Screen Lock on a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Rooted stock 4.2.2) when an incoming call is ringing the phone?
I have hd caller ID that has an easy way to answer the phone, but my wife does not know how to open the Screen Lock so she can't answer the phone when I'm busy in the yard, garage, etc.
I've been looking for a quick fix, but I have not come across anything usable.
Thanks all of you for all your help to everyone that asks for it. Your answers often helps many individuals that have the same needs!
Aloha!
I am not sure if I completely understand. Are you saying that you have to unlock your phone to answer an incoming phone call? :/

Yes, the screenlock is still showing the big orange balloon.... I have to swipe the dots, then press answer.
That's weird cause even with screen lock, if there's an incoming call you should only need to swipe to answer or reject.

Are you running any lock screen programs like GoLocker or something similar? Default Android behaviour is to allow you to accept incoming calls without putting in your PIN/Pattern/Password. If you are not running another locker, then open up your dialer, press the menu soft key, and check your "call settings" options. Check the behaviours where you can press the home button to accept calls and see if you can accept calls that way. If not, remove your security code, restart your phone, and set it again. Let us know if any of these work for you.

it looks like the last update from trucaller solved the issue
I have the same problem. The Pixel 2 is connected with a Huawei Watch 2. And I don't get a notification on the phone or the watch. If I power off the watch I get the notification on the phone. After power on the watch the notification disappear from the phone. It is only with missed calls all other notification works well. Anyone a idea?
Same problem here. Solved unistalling Android Wear app updates *from WATCH*
Where can I submit this bug to AW developers?
I had the same problem on Pixel 2. Go to Truecaller settings-> General and DISABLE the "Missed Call Notifications". That solved it for me - started showing the missed call notifications from the default Android Phone app.
Also, (bonus), you can enable the Settings -> Notifications -> Blink Light. This causes a small LED light on the top right corner of my pixel 2 to start blinking white when there are notifications.
