Hi, firstable sorry for mi bad english but I need help with my problem, I have a Xperia T2 Ultra and it works well, but I tried to make it root and it was bricked, so I had to download the firmware from UK free and work excelent, no problems, but then I get de unlock bootloader code and use it. Big mistake, now the device doesn´t accept the micro sd, first the original used before the brick, 32 gb kingston class 4, so I bought another one 16 gb Kingston class 4 but only work sometimes, the most time is off, disconected. What can I do? How can I fixed it? Thanks a lot for your help. Regards.

I have a similar problem.
Sometimes my phone doesn't load the SD and the solution I've found is to load SD via CWM.
Sorry if it didn't help you.

You may want to test that card with h2testw to make sure it's really a 32GB. Apparently there are a lot of fakes out there...
http://sosfakeflash.wordpress.com/2...standard-in-detecting-usb-counterfeit-drives/
make sure you format it to fat32, if im not mistaken the g2 should be able to format it. so try using ur phone to format it for you.
get a different brand
i got from amazon tho...im testing it on the h2testw right now.. thanks for the help!!
Hey, ive purchased a new xperia play that was delivered today.
Everything worked fine until i updated the firmware and now it does not recognise my, or any other SIM cards.
I get the error message "Please insert SIM card and restart your phone".
Done some googling, cant find much of any use.
Cheers in advance

How did you update? OTA, SEUS or Flashtool? Maybe you should try the repair function in SEUS

If you still have your phone I suggest you update to the latest firmware, apparently the stock firmware had a bug that didn't read the sim and sd card firmware at the same time..
So try doing that and then do my advice from the previous post, it's worth a try

Hi Guys,
I have a quick question, I just received m Xperia ZL C6506 today from Rogers and I'm reading mixed reviews. Some sites mention you can use a 64gig SdCard and others only the standard 32gig. I'm currently using a 32gig in my Xperia T but would love to buy a 64gig card if the phone accepts it. Can anyone confirm that the phone will read the 64gig SdCard.
Another question, I downloaded the Xperia ZL C6506_10.1.A.1.434_Customized US 1270-7584 R8A.zip from the forum but I though I was downloading the FTF file. I want to get rid of the Rogers firmware on my phone and just flash the stock Sony firmware which I will later root. Do I simply rename the file from zip to ftf and flashtool will be able to use it to flash?
Thanks!!!
I am using the 64 SD card. It had to be formatted in the phone to work. Once I did that I could rekove it, take to my laptop and load it.
Sorry, cannot help with the second question.
Sendt fra min ZL 6506
Thanks, Ill be getting a 64gig card. As far as the second question ... i answered my own question, renamed the the file from zip to ftf and flashed it to my phone. Went perfectly.

I've just bought a G3 D855 and it doesn't appear to recognize any SD card's that I insert. Don't know whether there is a knack to plugging it in but I've tried 2 now, including a brand new one. It's just not showing up in the storage as the options to mount/unmount are greyed out. Any ideas how to resolve this ?
Kind Regards
Darren

One of the cards came straight from my Z1, which worked fine. The other card is brand new, never been used.
When I received the phone yesterday it was rooted. I've now installed a stock ROM which should be a UK version. Do you, by any chance, have the link to the UK version for the 3 network, if there is one.

I would just flash the Stock UK .KDZ file from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089 + http://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda/LG+G3/Stock/
Get the one called UK16G D85510A unless you have the 32GB model and also format the SDcards to Fat32 before putting them into the phone!
Format the card to Fat32. Best compatibility by far (but max filesize of course will be <4GB).

I also use my, 64GB Fat32 formatted, card for the same purpose. No problems as the TWRP Nandroids are split into <4GB segments

Try other debrick images, even if you have the right one it may take several attempts before boot. Try battery pulls too ...

Thank you so much for the link, i think i'm not so great in searching :silly:
I tried with a 32g card -the first time- not sure which class it's not mine, i'll get a 16g class 10 soon and see how that works out.

the size and the class of the SD are probably not so important but some people have found success following this. More often, eg on the S3 debrick thread, they say they had to try the whole process ie incl set up SD card multiple times before it worked, in some cases. You must have a debrick image that has the same or newer boot loader than the one on your phone. AFAIK
But there is no guarantee it will work even if you do everything right.....
