[Q] Sound Volume CNS ROM 1.5.1?

Hey friends I wanted to put CNS 1,5.1 ROM into my phone (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1336) . However I just wanted to know if the volume of the speaker is better than the original stock because I found that too low. Also I just wanted to know what would be an apt ROM to flash if my requirements were good battery life, loud sound and interface which is something different nd looks great,.. thanx in advance
P.S I couldnt ask in the cns thread coz I have less than 10 posts so I posted my question here..

[Q] Stable, secure and slim???

Hi guys ive been messing around alot with my phone and it all started because i wanted to use a pdroid function on my wildfire s.
What i am looking for ideally is a slim rom that supports an int2ext script and can take an autopatch of either PDroid 2.0 or OpenPDroid.
So far i have tried at least 20 roms and all have thrown up some sort of problem!
started with PA 2.99 updated . . . call wake up issues and screen wake up issues in general.
Tried slim CM's . . . nice size, good battery but only 9 and 10 can autopatch and 9 wont recieve calls and 10 has wake up issues.
Tried Speeddroid . . . destroys batteries (well uses them very fast)
Have tried Crossfire, Jellyking, Jellyfish, PA 3.65, CM's, PACman . . . . . .
All have one issue. I dont want alot from my ROM just cant seem to find what im looking for?
Oh and just in case anyone asks i have been an avid reader of forums and tried many fixes but nothings quite worked out hence my post.
Can anyone help me please?
PS am currently using Spock v.2. (4.2.2) Great slimmed ROM, takes int2ext, but getting smali error when trying to autopatch openpdroid (Pdroid 2.0 doesnt support 4.2.2)

We don't allow best ROM questions. Usually, we recommend trying out all the ROMs and picking the best amongst those. Since you've already done that, I would say that you will have to live with whatever flaws that you're willing to live with. Thread closed.

[Q] Bluetooth Killing Note II ? N7100

Hi Guys ,
I Have had my share of problems with the Note2 ,
Went a few roms (Tigra on a few versions) and since most of them were sluggish i recently updated to the Kitkat Asylum Rom.
I Have been dragging the following problem for a few months now and seeking the experts help or advice.
Galaxy Note 2 N7100 - Asylum rom + Stock kernel (that came with rom) or Devil kernel - Same exprience the same issue.
Once i connect the Bluetooth Earphone (Fully updated jawbone era) - i can output a call (sometimes two) - after which the Dialer dies and i cant recieve anymore calls - well - technically i can - but once i click ANSWER - the other side hears me , but i do not ear the other side - both on speaker , earphone or Bluetooth earpiece.
Before the Jawbone era i had plantronics - which gave me the same issues - thats why i changed it first.
It happend with most of the roms - maybe had LESS issues on TIGRA V4 as far as i remember - but all of the other roms - BAH.
Currently - Kitkat gives me the best exprience overall - but i cant mostly use my bluetooth...
Any suggestions ?
Thanks!!

Having read the 4.4 ROM threads, Bluetooth simply doesn't work properly. Some people have intermittent problems, others permanent problems.
I suggest you keep an eye on development waiting for a declared fix.
Good luck

so youre updated to the 4.4 bootloader.
its a known bug.
its a very well known problem for ALL, ALL cm and aosp based ROMs for this phones. Just like there's no fix for NFC yet. One of the few sacrifices given to run aosp on our phones. Give it time and the fix will be included in upcoming updates
Updates will come next month. Gonna wait longer.

Speaker problem in CyanogenMod 12 !!!!

After flashing CyanogenMod sound from the phone speakers are like its going to break , so distorted , vibrating , speaker side gets hot little ; any way to solve this. Please help............
Check CM12 Q&A thread. I don't have current info of this problem, but it sounds like the same audio problem that was in CM12 earlier this year. Basically the audio level is too loud so it crackles.

thanx for the reply but this problem still exists in carbon rom also ,, i flashed dolby audio and changed the speaker volume to stock the sound problem is reduced to some extent
Both those ROMs are using the same kernel so they probably share the same bugs. The audio problem is listed as a known bug in the 1st post in the Carbon thread. It also looks like the guy doing the porting has stopped working on it so I really don't know why you're wasting your time on it.
Thangs let's wait for the stable release of cm12
