Uregently need stock recovery zip or file from flashify for Galaxy tab Pro 8.4
As I've said in the title I've made a silly mistake and installed twrp without backing up my stock recovery. I now need stock recovery once again and i would really appreciate it if anyone with root access could download flashify and post their backed up recovery file here.
Thank you so much

I have the stock recovery that I made using Flashify , but am unsure of were the file is stored so I can share it with you.

What is the way now to an easyer installation process like with official supported Cyanogen Devices? How could I help without experience in Smartphone developing?
CWM on stock ROM FP1U
This sounds good, but doesnt work on my FP1U.
With my stock ROM I tried to flash the images with the Mobileuncle MTK Tools <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobileuncle.toolbox> .
recovery-cwm-fp1-0.1.img (old version) could be flashed, bud dint work at all.
cwm-fp1-kk.0.1.img (KitKat version) couldnt be flashed with the stock ROM (4.2.2).
recovery-cwm-FP1-0.2.img (current version) could be flashe, but the new recovery didnt find the scdard.
When i tried the option "backup on external sd card" the backup started, but aborded beceause it didnt find the data partition.
First I thought it was beceause my phone is encrypted, but after the reset it didnt work with the stock ROM without encryption.
Now I have lost the stock recovery, and with the new recovery I cant do the stock reset <https://fairphone.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201189497-Fairphone-OS-multiple-versions->.
Best regards
Christopher
This is great news, the Fairphone is looking like a more likely purchase soon.

knock on feature loss after twrp install?

Autorec works with ZVE, I just did mine today. I did have the problem with white lines on waking the screen which was fixed by flashing another kernel. Try this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-g2/general/ls980-zve-ota-zip-update-zvc-zve-t2912488/page18
If you don't already have root stump using their brute force option works with ZVE.

I am on zve and still with stock recovery. I have tried to install twrp recovery before and did the white line fix and all was working well until I realized that I lost the knock on feature. does anyone know of a fix for this? I really want to start tweaking the rom but I can do much with out twrp because I don't want to have to keep lg flashing from the start every time I mess it up. my phone is the sprint lg g2 LS980ZVE stock rom currently with 200 app frozen with app quarantine. thanks for any input.
There are newer twrp releases that have a working knock. I just use AutoRec it's a TeamWin Recovery worth it no question. ?

Seems after getting the Note 4 I have found my self wondering how I was ever with out root. Its crazy I cant stand this phone with out root. Its maddening to know I have Ads and apps I don't need. If Verizon didn't offer this phone at Christmas for 150.00 I would have never got it. #1 Reason no root was out yet but I took a chance. I know now or always have that you DEVS work hard to get stuff done. This was just a big ....

We share your pain. There's a good thread on root workarounds:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/help/qa-unrooted-miss-root-aroun-t2931785
Specifically for ads and unwanted apps:
- Adguard (mobile+wifi, no MMS issues) or adblock plus (MMS issues due to locked APN) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-verizon/general/adblocker-rooted-note-4-t2959326
- Unwanted apps - http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-verizon/general/disable-knox-ota-root-t2972263
Why on earth would post the actual thread in the development section?
Can I root and/or install Custom recovery with update version NJ5 or do I need to factory reset and revert back to NI1. I have the SM-N910V and I'm having trouble. I can show my Odin logs if need be.

You can only root/TWRP.....if you have a Developers Edition. ...bought straight from Samsung. Retail editions bought from Verizon can not be rooted or have custom recoveries installed at the moment.

And if I try to start the Recovery mode the following:
