[ReQ] Bravia Mod Engine for SGW..!

Is it an updated mod or the one Rio is using on hybrid rom. Also is there not a thread on the development section about it with a link to a zip file??

I wonder does this bravia mod changes colors and image quality in whole rom, or the differenece is only noticed on videos and pictures in gallery?

You only notice in preview using camera or maybe gallery. The same quality when taking pictures.

Hi..
The others easy ways to change graphic adjustment in photo & video viewer you can use "Chainfire 3D" with Unroll textures setting
You can applied Nvidia plugin on it
Although it not SONY Bravia Engine

Only change the preview on Gallery and videos
The camera quality is not..

S5830 ICS camera fix/Patch

This is being done to help people who cannot download from box.com - all credit goes from Maclaw and the ICS team (https://github.com/GalaxyICS)
He is the patch
load onto SD card -
boot using Clockwork Mod
install from Zip from SD
reboot - there is your Camera (if you get an error just re-open the camera app) - though you wont have a preview, but the picture quality is Amazing

There's a video on YouTube sharing the link to download from mediafire!! But the camera doesn't have preview function. We only see black screen instead of what standing in front of the camera

You better be joking...
This has been discussed so many times.
They fixed the camera, you can take pictures, but there is no preview... They haven't fixed this Yet.

Never i liked to play in a public debate, and i don't like your reply.
But I see only a black image on my display and can't not take a picture
"wtf".....
.......Rather it is better without the comments.
This will help the guys much more to become better for what they do.

You see only black coz the preview isnt working yet for the stock camera. Sheesh dude I advice you to read more.

Nice camera app.. Good features, but these are the following things that doesn't work..
1. No 12mp, max is 8mp. 1080p full HD works better than stock because of better focusing.
2. HDR wont work because of h/w.
3. Others are as mentioned in op.

So you can update this directly through the app store then?

i updated the camera from the play store... there was also a firmware update included with this package? 'cause now, in low light condition there is a very visibile red/pink spot in middle of the photo. From what i've read, it seems to be related with the B/W balancing algorithm.
Reverting to the stock camera app didn't help, when i've time i'll try to flash stock hoping things will get back to normal.
Anyone else with this issue?

Totally something software related since even the front facing camera has the same issue.

But i would stick to the old camera app cause that has more options then the new one cause it only has like 4 options or what.
Its weird that google releases an camera app which isn't even available for its own nexus devices atleast for mine its not but its available for mine archos 80g9

Does anyone have a problem with using the front camera and having the picture coming out flipped length wise?

From your signature, it seems you have the M9 Plus, which might explain the version difference (I have the M9).
Still, what update are you hoping for?

In old version i dont have bokeh option and have slowmo option. But in new version (8) i dont have slowmo option. Why? And doesnt have dual camera option it seems my dual camera useless..
